I know nobody has commented on this in 3 years...but here I am, finding my self in Side Control and getting very good at getting that shoulder control with the opponent's far side lapel...this series of movements is going add a fantastic arsenal of chokes to my side control Thank you so much...deadly.

I have a question about the choke is which the lapel goes under his head and you step over with your leg...I have tried this but can't seem to a good choke...what is choking him?
