I bought one of the early issues of Youngblood but it just wasn't my thing and I never bought another. I wasn't into the whole Image thing, and I think I stopped buying comics altogether almost at this time (like 1990 onwards).
I don't think they tried to sue Rob Liefeld because of the name of the city from The Flintstones, I think they tried to sue him because they didn't want the name associated with Rob's comic. It definitely ain't a kid-friendly book 😄

I get it, it's not for everyone... For me, it's the stuff I first discovered, so I'll always have a fondness for it, warts and all...

I guess, I just find the link tenuous at best... It was probably just legally much cheaper to change it to Badrock, which is not the greatest name
