WOW! I just did this for the first time on my 2014 Honda Accord after getting a check engine light at 175,000 miles. The engine light diagnostic showed Error Code P0087: Fuel Rail/System Pressure Too Low. I thought it might be the fuel pump which would’ve been around $1500 to fix. So before doing that, i changed the air filter and used the CRC GDI Intake Valve & Turbo Cleaner and i must say I’m extremely happy! Not only did the engine light go off and i saved myself a lot of money, but after about the second day as this cleaner continued to work it’s magic, my Honda is running like she’s in her early 20s again! I highly recommend treating your car with this!
Thanks for this video!!!
I wish I saw your comment before I change the high pressure fuel pump but didn’t pay that much $150 on eBay for the part and about $250 on labor at the shop.
Exactly what I needed, thanks so much!! I've been slacking on doing this for my 2016 Honda CR-V because of the fact that I thought it had to be a two-man job, but your trick with the vacuum line was perfect!
Thank you for the video. I cleaned my intake valve using your method. I made one minor modification to your formula: I use a hose with a smaller inner diameter (2mm) just large enough so the straw can fit in the hose and adapted the hose end to the diameter of the vacuum port. If the hose diameter is too large, the liquid will lose its capillary action. A fun fact of using the hose is that the hose gets cold as you spray due to the expansion of the liquid (similar to the evaporator mechanism of a refrigerator). I also got the check engine light after this procedure, and the car limped along for a block billowing blue smoke, but the CEL turned off after a few restarts and the engine is running smoothly now. I appreciate you posting this video.
Hi Russel, I've been looking to clean my 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe XL engine with this CRC formula. After looking at several videos, I believed yours to be the best with that closed to vacuum tube system directly into the engine, just like you did. Just came back from doing it now and it worked wonderfully, no check engine lights at all. Some smoke at first after the one hour wait but it now does idle silk smooth. Thanks a lot for your video! Thums up!
did you see any before and after photos..if so,, what video
Update: Technical Support Team at CRC tells me that they can't guarantee that the product will be properly atomized if the hose extension is longer than 6 inches. They recommend directly spraying the product into the vacuum port.
I dont mean to be off topic but does someone know a trick to log back into an instagram account?
I somehow forgot my account password. I love any assistance you can give me
@Colten Colson instablaster =)
I was wondering that as I could see a build up of fluid in that tube as he was spraying. I have a 10th gen and I think I’ll take the pcv hose off the intake side by my catch can and have someone spray directly into the nipple while I keep revs up👍🏼
did the same cleaning on my 07 cooper "S" (turbo) it went from crappy mileage and rough idle to smooth idle and 10% better mileage.
Thank for sharing I watch another video and this guy took his whole intake apart and I was hoping there was a simpler way thank you
I had the same warning lights come on as well. Blinking engine light, electric steering , tpms. I used sea foam thru the throttle body though. Same affect, car does run better after it self corrects itself. I ran it hard for 10 minutes then parked it and shut it off. Upon re starting everything cleared out.
Russel, great video but if you think of the wind currents in the intake and then induce fluid to it by way of the brake booster inlet please take a look at where that is on the manifold and you will see it will only favor the closer ports, the majority of fluid will be abundant on some of the valves an very little to some and maybe not even a drop of fluid will even reach some of the valves this system would only partially work if only the manufacturer would put the booster inlet immediate after the Throttle Body or Carburetor. Also, these products only work when they end up being vaporized, Please try this take the other end of your hose off the engine and then spray the aerosol and you will see it will only come out as a liquid not vaporized. Therefore you will only get a steady stream flowing on the inside of the manifold to only a couple of the valves. Thanks
Robert Klein I agree with your logic. Is there a vacuum line port/nipple on this Accord that you would recommend seafoaming?
I've seen this product sprayed directly onto the intake valves of a BMW 6-cylinder engine. With both valves closed, he formed a liquid puddle on the intake side of the valves. This product does not need to be vaporized to work. Just the opposite in fact. It has to be and remain in a liquid state to coat and penetrate the carbon deposits for full effect.
ruclips.net/video/Kn6NVHLy-Xc/видео.html
Well, when all was said and done, his engine ran SMOOTHER and STRONGER after the procedure! Obviously the cleaner did what it was supposed to do. I'm convinced!!
Might not be so depending on design of the manifold distribution pattern, because if that happened to the cleaning foam, this will also happen to the air distribution during normal drive. I think the new generation of car should have overcome this issue.
