Thanks, Linda! And agree memory keeping is pretty much the same thing - for some reason transferring notes and tasks makes it feel more “archive” to me but same thing at the end of the day!
Love the video. Happy to see you doing you and finding happiness in your planning without pushing yourself up trying to stick to something you're not enjoying. Keep it going 😊❤
I can hear your excitement over a new archiving system - that’s super nice for you! I used to be a moleskine girl, many many years ago, but I can’t do the newer paper. I do re-look at them whenever they’re mentioned because of my sentimental connection 😆
One of the major reasons I gave up on rings (again, as I always do when I try them) is the disposable feel of the inserts and lack of good was to archive them in A6 size. I also find that rings seem to keep me in a perpetual state of flux with my system, always adding, changing or removing inserts and I just never feel settled with rings. Happy to have given to and gone back to my A6 bujo 😆
I’m new here so just for my understanding… do you bounce between different journals and agendas but consolidate them into one book to keep and dispose of the original bits? I am also confused that with each video you are happy with the system you are in but by the following week you switch because you weren’t happy (is this right or am I out of order)? Which is most helpful for productivity?
That cover is really pretty. I hear you on the mixed metals though…that sort of thing has long irritated me. Something happened in the last year or two though and I suddenly started to enjoy mixed metals, at least when well balanced. It felt mildly rebellious so it might just be midlife defiance setting in lol.
It doesn’t bother me much either it sort of gives it a less intimidating feel if that makes any sense 😅 sometimes planners feel to fancy to use how I want to (tossing into bags with zero thought etc)
Hi Lindsey! Have you checked out Stalogy 365 notebooks? I’ve been planner hopping a lot but keep on coming back to Stalogy. But I chopped it to TN regular size and put use TN as the cover.
Hey. Just a heads up that Field Notes paper is not really fountain pen friendly! My partner recently went on a notebook journey and started out with Field Notes. The paper really feathers with the inks and smudges easily
I am using pocket weekly but that paper is just unusable with fountain pen at all. so so unfortunate as I love the size and soft cover. will looks at Leuchtrum if they do the same size/ weekly but fountain pen friendly
That index reference idea is genius! Thank you. Wish I’d thought of this decades ago. You’ve changed my planner and brain dump life!
Love the archive idea - I mean, that is what memory keeping is… documenting and archiving after the fact!

Happy to see moleskine large in your stash! Plenty of ideas and inspiration as always
Thanks so much!

Thank you 💕💕💕
I think you have cracked the code with a planner/archive combo. Loving the the olive green cover!
I hope so 🤞🏻- it’s feeling like THE system for now!

I love the moleskine with your journaling style I can’t wait to see more of it, so inspiring
I think there should be poles on how long you use a system or a drinking game at this point 😂 thanks for all the planner systems ideas !
It would be a dangerous drinking game 🤣
So fun to see the daily moleskine. And Randi is truly one of the best 🤍✨ and you two are adorable besties 👯♀️
Thanks Ashley!
That makes sense that you can switch between pocket & personal rings and just keep the bound book for the archiving.
I’m hoping that it’s the ticket! Thank you 💕
your journal is so beautiful 🥰

I bullet journaled in an a6 stalogy a few years ago - they’re great notebooks 💕
I’m a stalogy girl! 😊👊🏼

Thanks for the heads up!
Do you have any advice on printing on the 68 gsm Tomoe River Paper? Last time I've tried, my printer has just eaten the paper up
What planner is the green ring?
