Holy Stone use the MJX platforms as a rule, this SJRC F11/22 repackage is a break from the norm. The F11/22 can be had sub $200 everywhere and at that price a decent hobby buy. I'm with you, north of $300 then go for the DJI mini SE

I have. The Potensic is smaller and more portable. But the Holy Stone G has the better camera.
@@HalfChrome thanks so much for getting back Jake…. I’m not really worried about the camera as much because I’m more to getting better at flying the drone. I’m looking for good hovering (doesn’t have to be perfect but good enough) good flying and good communication with the r.c. That stays in contact with phone. I noticed the holy stone keeps losing contact on certain distance. So I was thinking of the potensic over the h.s. Do you think I’ll be making the right choice. @CARLIT0SWAY actually at these price points I’d save a bit more and get the mini 2 Se. It is a ton better. Or see if you can find a refurbished unit.

Go for the DJI mini se or 2 if you can. Trust me, adding a bit more to your budget would be a good investment. I have a holystone and mini 2 (now mini 3 pro) and i can tell you that the DJI is miles away in terms of quality and performance. Holystone does not update firmware and dji update regularly. Video quality is also night and day. My last say is that don't settle for less
Edit: also, i forgot to say that holystone us no beginner drone in my opinion. That drone is hard to control and drifts uncontrollably. With dji, you can even fly the drone indoors with ease. Im talking about the mini 2 btw
