Ghana has to learn to stand on its own and not depend on Turkey, China, the US or anyone else.
Nice house.
💯
No man is an island. If not for Chinese, Ghana's woeful infrastructure would be non-existent. The founder of Ghana Kwame Nkrumah said without African unity, Africa has no future. If the Western countries can sanction powerful countries such as China and Russia, what makes you think Ghana can withstand them. We need them as they need us. We need to learn build win-win relationship. This is what the Chinese sells. The West still want to treat us as colonies.
@@jaeeluv Indeed!
@@yawos9024 That’s why Ghana and other African countries need to be more transparent about their policies and look for Black expats with solutions
@@thebagnchannel You want them to change the rules for them? Do you even realize these countries have their own development programs? Don't cry when the Chinese move in. They come with more money and are able to adapt.
It’s a marathon not a sprint and we are god’s on earth. Keep striving with wisdom and honest connections. Proud of her efforts and achievements. I would like to interview you all one day!
Hi, please be careful about the type of tree you plant because some tree roots break walls and even building. So watch out.
Yes you have a ver good point
It is a big headache while you are doing it but truly a dream once complete - just keep going forward little by little at your own pace and you will get there someday

Beautiful ladies, beautiful home
I did design my own house due to copy and paste architectural designs in Gh. And to my surprise, the builder ended up changing things without even telling me. He will send me pictures which doesn't reflect the actual drawing... I lost interest completely and thinking of leaving the project and do something els
Sometimes they don't understand the drawings hence they do whatever possible.
Wow, what audacity!
Something I am against as well, is concrete everywhere on the plot!!!!
My faves 🎉
Great content, from 🇿🇦🙌

Bright beautiful colors just like the kente colors,Africans like bright colors
@@sherensjoy8279 Same in Accra or different?
@@sherensjoy8279 kumasi people owns most properties in Accra. Why is it that other tribes always talk trash about Asantes yet their women and men want to marry Asantes smh.
@@akosuaagyeman8218 owing properties in Accra isn't the issue...must you guys be always defiant? smh
What's the floor made of please
Floor tiles
Guy renting out your house? This liberty taking is beyond me
It is part of the process of building in Ghana. You will see all sorts of things. That is part of why it is really challenging to build in Ghana; however, buying is roughly 3 times the price.
@@AbdulJawula still love Ghana especially the people, they are great well balanced and honest people in Ghana, I think the poverty contributes to these behaviours however not everyone takes advantage of diaspora
@@AbdulJawula not everyone has the same experience. I am currently building and the people managing my project and tgevwirknen are the most honest people I have ever met. I have no problems
@@AbdulJawula come on, that is not true. However, it sometimes good to let some kind of "caretaker" to live there to protect the property. Especially, if the site is remote.
Classic Ghanaian "ablotsi" story. If you don't know what to do with the house, they have their own idea for it. Ha ha ya
What do you mean kumasi colors which tribe in ghana is more organized and stylish than ashanti ......no one
Relax and chill. That was a joke.Don't take it seriously.
It was a joke. Take it easy😂
What the hell are they talking about?
Hi thanks for joining the comments, please could you clarify what you mean.
