Yeah I agree! I've only had about 4-5 sets I've EVER come across where the bushing was so jammed I've had to hammer it apart, haha. This was one of those.
just opened up my 95kx 250 kyb's and the small piece just under the clickers is missing on one side do you know anyone who makes or sells them?. I have looked everywhere!

Why didnt you use heat to release it?
Usually it's not necessary in the least. They come off easily. This time, I needed it and didnt have it handy

Aw yes, hammer and blow torch in combination with a bench vise to work on delicate precision suspension parts... looks legit. The only thing missing in this video is a 4 foot pry bar, a bic lighter, a harbor freight welder, and a beer.
If you don't think a hammer, torch and vise are very necessary tools for working on suspension, then you haven't worked on much suspension. FYI, there's probably a beer out of frame somewhere. :)

Yeah, I've only had 1 other set in 15 years that was as tough as these. Bushings get so shot and then they get jammed.

Mallet* In the rare occasion you get a fork with a seized or stuck bushing, it's helpful. This was one of the worst ones I've ever had!
