guys, its the best tutorial i have ever watched and it helped me build my confindence a lot, from wanting to buzz vut myself so i cant do anything to it, to now having my possibly favourite haircut
This might be a dumb question but when your hair is wet, it falls down in thin, individual strands. When my hair is wet, it falls down in one big chunk. Could this possibly be helping your hair be more textured?
@@gavinhefferonif it’s thicker as your barber to use the clips to texturize your hair. It makes it thinner. To my understanding but I’m not a barber lol. I ask my barber that and he says it makes it thinner(less volume)
yo. can you still do this without a diffuser? and do you use heat protectant for your hair or just have the blowdryer on a low heat? i dont want to damage my hair putting the hairdryer on a high heat.
Diffuser is ideal but drying it without the nozzle would work too just not as good. And as long as you're on low heat you shouldn't need heat protectant
Depends on the clay and also your hair type. I have fine hair which get flat and oily very easily so I shampoo mine every night to make sure the clay is completely gone. If you have a water based clay you might be okay, but definitely an oil based clay needs shampoo to be removed from hair.
nice vid but i still got some questions: 1. do u wet your hair every day? 2. is it ok to just use sea salt spray? 3. does your sea salt spray have uv-protection? 4. how often should i apply sea salt spray? thx in advance
Yea I wet my hair every day Its fine but you won't get as textured of a finish without the clay I'm not sure if it does sorry I personally use sea salt spray every 2nd day
Hi, i have a curlier and little bit sparse(i don’t know the word for rare hair and i googled it so i hope u can understand it) hair , and i still struggle to make that messy hairstyle… Any tips/products that will help me in the process? thanks in advance 😄
How do you make it so textured and volumised while still looking clean lol. When i do it loads of hair strands just clump together and it makes a massive birds nest looking thing lol. Could be that i have too much hair on the top to be fair
Yes it's because of too much hair but it's very difficult to get the perfect length haircut for that clean look while having enough texture and volume.
is it okay to just put sea salt spray and the hair clay while the hair is damp? then your just dry the hair with the diffuser? or is it better to just use the hair clay when you hair is dry.
it's possible for my hair to look like this if I have straight hair... I've always wanted to and I don't know how. if I take the products will it work and if I have straight hair can I make this texture in my hair??? My hair is a wolfcut, but I keep the textured/fluffy look in the front. I’ve had most success with using mousse and hairspray when my hair is semi wet semi dry. That’s when I think it looks best.
I have a question. So I am trying to do this hair style but wondering what should I get on the sides like a mid fade or what, because I dont want to go to short and look like a mushroom
Personally I would recommend a low fade or a taper fade. this will leave you with a lot of hair on the sides and will go well with this haircut I think.
I let my hair air dry but it not makes like that hair or the texture that i need it just still straight when i do air dry i didnt try the hair dryer yet
Hi. I would like to ask if you think it would be possible to create the same hairstyle using a good prestyler instead of sea salt, or is it quite an important ingredient here? I use Layrite prestyler and Reuzel pomade myself, wearing a pseudo French crop, and I would love to try your hairstyle, it looks great.

I'd recommend using a diffuser attachment, we have one on our website, also ensure you're using the scrunching motion I show in my newer videos. Hope this is helpful :)
