2013 - 2017 Honda Accord long crank and stalling p0087

Here you have a common issue on the 9th gen Honda Accord 4 cylinder. Combination of a long crank, stalling, and a check engine light (p0087) I was able to diagnose using the direct injection fuel pressure test and immediately the test failed. If it passes first try it is a good idea to do a minimum of 2 - 3 tries especially if it’s an intermittent issue.
