No, giving up your green card doesn't affect your earned Social Security benefits.

oh hi I have quick question, I am a US citizen and I try to file I864 for my wife and my son, however the NVC only allows me to file I 864W for my son. That's means my son will automatically become US citizen when he come to US. But for I only want him to become a green card holder. It is there anything I can do?

How to apply for permanent residence or green card holder, I have been in the US for one year and two months vacation to my mother who is US citizen already, what should have to be done in order to apply for green card holder or permanent residence, I have a visa for ten years.
Have your mom file i-130 form and i-485 in order to apply.

3:40 that's incorrect. Not returning to the US doesn't suspend your green card for tax purposes. It will for immigration but not tax purposes. It's a classic mistake. One has to file a form i407 to effectively surrendering the green card
Good evening Jacob. I am a PR for 5 yrs. I want to apply for citizenship. But i petition my wife and daughter only 1 I-130 and their petition is already documentary complete and waiting for interview appointment. My question is. Is there any consiquences if i become a citizen?

most absurd reasoning that you've mentioned ... why coming to US if you wanna leave ..... don't misguide people ... tell them to get US citizen ASAP it has alots of benefits