@@marxseet You definitely have a point. Though since liquid is heavier than air, it could be plausible to have the cleaner gravitate towards the closer ports. I intend to do this but with before and after shots of the intake valves...
Thank You for this video, please forgive the negative comments they come from uneducated people who have not learned to have proper manners.
Carb cleaner worked great on my 2012 mazda 6 2.0. Fully warmed up the engine and held the rpm at 2500, sprayed the full can in short bursts to prevent stalling. Engine is much smoother and fuel consumption is a lot better.
did it smoke? I use carb cleaner on my veloster and no smoke. I drive mine hard so that might have helped with carbon not building up.
@@W0LV1E45 no smoke.
I appreciate your generosity and public service. Has anyone ever used this product/ technique, and then pulled the heads to note the effectiveness on the valves??? My worry is overheating or poisoning my catalytic converter`s catalyst. How much danger is there for this?? what is best is hybrid direct AND port injection...... but it is expensive, and car manufacturers are competitive......and greedy. I have a 14 Kia Cadenza, direct injection with 27K. And I feel a very slight decrease in smoothness and responsiveness from new. Let me know, MJM
This question may have been asked, but it seems the cleaner will not be equally applied to all the valves, so only the valves closest to the vacuum hose will get most of the cleaner. Thus, the air intake may be a better option. Thoughts?
Do it both through the brake booster line and also the air intake throttle. Do clean your air intake throttle first. I plan to do this.
I am going to use the CRC Cleaner on my Ecoboost Mustang when I get a few more miles on it, now at 3000. I believe the cleaner should be injected into a central location before the intake manifold divides up to go to the individual cylinders. The vacuum port you are using is likely favoring one or two runners on the manifold and therefore not getting even distribution of the cleaner to all intake valves. There are numerous videos here on RUclips showing this phenomenon and how oil from the PCV line will coat certain valves more that others . Also I saw a CRC video that indicated injecting the cleaner after the sensors at the throttle valve.

Truth
Seafoam, BG, CRC, X66P, etc. are all basically the same make up. Ford has release bulletins that is will void warranty on any ford GDI engines, if you do this treatment to your gdi engine.
These are safe
with carbureted
or port injection engines
as the coking deposits are the "soft carbon"
and very little to loosen and expel.
GDI engines the valves run far hotter with no fuel touching them any longer to cool and clean them, so when used, these absorb into the deposits causing them to swell and expand and break loose a portion and most is then expelled out the exhaust
where it makes contact with the catalytic converters and clog's and/or causes damage from the cooling shock of this solvent hitting the catalyst honey comb material when it is up to temp.
The real damage though is from the smaller particles forced down between the pistons and cylinder walls as it can be as hard and abrasive as sand. That is never good as the scratches/scouring left allows even greater blow-by and oil consumption.
We also see a high incidence of rod bearings failing shortly afterwards if oil and filter are not immediately changed to remove the solvent and particulate matter forced into the crankcase.
Now on port injection engines, these have been and can be used safely,
but they do not have intake valve coking issues like GDI engines.
He's doing this on a 4 cylinder engine. Completely different manifold from a V8
THE SECOND HOLE FOR THE HOOD STAND IS GREAT TO KNOW. WISH I KNEW SOONER
Russel, I just bought a 2018 Tucson form a rental car agency with 35k mile. I reschered the GDI engine and the valve build up keep showing up. I didn't know the mantaines history of the car so I tried the CRC intake valve clean. I followed the video step by step but, I had to periodically allow some air in to the line so the CRC could be vacuumed in to the engine. Other than that it worked great! It is just about done heat soaking. I will update when test drive it.
Just finished the test drive & on cue when I hit the accelerator a lot of blue smoke came out the tailpipe LOL it made everyone behind me slow down. My Tucson has more power when ECO mode, run smoother & quitier. Thanks for the video!
Love the sounds of birds.
Good idea to replace Oil after this cleaning. Oil is contaminated with unburned cleaner.
Correct, it’s a good idea to do this prior to your oil change. These chemicals can be hard on your internal engine seals which may cause engine leaks.
@@gregschlegel5964 These cleaners are BURNED along with the gasoline!
