Such a nice video, so relaxing and very straightforward! 🙏I have one question tho since I’m a beginner into all this modding stuff: you’ve used 2 mm foam, is it ok to use 3/4mm one? Thanks again! ✨
Yup. It rlly depends on ur personal preference. I personally don't specifically use the ones that come with the keeb, I usually get other switches sold by vendors but I tend to prefer linears. Again tho, all based on what ur looking for. Do u want something clicky or quiet or smooth or heavy.... all those factors play a role haha
@@nessasaurus_ thank you, i actually use the factory red switches on my keyboard about 2 weeks. But I often make mistakes. It's like I just lightly press the button but it still registers the input.
Not gonna lie the background piano music is so relaxing i almost fell asleep lol The after mods sounds so good, especially the stabs!
Ahhhhh tyty
fr tho, i was going to come comment same thing and saw you already did.
Thanks for the video! This helps
Glad it helped!

Thank you! Yep, I would actually recommend thicker foam for this board tbh :)
thanks a lot! Gonna try 4 mm, hope it'll be fine 😅@@nessasaurus_
If u do 4mm I would stick to less than 2 layers of tape if u plan to tape mod!
oh, thanks for the advice, didn't thought about it! 🙏
I love hoodies with thumb holes. How do you like your keyboard now?
This was a keeb for my friend!! She loves it ❤️
have you ever tried to compare the red, brown, and blue? i need recommendation switches for typing?

You probably need something with heavier resistance than, either a heavy linear or some tactile switch
@@nessasaurus_ thank you I will try
