Hey everyone! We're Eric Lagerstrom and Paula Findlay. We're both professional triathletes; we train for and race triathlon for a living. Thanks so much for subscribing and helping us keep triathlon fun.

This week we catalog our long Sunday, including my favorite type of ride: the dual surface ride. I started on my TT bike with Paula for 90 minutes and finished up with Curtiss Feltner for 3 hours on the mountain bike. One of the coolest parts of Bend is being able to do all this from our door, and I could technically even mix in some gravel if I had a long enough day. We also took Flynn for a dunk in the river, saw Linsey Corbin, and made coffee with our latest TTL Coffee Project featured roaster, Onda Origins. We hope you enjoy!

Paula you really did do a good job with the camera, but I almost spit out my coffee when you said “I did a fabulous job of filming that” as you were completely out of focus

Aww, Sunday is now complete. Decent Zwift session, this morning, two races planned and booked, as racing is finally just coming back here in the UK. My weekly check-in with That Triathlon Life, and catch up with all things Eric, and Paula. Even the sun is out here this afternoon. Which if you know the UK, this can be a relatively rare achievement. Beautifully shot video as always. See you guys next week, stay safe, much love from the UK.

Your shots with the mountain biking and music were awesome, you cut the video so you were going very consistent speeds for the various segments and it was fun to watch! Not jarring compared to the stop-start feel of other MTB videos.