Take a shot every time he says "Nipple"
great video bro. i seen this stuff about 1 month ago and decided to buy it and try it on some lawn and garden equipment. i service and repair lawn and garden machines and this stuff works on these engine as well. i have used it to clean the intake valves on caked up carbon deposits that was causing lower than normal spec. compression. all in all it did remove the majority of carbon deposits from 3 lawn mower engines i was testing it on so i am sold that it works as it should.
Good to know.
Chris Ursiny j
Chris Ursiny work good on old school small block Chevy engines and on gm 3.8 as they get filthy from egr
Great video good description that has to be the cleanest engine I've ever seen... I hope that you change your oil after you did this!!!!!
Recently did this procedure on a 2016 Honda Pilot 2wd Touring. Went in at air cleaner just past MAF sensor. After the one hour heat soak, took for 10 min drive per instructions. All the Honda sensors light up like a Christmas Tree!! Had to use a INNOVA 3130 scanner to delete any codes. Not once, but twice!! LOL!! After that, the Pilot has been running fantastic and the idle is SUPER smooth. Did it around 70,800'ish Km. Enjoyed your video!! Merci!!
Very nice!
Did it smoke really bad?
Only 35k miles? Definitely not worth it.
Good thing i bought a port injection honda. No intake problems but im no so sure about the combustion engine in the future
dont be ashamed for not doing this after 30 k , mine honda has 120 k on it and i never did it
those bird sounds are not anywhere near where i live. Beautiful sounds
Hello:
I also recommend you after extensive work that you did, also that you should clean or change PCV valve [17130-5A2-A01]. It should be remembered that
PCV valve is the one that keeps pollutants out of the engine and the catalytic converter. if that valve [ PCV ] is not clean or working properly the contaminants end up in the intake manifold and then in the catalytic converter. nice video, good look
Umm, that’s not how a pcv system works. The purpose of the pcv is to take those contaminants and put them in the intake to burn through the combustion process again making them less toxic for the environment. Positive crankcase ventilation, taking unburnt vapors and relieving pressure from the crankcase and ingesting them back into the engine. You are correct in you should clean or just replace if it’s easy access often.
whats would be the difference between this and using Seafoam in the same hole ?
Unless you have seen the before and after on the intake valves, how do you know that this is effective? My buddy tried this on his Accord and the intake valves still looked pretty much the same, so he ended up doing walnut blasting on them. That's the only method that got his intake valves completely clean.
Also cant be great for the piston rings, o2 sensors, and cat conv. This GDI junk is a horrible mistake.
the best method is getting a port injected car and stay away from this gdi garbage. you can destroy your engine ,with this method...
@@GIZZMOTORSPORTS I disagree. Direct Injection has good benefits. But it does require more maintenance. It's not that bad though....most cars are just fine with a valve cleaning every 50,000 miles or so.
@@frankm5019 Very few cars are port injection anymore. It's older technology.
@@Japplesnap You have to admit the bad is much worse than the good. I can't see many doing preventative repairs, they will wait until their dash is lit up. By that point it's too late, some will run a chemical cleaner but at what cost?
I couldn't recall, did you mention to do this on a warm engine or from cold
Is this safe to do if I have never done this and am at 77K miles? My car runs great, no noticeable loss of power or torque. I take really good care of if, oil changes, other fluids and highway miles. I just recently learned about this and didn’t know.
I had the same issue and it freaked me out! Glad I wasnt alone :)
Seriously considering doing this for my 2013 Accord EXL V6. It’s has 44,500 Miles. Just scared it might cause an issue.
Ur v6 is port injected
thanks for the video. No check engine lights for me. I think it runs a little smoother cant be sure. I will watch and see if MPG increase. I will be changing the oil tomorrow
Smart man changing the oil
dont the engine need to be fully warmed up before spraying the cleaner?
Yes it does and the engine was up to operating temp.
9th Gen Accord That was not explained in your procedure.
Hopefully one will actually read the directions on the can and will follow them.
You have too much faith in humanity. LOL
@@ChickenC0re He did an effort to help... lets be well educated and mannered and be thankful please
please can you show me were is the vacuum hose for hrv 2020 also what is the diameter u use on the hose and the plug on the hose
Did you have to change out your spark plugs after? What is the difference between this and seafoam?
Hello,
This is one of the fantastic video!! Thank you for this.
I have 2013 Honda Accord. Honda dealer told that I have to do ‘Perform Fuel Induction Service (Found dirty throttle body)’.
Is this video for the same what they were talking about?
