I highly suggest you put some glove and gear at those speed
If you watched his riding videos he rarely wears gloves which is kinda funny because all the times he crashed, he was wearing gloves

Nice! Highest speed I ride at is 31mph. Not sure if I’m ready for 40 lol. BTW kick ass scooter.
I have always wondered what makes Dualtron not sell a commute edition with all the extras you would expect. Ie lock, lights, slightly better stand, and where the seat mount is make a riser bar sloping back with hooks for grocery bags. While DT design team is doing there thing there are somethings we could use that would be helpful

Thought you were interested in the vsett 10 + also do you ever see yourself doing mods on this ? Like changing the grips and stuff to Deity ?

Oh I am fro New Zealand and scooters are a good way to go.
The mini motors controller will say 100% but they are not full charge. Wait for the green light.
On accelerating i was trying the lean forward and im now doing the bend knees get your butt down and i like it better because of the poor roads here.
Im left foot forward and use my body a lot more to take high speed turns as i get faster scooters.

Nice ride and love the scenary. I like the performance of the dualtron with that unique acceleration sound they have... but the cost of the dualtron and what you actually get for the money against the competition puts me off buying one big time.. especially with that horrid cartridge suspension. I like to taylor adjust my suspension and swap when i go from road to offroad and you just cant do that with most of the dually's. Totally agree with the other comments.. safety gear is a must with this level of power.. as you found out with that near miss with the front almost going...

I hope you wear a full gear riding in higher speed. I did fall down due to the steering wobbling caused by broken damper(suggest buying a really good quality damper) and that put me inside the hospital. Injuries in many body parts

Yeah I've never been especially impressed by the build quality on the two I owned. Maybe one day they will step it up!

This scooter costs about $1200 dollars more so it's not the most fair comparison haha
Many things to say, but first I know that you had a smile on your face. Second, the stock handlebar will do but I changed that after 130 miles on my scooter. Third, the stance that you had on this scooter is like when I ride a scooter with no rear foot rest. Like the Emove Cruiser (then again that scooter is not a speeder). Fourth, if you want to get lower to the deck while lowering your center of gravity try kneeling (similar to proposing on one knee, it cuts down on drag as well). Last, are the grips okay or will you exchange them for other grips? The sound of that scooter accelerating gives me goosebumps. Great video 👌👍👍👍👌👌👌☺️
I definitely will swap the grip after my first impressions. Not a huge fan of the stock grips

I wear Oakley Gloves with Carbon Fiber guards for my knuckles when I ride my DualTron
How big is the scooter? from the pictures it looks small like it meant for smaller people anyone bigger looks liek they'd have to hunch down anytime they ride it
It's a bit smaller than other Dualtron scooters but not overly so

@@kiwimon3204 great choice but if I was you I would go for the nikola 100v 1800wh or the new nikola ar+ from alien rides since you are used to extreme speeds and great acceleration:)

Not the scooter for me, too many issues tondwal with at that price. However I have a Zero 10x and looking to change things up. Any recommendations comparable to the 10X that might be even more awesome to ride?
I really liked the Apollo Ghost when I tried it and I have heard good things about the Vsett 10+

No, I hit 43 on this ride and 47 in my max speed test the next day.
For some reason with your camera the speed looks slower than what it is like when you were going 40
I just switched to the GoPro Hero 9 and I think there is less blurring on the edges of the shot than with the Hero 8. The blur on the edges of the Hero 8 makes footage seems faster
I noticed that too, when i use the dji osmo action everything looks slower, when I use the insta 360 X2 everything looks a lot faster and extremely cool.

Im selling my ghost for this just the right size and weight i almost went with the king but going up 2 flights of stairs with 105 and this 73 my ghost is 66 just right i just need to get a kick plate for this

Reality….any one that lives in a city (with traffic) should have protective gear while riding. I’m not sure what I’m looking at (just ordered a Dt Victor Pro for myself. DT 3 which I had was stolen last week. As with all things don’t go playing in the traffic

12:41 to get range you need ride max 25kph and change setting to use less battery. no need accelerate fast if you eventually need stop! get it?

I always wear a full face helmet and goggles. I just a have a strong preference to wearing no gloves for better throttle and brake control. Gloves won't help much if i crash at that speed anyway
