Yaaasss I love this for Rochelle!! Go head aunty RoRo proud is an understatement!!! One thing I greatly admire about Rochelle she never overshares on RUclips! She never not once bashed her fathers kids or anything. Love this for her! You can tell she was going thru things mentally when she first moved from Canada but comeback is an understatement.
Two business minded ladies . I love their lil squabbles about names and definitions, never a quiet moment . I side with Rochelle about where the floors on a double storey building begins and lam with Dela about calling guesthouse or house-help accommodation a “boys quarters, that came from the colonial times when black men stayed boys , never referred to as men! So nice to see Rochelle and so happy that she’s getting hands into real estate. These two women work so hard, good luck to them both💐 ❤
I say it all the time! "Scared money don't make money". I am a risk-taker but (with eyes wide open) lol. Congratulations to Rochelle on her new business venture!
Hello from Wisconsin avenue Washington DC. I am always happy to see our Black queens are doing great things in the motherland. Your children will be proud of you
You two together are very funny. Now I see why I have missed you too together. Dela + Rochelle = fun videos. Dela we can still say boysquaters and outhouse is another thing in America and Canada like an outside toilet. You both are correct, first floor in Canada/America but groundfloor in UK and Ghana. So we are enjoying your different English language backgrounds.
The reason why it is no longer acceptable or politically correct to use words like boys quarters and master bedroom is because of the history of slavery and its associated negative and evil consequencs. The slave master used the word "boy" when addressing his slave and the slave addressed the slave master as "master". In this regard, I agree with Dela that the right thing to do is not use such words.
New home construction is a major undertaking. I am very excited for Rochelle! Ghana real estate is very hot, therefore these homes won't remain available for long! Great video!
Congrat 🎉 to Rochelle !! 2 beautiful Queens doing great things. FYI, the lights called recessed light😂. Also tell Rochelle to pre-wire for Ring cameras, they work great in Ghana.
I think Rachel should build a storage space on one of the other land where she can put the materials that’s not being use that way she doesn’t have to throw things away, just and idea
Wow - well done Rochelle. She is doing what I often tell people to do - simply disappear for a few months and GRIND, save money and make serious strides towards whatever goal you have. When she sells all 4 homes, she is looking at $500k and will be set for life more or less depending on how she uses it.
Well done ladies your houses are so beautiful. I have been following Della for sometime now and both have me inspired to relocate to Zimbabwe. Big up fam lots of love from uk
Dela, please tell her to have a contract signed at the court for all the money she is putting on someone's land. The land is not in her name? So, she should be mindful.
The 3rd floor outside terrace would look amazing with a fung sui garden theme with vegetation beautifully placed to come and relax. Even having a telescope 🔭 to view the night skies would be dope too.

1- What does outhouse mean in British? any outbuilding The term "outhouse" is used in North American English for the structure over a toilet, usually a pit latrine ("long drop"). However, in British English "outhouse" means any outbuilding, such as a shed or barn. 2- In British English the floor at street level is called the ground floor, whereas in American English this is the first floor.
Your channel popped up on my youtube algorithm today. I am now subscribed. So happy for Rochelle. She moved from Canada and now doing so many big amazing things in Ghana. I pray God continue to bless her and bless the people of Ghana through her.
I'm hearing Dela saying " hmm , hmm " while thinking "partner, right ". That's her man and she's hiding her relationship. What else is Rochelle finding? Hmm.❤
Dela was remarkably coy about that segment . We may just hold our breath until we hear it straight from the horse's own month! It will be a beautiful change for her to find someone to share her life with, we humans are very social beings, especially with a husband or even somebody in a domestic arrangement😀
Congratulations, Rochelle. I'm not surprised though...lol. Dela, my pretty, we say 1st floor for the ground floor and master suite/bedroom in America and Canada.❤
I’m very curious about what legal agreements between construction project partners looks like. She seems to be so confident in the trust worthiness and ability of her partner
@@therealnikkij I was just saying. I don't think most people have had many bad encounters dealing with Ghanaians. In fact in actual fact, Ghanaians will go an extra mile to protect a foreigner than they would for a local. So she having confidence in the partner might be resulting from how truthful he was in their first meetings.
@@thesecondgroup when my time comes i will always ask for a contract, which should be easy to provide since Ghanaians are so honest. That will be the extra mile I need.

Its pot lights (Canada) recessed lights (US). Spot lights is another type