Question: Do I need to do this process / spray it till the bottle completes?
Morriosn Jim
Cleaning the throttle body is different
Never do this to your gdi engine
When carbon falls of your intake valve it will scratch or scour your cylinder walls
Which would result in loss of compression and could start oil consumption
And you could even damage your catalytic converter.
@@pietsee1000 Yes, be safe. Let the carbon build, when car starts to run like shit, get rid of it!
Did you rev engine 3 to 4 times after can was empty and if you did reattach the vacuum hose or did you leave it connected to can ??
I hope you brought it up to operating temp before doing this. It's the first step in the instructions. :)
I have a 2014 and curious about where you got the hose from. Im pretty sure I can get the cleaner from Advance or Auto Zone but just like the hose setup you did.
Hey real quick question did you have the lights on the dash before you sprayed the product cuase i have those lights on right now does doing this clear the lights?
Would love to see those valves before and after. I have a 16 lexus is 300. It's both GDI and Port injection. Yours being a late 15 model I thought Honda did the same after all the issue over past years. I might have to do the same thing one day soon here. Vehicle running fine but wasn't to stay ahead of any issues
If it’s port injected you don’t need to clean your valves as the gasoline from the ports will.
@@idea999 correct
I have the same Car. What is the inner diameter of the transparent hose you used? What if there is vaccum leak on brake booster hose while injecting CRC Valve Cleaner?
Genius move using the vacuum system
How long did you buy the hose and what is the diameter ?
What about spraying the clraner into the PCV port?
I got a 2097 code after performing this procedure. Tried to clear but it came back.
1000 RPMs seems kind of high at a stop. Is that what it should be? Is it smoother at 1000 RPMs?
wow, hope this is a alternative to strip my manifold to clean it manually. Thanks
HAHAHA . Well you cleaned the shit out of that hose but i didn't see much of that stuff making it into the engine lol
It all went in the engine. Didnt you hear the idle change as I sprayed it?
That stuff won't get sucked in unless you crack open the end on the hose. Have you heard of vacuum lock?
Did this today, my car still has the check engine light ON, but I do feel a bit smoother idle, but something tells me I need new spark plugs. However, I do feel much better low end torque, hopefully it will help fuel economy...
The Honda accords standard transmission nice car 🔥
I heard people mentioning about do this cleaning just before an oil change, have you done it this way? Thanks!
Yes, This should be done just before an oil change.
Sir,
I did the cleaning today. One issue was my car starting rattling hard at idle and driving speed. And very hard to accelerate. It wasn’t like that before. PS: engine lights on. Is this normal? I didn’t drive on the highway as it says on the can. I am afraid that my engine may blow! Do you have any idea how to fix the issue? Thank you.
i think you need an OBD device to reset the throttle then have a try
any update on this? did it damage your car? or did the car start running better afterwards?
I do the same procedure but instead I use Sea Foam with good results both on GDI and Port Injection engines...It will bring a high mileage car back to life...Doing this every 15k miles should prevent expensive walnut valve cleaning in the future...If you wait until you have the problem, one cleaning session will not clean up the problem...Several attempts will have to be made and then if permanent damage has not been made already.
The clear hose I have a 2016 Honda crv earth engine with 56000 miles I want to do mine ty for the video
I did it to my 17 Accord Sport 6MT and I can't prove it worked. What I can say is the cruising speed of some gears have changed a bit. 3rd gear for me would coast about 36 MPH and I would tap it to get 40 ish. After cleaning the car instantly wants to cruise 44 MPH.
Can or cant?
I have 143k miles on my Nissan frontier. Never cleaned the valves before. Is it safe to do it now?
Well done - good method to make it a one-man job.
I'm worried about chunks of carbon getting wedged between the piston and cylinder walls. I've seen it happen before and actually lock the engine from turning over. A very tiny piece of carbon maybe a millimeter or so.
you should be, worried about it
I wonder if the CRC INTAKE VALVE CLEANER also cleans the PCV valve... does anyone know?
I noticed that your idle is around 700-800. My 2014 6sp Accord idles at 200. Is yours idling a little higher because you just used the CRC cleaner?
Would you please if you have a video for installing an oil catch can in 2016 Honda Accord 2.4l engine. Thanks
For why?
Well thought out approach. I'll try the brake vacuum & throttle intake.
I have a 9th gen at 175,000 miles, can i still do this to my EX?
What about spray through PCV hose? This would work too.
