Kripal Sir, Please visit hotel Lakshmi Nataraj in Raja market,Bangalore for some yummy dosa,idli and plantain leaf meals. You will be surprised to see the cleanliness of the place and ambience inspite of it being in a narrow lane

I went to kaktiya deluxe in hyd,.for veg meal but didn't have a great experience,.sambhar is not good and rasum also., I miss spicy venue but I disappointed by this place I went there by seen ur videos by the way u make great food vlog have a great journey sir🔥🥳⭐

Its More(buttermilk)kuzhambu in Tamilnadu aka Puliseri in Malayalam. The thick buttermilk is Sambaram made by mixing chilli ginger kothumalli curryleaves all ground and mixed in buttermilk and finally garnished with popped mustard in oil
The world is in pandamic so many poor people don't have food to eat because they don't have work still this fellow is trying to promote food and restarents
MTR had to definitely make the cut, no doubt at all. Great places serving great vegetarian fare. I generally don't deviate from the intent here or dont recommend a certain hotel etc when you have specifically chosen 7 of your best....so excuse me for below.. After my recent visits to Gujarat and Nepal, I can only tell the veggie thalis here are a different experience altogether. In Gujarat the Saurashtra region in particular. And Nepal, though it is a heavily non-veg oriented consumption, their simple yet 'unique to the region' style of veg preparation was extraordinary. Thakali Thali is a must try. Hoping you can visit Gujarat and Nepal after our humans can crack a firewall to Corona. PS: And Mrs Mai'YA' was 'Ya, ya' all the time ;-)
Kripal Sir one suggestion, You can invite film/TV stars, celebrities along with u to taste the food. So that you can reach out to many ppl across karnataka and India . It wud certainly boost ur popularity and you can even attract many sponsores. Try if possible . Best wishes

@@ushagujj2027 the saambaar, however, would be sweet, and so would all the vegetable dishes, and the other curries. sweetness, i'm afraid, doesn't work well in a saambaar. by the way, it's not spelt or pronounced "sambhar." the saambaar usually made by malayalis is nothing to rave about either. i suspect that that is some sort of a genetic flaw for which there's hardly a cure.
