So that probably won’t happen. It’s is quite developed. But you can’t always keep everything. That is the reality of aftermarket. You go aftermarket’s to get the feature aftermarket offers. There are just some features that aren’t duplicatable from factory to aftermarket. Sometimes they require components to be in that have to be removed. Sometimes the coding is at a level that an aftermarket adapter can’t handle. Or sometimes the radio itself doesn’t have components needed to do something. It doesn’t mean it isn’t developed all the way. It may mean that a feature is just not retainable. It’s like this on all things aftermarket not just electronics. In all things aftermarket it becomes a pros verse cons list. And each person has to decide what matter most. The features you gain or the features you lose and then follow through with keeping or replacing.

I have the GEN five radio for a jeep wrangler 2019. I tried hooking up a power amp to run additional speakers in the system but I can’t figure out what wire in the radio sends signal to turn on the power amp. Can you help?
Not currently no. That is a feature that came years after or development. So it’s not built in. It is one we believe we will be able to add into the firmware. But we do not have a timeline or confirmation that we can yet.
@@LinksWellInc I have seen one these in a 392. they used the stop start button on the radio for the exhaust button since the 392 doesn't use the stop start function. would it be difficult to wire the radio for this during install, or by chance would the radio just happen to line up where the stop / start wiring button lines up with the performance exhaust button in the wiring harness?
It shouldn’t be killing your battery. Do you have the doors off? Is the radio powering down when you turn off the Jeep? Who installed it? Where did you purchase it?
Are you asking about a multi cam interface for our T-Style Radio? If so, yes we have one. You should be able to purchase it from any one of our authorized dealers.

Still working out all the extra CanBus and settings for the EV features. So currently it will work in EV’s but it won’t have the menus or controls yet.
There isn’t an issue with the rear camera. The signal is very temperamental. The slighted changes in voltage in the Jeep can mess up how it comes to the camera module. And some of the camera modules struggle converting the signal. But it isn’t a thing. 95% work no problem. The 5% that does it usually either is aftermarket lights or something in the Jeep or the module itself just needing to be exchanged because it can’t handle the flux in signal. That signal from the Jeep/Dodge camera is a pain. For years we were the only company to have figured out the way to convert it. Just the real life struggle of trying to integrate aftermarket parts with closed network factory parts.
@@LinksWellInc I currently have a stinger high 10 and it was going to upgrade to something like this but almost every single radio that I run into does not have the off-road pages.
@@advapp ya. So the number of Jeeps with them is actually pretty small. We bought a Rubicon assuming we would and ours didn’t. They are all on the cluster for us like most the others. So we haven’t had access to one to work out those features and because it is a small number of applications it’s just low on the list to get worked on. Requires us finding a Jeep with it local and then doing all the R&D. At this point just isn’t set up to happen anything soon.

Our website has them. But we don’t sell direct. Our website also has a way to find an authorized dealer. If you are looking to purchase online. Hit up www.adcmobile.com
Because each manufacturers microphone is just different enough to cause problems. So the cost of the radio would rise due to needing different hardware in each radio to try matching best to the factory microphone. The microphones also do more than just radio stuff which causes another added area that could create issues. It also leaves an opening for other functional issues we wouldn’t be able to address. As an Aftermarket company we want QC on as much as possible. When we leave a component outside of ours to we give up quality control on that component. Microphones are one of those things.
Follow our video on programming the HVAC and verify the type of climate controls are set right (hi, mid, lo) and be sure protocol is set correctly. Our video has a link you can PDFs for each model vehicle with that information
Chances are there are cables hanging down in the way that isn’t allowing the radio it go in far enough. It’s a really tight fit. Is the bezel sitting flush?

