I was working on a "Homing Minions" build based on no minions but utilizing bone spirit and those corpse explosion runners for miasma based screen coverage and this might very well be good for that!
I’ve been loving your undying bone storm build
How do you get max resistances with this gear setup? I can only get max res if I roll one of the armor rolls into all res it seems. Int is only found on the weapon (two-hander) and with this build I get ~60 % all res. Amulet: 25 %, Rings +20 % and 2x10 % random, 19,9 % from paragon nodes, 24 % from gems and 23,7 % from int and then minus the 50 % from T4. That equals 62 % all res (not sure why D4 calculates it to 60,8 % so how do I get the remaining 10 %? I don't have Shako, so I'm using a helmet with the embalmer aspect.
After the patch, all my tempered items will become useless, and I will have to start over again.
This is how Blizzard keeps this game fresh: by wiping off players' efforts repeatedly.
The RNG is killing the fun for me. This season for me is meh at best. It’s fun but not because of the season 4 systems.
How will they be suddenlyuseless since your build didn't get nerfed?
They did great by not touching the nerf button on the strongest builds. Yet are trying to bring up others.
Worse comes to shove, you'll have something else to strive for. Wow, what a problem in a looter! OMG, terrible! More options! Other builds might be compete!
Seriously just proof gamers will complain about anything.
@@dianapennepacker6854 It is because very likely I will need to switch to a new build, and new build needs new items, but the materials I invested in tempering are not refundable, unless I destroy them which I don't want to, so I have to run through the pits from the beginning, not to mention that new items with appropriate stats need to be farmed as well.
For the bone storm build, would the aspect that gives 25% extra damage while barrier is up not be viable?
It is viable - now whether Blizz makes it compatible is another story.
I’m glad the paragon nodes got reworked. I was rerolling trash stats using different characters to meet those requirements. It works OK for now.

I can't seem to find the version with the Blood Begets Blood board .. Making the build you talk about in the video leaves me with 5 paragon points left and not full res. I tried making the "S4 - New Paragon Summoner x 30!" from your site but it's not the same as the one you show in the video.
yes because he's throwing 200 different things in one video then changing them around in the same part of the video and we are there throwing bunch of millions respecing like idiots.

Currently i use bone storm aspect for barrier, turning into shadow bone storm and increase bone storm duration : I have an infinite barrier and now with the patch the barrier is going to be more efficient
Same man. I have a tonne of UC reduction, so BS is always off CD. With it now adding maximum health, the barrier will be huge!
Blizzard should have made a decoction minion class and a dark mage class. Having them both on same class makes class balance too difficult it seems

Where is the sumonner necro with ring of mendeln? It's playable in the high pit tiers, like 100+?
Has anyone noticed a 'downgrade' in minion AI at all?
Was duo'ing with my bro at start of season and minions were always 'on point' by being aggressive (sometimes a little too eager to aggro, lol) - they'd sometimes continue to run to and fight just off screen to boot.
However, since popping back on in the last few days, i've noticed that the AI isnt anywhere near as agressive as it was. Minions wont agro on their own (fair i guess?) but if i curse/attack a mob from range, only a couple of my minions will go to engage the mob(s) unless i get closer (im talking near melee...)
Minions wont 'intercept' mobs that attack me either - before, minons being aggressive meant i only got touched in melee if i was outnumbered (rare for me) but now, i notice mobs will make a B-line stright to me and my minions will sit there and allow me to get slapped a couple of times before they take action.
Has anyone else had similar occurrences? I know i'm not imagining it; and while its not a a huge issue, it is annoying to be playing a 'passive/low apm build' and it doesnt do what its 'supposed' to do, lol
Never used holy bolts so I won't notice a reduction in any dps.

Why sad? Not needing a single unique is fantastic :D
It's more bittersweet to me, because I never found a Mendelin ring until season 4, and it doesn't do anything like it did before

hmmm maybe a only Golem/ Necro hybrid build will be pretty good now. shadow storm golem or bonespirit golem or even a blood build with blood lance or something like that.
Is the pet dog no longer considered a minion? Or we still cant run the dog if we using the sac pet passives?
That's getting fixed with this patch update. The pet won't count as a minion anymore, so you can just use the pet on any build and it won't affect anything. Just gotta wait for the pact next week, they said Monday

@@Otisdic necro is like falling off 20 pit tiers without holy bolt highest pit with holy bolt is 144 from what i remember and without 127. tho as we know pit gets changed aswell / tuned down so it maybe that we will be able to kill bosses, rare enemies with normal abbilities without relying on holy bolt as most high pit builds
@@mathiu295whatever the tier drop, it was a bug that we fully expect to be nerf.
Paragon points should be awarded for Pit-pushing! Example every 10 Pits, 1 or 2 paragon points.
More extreme builds or off-scale min/max playstyle 😊
Guys I was in a nightmare dungeon and I have noticed that the minions are getting worst. the mages do not engage and sometimes the golem walls away from the fight i am on xbox x so no sure what I can do.

Why I didn't do a minion build so many broken bug buffs knew it was gonna drop quite a bit with the pet fix and the seasonal elixir fix.
Looking forward to the sacrifice boost n the small shadow/corpse boost

Cannot survive anything I was clearing In the game before using MM necro. Feel like my character is completely binned since patch. Yes MM was somewhat OP but now cant do anything in tier 4 without getting one shot immediately. My armour and resistances are both maxed. Blizzard been doing this to players since WoW. I'm out.
why cant i rework my master work it does not even give me an option to rework it
Go to blacksmith, select item for masterwork, after selecting press triangle if you are on ps or whatever button you can find below to reset
on xbox, while on masterworking screen, look at bottom of screen for the 'Press Y to reset'. It is not obvious and most folks don't see it. The cost is bananas, but not unobtainable with the extra gold event going on now. It's going to be really rough once the event ends.

Dude are you serious right now? The sacrifices are helping the other builds measure up and be viable as minions are. Minions are still the meta

Zero Nerf to Minions build is *HUGE BUFF* already, minion builds are already *SO STRONK* right now, I really hope Blizz won't do something like GGG had done with Necro in PoE (fu@#!$ 3.19 Kalandra & consecutive nerfs to Necro in all leagues after that, never forget, and it's truly *HATE* to minion)
Reapers might get fixed for season 5 but I can only see further buffs
In level 55 I unlocked difficulty IV with dark-minions build
@@Maia-Oficial World Tier IV at level 55, it's normal for every meta builds, and....shhhhhhh don't talk much about how good minion builds, Blizz can hear and nerf them at the next season.
