The Staten Island Ferry Hawks draw about 1000 people per game. When it was revealed that the Bananas were coming to Staten Island, they drew 12,000 for two nights, and tickets on the secondary market were going for $600 apiece. These guys are awesome.

Fun?? Baseball?? Kinda like colliding with antimatter... 😏 ...The Harlem Globetrotters were always more fun to watch than the NBA because they didn't take themselves too seriously. The 'Nanas are a welcome relief from mobster baseball...By any metric you use, the minor leagues are a better entertainment value than "The Show" itself. It's an interesting thought experiment to consider the possibility of the Aviators outdrawing the A's - God forbid the A's do move there...Fun one, Brodie... 👍