Does the unit support additional or external hard drives for accessing movies other saved data?
It does yes. We have a 1TB SSD in our Jeep with movies and Music on it.
Does this unit have a way to add a microSD card for expanded memory? Also I have T-Mobile Will I be able to put a SIM card in this unit?
Whats the purpose of the speaker output little speaker that comes with the unit? Do I have to install that or can I leave it off?
Hello did you ever figure this out?? I’m currently stuck on it
Does the system have mirror link for those without a wireless Hotspot?
We don’t have mirroring. Only CarPlay or Android Auto.
Will the 392 Wrangler exhaust button still work?
Not currently no. That is a feature that came years after or development. So it’s not built in. It is one we believe we will be able to add into the firmware. But we do not have a timeline or confirmation that we can yet.
@@LinksWellInc I have seen one these in a 392. they used the stop start button on the radio for the exhaust button since the 392 doesn't use the stop start function. would it be difficult to wire the radio for this during install, or by chance would the radio just happen to line up where the stop / start wiring button lines up with the performance exhaust button in the wiring harness?
My battery keeps dying since it’s been installed, what can I do to fix that issues
It shouldn’t be killing your battery.
Do you have the doors off?
Is the radio powering down when you turn off the Jeep?
Who installed it? Where did you purchase it?
The doors are on. The radio powers off but I’ve noticed after some time the screen will turn back on, on it’s own while the car is off
@@JM-bh4yw can you email me a picture of the software version page to jon@linkswellinc.com
Do you have any other CanBus devices in the Jeep?
What's retail price for it?!!!
Generation 5 starts off at $1,495
Generation 6 starts off at $1,695
The XL starts off at $1,995
What’s new for a 2016 ram 2500. Thanks
The Ram has a Gen 5 like our other applications.
We will be releasing a Gen 6 and a T-Style XL later this year for it.
@@LinksWellInc any pics or info on the new one. Thanks
@@ATC235 Gen 5 is on our website. The 6 and XL are not finished with development yet so no images for them yet.
Can I buy this direct rather than through authorized dealers? If so, where can I buy direct?
No. We don’t sell direct. All purchase and end user support comes through our Authorized Dealers.
Do you have that multi camera interface for the Jeep gladiator where would I be able to get it
Are you asking about a multi cam interface for our T-Style Radio?
If so, yes we have one. You should be able to purchase it from any one of our authorized dealers.
The seller said you guys don’t have one for Jeeps
@@alfonsoballi7779 let me verify part number. I know we are making them. We have one in our Jeep JL. So I know it’s going into production. I may be ahead of release but I don’t think so.
Awesome I would love know if you guys have that
@@alfonsoballi7779 we do have it. Part number is JPJLMCADPT.
What about 4xe controls ?
Still working out all the extra CanBus and settings for the EV features. So currently it will work in EV’s but it won’t have the menus or controls yet.
Did you actually fixed the rear camera issues on JL?
@@LinksWellInc Thank you. Unfortunately I'm within the 5%. did you have any aftermarket camera that fit oem jl placement?
@@dio1982 sorry to hear that. Have to put in for an RA to get a new module?
@@LinksWellInc the local distributor has replaced the video module twice. What is it RA? I'm sorry
@@dio1982 Return Authorization. It’s a way to get it exchanged.
As far as off-road pages have you guys done a video that shows it installed and when you're using it?
We don’t have the Off Road pages. We only have the Pitch and Roll page. If your radio has any of the other Off Road settings we do not retain them.
@@LinksWellInc every single Rubicon has off-road pages so if you don't have a Rubicon you won't have it. So the number of Jeeps that have off-road pages is not small it's actually quite large at least where I live in California.
@@LinksWellInc also would be nice for you to do a 2-minute video on what your off-road pages are so-called off-road pages look like in the stinger they show the tilt the roll they actually have a picture of a Jeep and it actually can overlay on the front or rear camera. They also have gauges screen. I'm totally happy with what I have but I do like big screens and I do like the option of The Play store and all the apps it has....
Looks nice. Any link for this? I google it, but I dont find it 😑
Our website has them. But we don’t sell direct. Our website also has a way to find an authorized dealer.

Why doesn't this integrate the factory microphone?
Because each manufacturers microphone is just different enough to cause problems. So the cost of the radio would rise due to needing different hardware in each radio to try matching best to the factory microphone. The microphones also do more than just radio stuff which causes another added area that could create issues. It also leaves an opening for other functional issues we wouldn’t be able to address.
As an Aftermarket company we want QC on as much as possible. When we leave a component outside of ours to we give up quality control on that component. Microphones are one of those things.
@@LinksWellInc well it's already 1400 for the radio. Might as well tac on another 10 bucks for mic
@@themanthelegend7048 if it was as simple as that we would have.

The clips aren’t clipping we already pushed everything in for hours the screws aren’t even close to reaching
Chances are there are cables hanging down in the way that isn’t allowing the radio it go in far enough.
It’s a really tight fit. Is the bezel sitting flush?
Does this still come with the off road guide gauges?
It has the tilt, pitch and compass.
So no it doesn’t.