Asid Mohammad manual trans autos seem to idle lower
Exactly what I needed. Thank you!
Do you suggest this similar method with a 2009 accord ex-l 4-cyl?
Thanks for the good information. One question -- how do you drill a straw sized hole in the rubber stopper. Thanks.
With a drill and a small drill bit
If you are seriously asking that question, maybe you shouldn’t be attempting any type of automotive work.
Great video. We have a 2015 Mazda 3 and a 2015 Honda Fit both with GDI engines and I plan to do the same CRC treatment to both of them. My main concern is picking the right engine hose to disconnect and attach the clear hose with the plunger to. What should I look for in the many engine hoses attached to the engine to be sure I'm pulling off the right one to attach the clear one to so the cleaner will be sprayed on to the valves? Also, do you use up the entire can of cleaner per use? Thanks.
Just find one that is connected to the intake for best results. Yes use the whole can.
The Mazda doesn't need it. They designed it to run hotter to prevent buildup as well as an integrated catch can. Dont waste your money.
Something worries me about this video. A flashing check engine light means that there is a misfire bad enough to destroy the catalytic converter. This may be the contents of the can going out the exhaust pipe with all the carbon. I may clean the valves in the short term but destroy the catalytic converter in the long term. Best to do it right and do the walnut blasting technique as difficult as it may be.
Get Cataclean at Walmart it guarantees inspection pass. 😆
Any concerns with that spray breaking down the clear plastic tubing and introducing contaminants in that way?
Request: Could you make a video on installing an oil catch on your 2015 Accord? Then you wouldn't have to do this cleaning and instead just empty the catch can.
False, occ’s don’t prevent carbon buildup on the intake valves. They slow it down, however
Great Video....please do a video on cleaning the 2016 Honda Accord Hood vent;
Hey..very informative video. Thanks. Do you have a similar video for Honda CRV 2006 LX??
I think this video really going to solve my problem I have a 2013 Honda Accord ex sedan 4 cilinders it has 100 thousand miles and some change I replace valve cover gasket, the tensioner belt, spark plug, ignition coils and transmission fluid the car runs better BUT those same lights appeared on my car I was like don’t know was going on so now I think if I do this to my car probably will those light away. I’m going to try it. The way my car showed those light was when I started the car it took long time to ignite I think that is misfire I will be glad if you tell anything regarding those problems sir thanks for your helps with the 9 gen Accord .
WD40 everywhere . Sometimes works ♧
When mine did that at around 115,000 miles it was the high pressure fuel pump. It’ll have a hard start and won’t have any power to it when you go and push the gas. It’ll limp it’s way up to speed but no immediate power.
2 THESSALONIANS 2:10 now my car has 135k miles and i have the check engine light that comes on and goes off when I plug the scanner in the computer it says sistem to lean I think I have to replace fuel pressure pump. I think it’s time for that
Daniel Diaz that sounds about right when mine did that. I was able to find one on eBay used with 5,000 miles. The guy said he had totaled it. I have almost 200,000 miles on mine now and it’s running great. I recommend using ngk spark plugs though. I wouldn’t take the chance with the off brands.
2 THESSALONIANS 2:10 brother thanks a lot I definitely going to buy that part.
It would be good to change the oil right after this process to get any contamination out.
That hose is to long get someone to step on gas cut the hose shorter and. Hang on hood that way works better
I've got a '13 Accord with 93k miles on it. I'm not sure if this has ever been done to this car, I purchased it with 61k miles. I'm going to clean the intake valves, but how soon can I do it again?
Hello! Did you try it? Did it work?
pls what can make my Honda accord burns my engine oil so fast like weekly
I have been doing the same procedure on my CX-3 , every 7-10K.
It idles and runs like a dream. Some ABS and 2 more yellow warning signs come on
for some reason during temperature changes , other than that it is ok.
Do what BG Induction Cleaning services do and use the map sensor port.
I did the same method u do but the car didn't show any cods the car run smoothly and the gas mileage its way better
Thank u
Did you spray the whole can into the hose? Once it’s empty, how long do you idle it for?
The answer you're looking for, is already written in the product can.
Where did you get that hose and what diameter size is it?

