Victimize is no more bugged than Ball Lightning was for two seasons and they have repeatedly stated "no nerfing mid-season". Will be nerfed for Season 5? Most likely. Will it be nerfed mid-Season 4? They have never done this before, even for more than obvious bugged/overtuned setups (Ball Lightning, HotA, Holy Bolts-minion interaction, etc.)
I agree. It would be catastrophically stupid for Blizzard to burn all the positivity of season 4 leading into the expansion with a mid-season nerfing of the top builds.

Most rogues are playing this build, they are likely to nerf it going in to next season along with caltrop duration scaling the damage taken as this one is like a week shorter than normal. I highly doubt any builds actually get nerfed and they will probably focus more on fixing bugs that are negatively impacting builds. Probably not the play to start doomspreading a prediction because everyone already knows it's overperforming due to bugs as the literal face of d4 talked about it constantly while playing heartseeker along with caltrops temper unintended interaction.

Yeah, totally agree with you. Remember tibaults pants bug? Like 13 Combo Points instead of 3 or something? They didnt even fix that.
