    I have done this for a week and I rlly suggest sitting down on a chair and doing it, it's more comfortable + be consistent and make sure u tell urself positive things like "am proud of u" it sounds weird but it makes me happy when i go to do this Excecise

      this does nothing other than create more possible wrinkles on the face later in life. the way to lose fat is actually very simple and easy but for some reason a lot of people just can't do it. Eat less.

    I've been doing this for a few weeks now. It's hard to say it works for sure, i think I my double chin decreased but I'm also going to the gym 3 times a week + having a better diet.
    What I can say about this workout is that after watching it again and again, the middle girl grew on me. She's adorable and exercising while she stares and smiles at me is worth more than any slim face improvement.

    Haven't done it yet, but I'm gonna try this for 2 weeks and record my progress! I have pretty chubby cheeks and a bit of a double chin. I'm mewing as well, so I hope this helps!
    #1- ✅ hurts more than their 20+mil view video but I think it's bc I'm used to the moves in it

    #3-✅ my face was pretty puffy this morning
    #4- ✅ I had a huge thanksgiving supper yesterday, so my face is all swollen
    #5- ✅ My jawline looks so much better than before
    #6-✅ I'm feeling so much more confident in my face right now!

    #60-✅ I feel like my face is remaining quite slim even when I eat something sugary ( which was my problem before I started this video because I felt so chubby after I ate which made me extremely self conscious so I reduced my snacking each day. Now I rarely feel like that and it's boosting my self confidence!) edit: this may or may work for you, but it certainly is for me, so I say give it a try, just have patience and be committed. Writing out this journey in the comments has definitely kept me going; I highly recommend.

      @@missgurl968 not dieting hardcore, but I'm staying away from junkfood, glutinous foods but I eat them once in a while. Mostly, I do 30min to an hour workouts by cardio party beat. Her workouts are super fun and intense and have helped me lose and maintain my current weight without going on a strict diet. 😄

    Day 3-✅much harder to do this time my face hurts again😭
    Day 4-✅I found it much easier this time😁although the tongue turning still makes my face hurt
    Day 5-✅this time my face feels much more easier to move with these exercises starting to get easier💗
    Day 6-✅I felt very tired today but I decided to still do it I feel the results will be worth it!❤️

    Day 1 - I feel my face muscles are moving!!
    Day 2 - I did it.
    Day 3 - I can't see any result but I think my face a little bit puffy 🥺
    Day 4 - 頑張った!
    Day 5 - 今日もやったね!痛さになれると思う!結果はまだです。
    Day 6 - 今日もやったね。舌回りは本当に大変だね。
    Day 7 - なかなか明白な結果がありません。でも、眠いときにやると本当に助かります。何か目も覚めるよになってスッキリした。
    Day -8/9 やったことはやったが、投稿するのを忘れた!
    何か何も変わっていないね!

    Llevo un mes haciéndolo todos los días, si funciona! tenia la piel un poco colgando hacia la parte baja de mi oreja y ahora el contorno esta mucho más definido, el ejercicio de la lengua me lastimo así que lo cambie por uno que hace lo mismo ... miro arriba con los labios inferiores tapando los superiores y trato de sonreír, me quedo 5 segundos en esa posición durante 1 minuto igual... y también hago otro ejercicio adicional que sirve mucho, pongo mis puños debajo de mi quijada y haciendo presión hacia arriba trato de bajar mi cabeza con fuerza ...muy bueno!!! realmente mi rostro esta mucho más lindo ahora :)

      i think you should do it for at least 3 months if you want to see more visible results 😭 well it mostly depends on your diet and physical activity

    It definitely worked if you keep doing this everyday but if you skipped one day or two your face returned to normal puffy.

      2 weeks tracking completed. Noticed loss of facial fats. The tongue turning gets harder everyday😂. Now I don’t keep track anymore and just do some of the exercises while doing my everyday chores. Loved the vid always❤

    I've done it for 2 and a half weeks. I see no changes to be honest. Some of the exercises are not really good if you don't want wrinkles.

    ¡Amo estos ejercicios! Voy a realizarlo durante una semana: ❤
    Día 1 ✅ : De todos los ejercicios faciales que he hecho debo decir que en este he notado una diferencia muy notable. Sentí que mi rostro entró en calor leve, para mi es un buen indicador que de verdad estoy moviendo los músculos faciales 👌🏽🔥
    Día 2 ✅: Nuevamente siento mi cara calentita y ejercitada ¡me encanta! 🔥 Cambios pequeñitos pero algo notables: Noto un poquito menos papada que antes y también noto un ligero cambio en la mandíbula, me gusta, ¡sigamos!
    Día 3 ✅
    Día 4 ✅: Noto mi cara más marcadita, especialmente en la mandíbula! Me siento más bella y la seguridad en mi misma aumenta 👌🏽
    Además me río un montón con este vídeo, las chicas ponen caras graciosas y es inevitable no reirme en algunos movimientos lo que hace la práctica más divertida y quiera repetirlo otro día más 😄

    Día 7 ✅ En serio, veo mi cara más marcada y bella. El ejercicio de la lengua es la que más duele pero me encanta a la vez porque significa que estoy moviendo los músculos 🔥. Además la gente de mi alrededor nota esa cambio!

    Going to be doing this with other excersizes plus 1000 calorie daily diet!
    Day 1:✅ easy and fun to do, and I felt my face muscles hardening or smth like that

    welp, here’s my attempt in this challenge til i forget/got lazy to update.
    i have pretty chubby cheeks (my body store fats easily at my cheeks area), slight double chin, a little bit of jawline and a define face shape.
    i am also doing this challenge along with using guasha at night.
    12/10 - x1 night / face feels fine,i dont feel any tension at all. dont see much changes from my face (yet)

    yo llevo haciendolo dos semanas❤❤ ¡¡¡¡ junto con dos ejercicios mas de 6 minutos y de verdad q me a gustado el resultado ❤ya que al voltearme de perfil me di cuenta que si se ve la diferencia ademas mi cara y mandibula se notan mucho mejor .Yo estoy contenta con mi resultado porque fue en poco tiempo y ademas yo era muy insegura ya q mi cara era muy redonda por toda la grasa q comia y se veia muy feo pero ahora veo una diferencia y me gusta mucho mas 😍 aunque eso si tambien depende de ti ya q no siempre se dan lo resutados para todos porque cada cara es diferente pero si tienes mucha grasa la cual se puede agarrar con las manos te aseguro q esto te servira 🧡🧡

    J1 : l’exercice de la langue ma tué mais je suis déterminée à réussir mes deux semaine!!!

    Day 1: I can see some difference but I think it's just me overall pretty easy and fun
    Day2: there are some improvements in my face and results started to show im really happy that my efforts are not being wasted