@@inthemusic0075 looks to be 3/8 diameter. You can get it in the plumbing section almost any hardware store

Very interesting video and it seems like a great idea, especially for convenience of discharging the cleaner from the driver's seat. I was wondering if injecting the intake valve cleaner into the manifold through the brake vacuum hose is as effective as from the air filter side. My concern is that the cleaner might reach all the cylinders better through the air cleaner than through the manifold vacuum port. I am not sure how to tell the difference in effectiveness. Maybe a mechanic could chime in on this.
>k.
Is it necessary to do this on my 2017 Honda Pilot exl with 32k.

at idle engine is rough.
can i still use your method to clean my valve( solve the problem) or do i need to remove the head and clean it.
what happen if the carbon falls into the cylinder? will it damage my car?
can i use carb cleaner instead? we do not have intake valve cleaner in asia.
Kito do you have a product there in Asia called SeaFoam they make a SeaFoam version of this can and straw as well. I have had good luck using both SeaFoam and the product used in this video. I would use a much shorter hose than was used in this video though. This probably was the reason he had so many lights come on.
No, no spray cleaner, including seafoam or other gasoline additives will fix your problem. The carbon must be mechanically removed from the head and intake valve to clear up the problem. $500 to your local dealer will be about right for them to mechanically clean the engine from the carbon. The permanent solution is to never buy another car that has GDI (Direct Fuel Injection) or has a timing belt instead of a timing chain, this is another $500 repair bill due every 100,000 miles or less.
I need to ask what happens with the carbon valve deposits , also can we see the valve before and after
They go into the bottom of the engine that's why you have to change your oil
Some of the carbon mixes with the oil and some goes out the exhaust, that is why you see the white smoke when using carbon cleaners.
Thumbs up for the video and effort. These products work best as a preventative measure as you mentioned. Like every second or third oil change. Once the carbon is built up enough to trip the CEL for a misfire, it’s game over. Walnut shell blasting is the only “easy” fix to remove that level of carbon. Been there, done that with the notorious VW 2.0L Tsi motor.
how much doing walnut shell blasting? this procedure is the safest to clean a direct injected engine.
Can I'm use on 2018 accord 1.5t?
Hi, what are you thoughts are spirited driving like almost redlining your car to help burnt he carbon deposit off?
Sure its good but wont burn off the goop on the back of the intake valve.
Not a bad idea to help burn off the carbon, but a very bad idea to destroy your engine or get a lot of speeding tickets.
Buy a Toyota GDI because they have developed engines that send some fuel through the port as well as direct injecting. This allows the valves to be cleaned and no need to hassle with this BS. The car companies should have to recall this junk.
Volkswagen also has direct injection with port injectors to keep the valves clean, but those are only available in Europe for now. I don't know if there are plans to bring them to the U.S.
Xavier Lemos this is so like VW to permit a stark dichotomy with regards to their global production policies. Germany always gets the good stuff. Americans can get the 2nd rate cars.
Yes Toyota has a very good system and wish the car makers would A) get rid of GDI or B) use the system Toyota uses.
Randall, do you happen to know if the Toyota 4GR-FSE engine (those on the Mark X and 2008 Lexus IS250) has the same functions you speak of?
@@liquidh6344 No, the 4GR-FSE in the IS250 only has DI, not port and DI. It will get gummed up.
Does this work if you have a turbo though?
Question can you add a oil catch can as another preventative method for carbon build up?
Yes, it will help.
Nicholas Sukhdeo Was was
You need a catch can with a baffle or filter in it or it will do no good.
Do you use the whole bottle
Any idea how to do this on a ‘17 Accord Hybrid? You cannot “rev” the engine like a normal car. Plus there is no tachometer.
The hybrid does not use a GDI engine, an Atkinson cycle engine is used instead!
I guess when Honda decided to go with the GDI they redesigned the cylinder head.
The 2008 accord 2.4 has the intake manifold up front next to the radiator, and the exhaust at the firewall ! Just opposite on the 2015 !
What's Up With That Change ?
I think they changed it to accommodate the "close coupled" catalytic converter. So there really is no exhaust manifold on these, it just feeds right into the cat to warm it up faster.
Can i use this on 9th gen v6 accord bcoz 9th gen v6 accords are PGM-FI injected.all other 9th gen 4cylinder models are directed injected.just wanted to be sure before using this.thanks
Yes you can use on either.
thanks.just wanted to be sure
can we spray the cleaner into the vacuum line without it being completely sealed? Like spraying thru the throttle body?
Yes, just make sure you spray past the MAF sensor. Don’t get this on that sensor
