I just bought a condo in 2000 Atlantic shores ..my wife and I fell in love ..we live in NYC ..but we’ll be moving down there for good within the next 5 years ..beautiful and great little city nestled in between all the great locations in south Florida ..

I am thinking of moving to South Florida. I think you present the areas in Hollywood and Hallandale well. Great voice, commuication, delivery and enticing personality. The videos are also good. The viewer such as me imagines being right there with you and seeing what you see. So far, I would move to south florida except for the traffic. But, I do not know if the traffic is a deal breaker yet. I would probably rent before buying.

Thank you. I like the way Hollywood blvd looks. You can walk next to the ocean and also enjoy music. However it feels dirty. Does the other town have something similar but cleaner?
Yes one of my favorite cleaner town is lauderdale by sea.. and almost same feel like Hollywood but it does not have broadwalk though ..
Hallandale beach looks beautiful hopefully it have a lot of good restaurants and shopping plaza ❤️

Traffic is heavy on Hallandale beach blvd and will only get worse with new development next door to gulfstream
3 mile drive from the beach to 95 takes 20+ minutes
Yes true traffic is getting horrible slowly ..

The way those condos fall like a pancake in Miami and they were only built in 1980 , I don’t think I would invest in a condo that was built in the 60’s or any condos in the state of Florida no way !
There is extra inspection and budget inspection required now buying any of condo
This could also be bad for the beaches, because when these things get demolitions, this can pollute the beach.
