Today, we're thrilled to be installing custom Jeep Wrangler JL and Jeep Gladiator shift knobs for the first time. These shift knobs feature completely licensed Jeep emblems and factory paint codes. Awesome video. One thing extra I would do is stuff a clean rag in the opening so as not to drop any screws into the transmission opening. I do occasionally have a case of butter fingers.🧈

Love the video, and had no idea this product existed. I would recommend putting a towel in the console so if you did happen to drop a screw it wasn't gone forever.

When I had my manual Rubicon I installed a set of Holley B&M shifters that were really similar to these and I loved them. Totally transformed the look and feel of the Jeep. But I really like the customization you get with these American Brother shifters. Nice job on the install video, too!

Maybe a suggestion to place a plastic grocery bag around the knob till all screws are set in place.

One thing to note. Those set screws WILL come lose. Not might, but absolutely will. It's not a defect or poor design, it's just the nature of those setups. The cure is to put just a touch of low strength Loctite (do not use high strength or you may never get them off). Just a dab on each screw and no worries. I have a similar setup from someone else and love it. Love it even better after I did the Loctite. Going to be ordering a set of these for the wife to color match her 4xe

exactly, we used to spin aluminum shift knobs in machine shop class in high school. also made body lift kits and sold them as donations for the FFA

Looks ok if you are looking for a change but I prefer the stock one for functionality. I really don't remember what was the last time I notice how they look :). Kind of money maker here that's it

I like the way it looks but that push to shift looks like a good way to bump it into neutral at the wrong time by mistake.
But the OEM doesn’t need the button pushed to go from drive to neutral either

For the radio/hvac knobs, how did you get them on,,,I have a set from AB, but they seem extremely tight umless the knob comes apart 1st..
I like the shift knobs but don't like the sound of the spring action for the automatic transmission shifter popping up and down. plus don't like the exposed black section under the knob.

The one see on the website doesn’t say wether it comes with the transfer case knob. And I don’t see a transfer case specifically on the website? Am I dumb or missing something

I looked on the website and didnt see where you could purchase the raidio trims. I found the gear shifter but not the trims
why did jeep put a cloth dash in the 2024 jeeps, when your wheeling and go through some mud or dirty water and it gets on your dash it's going to stain and your never going to be able to keep it clean, just wondering

Hello, Wife got a 2024 Wrangler 4xe recently. We live in MIDWEST and worry about undercarriage rusting. What is recommended to best protect it? We've heard of Fluid Film (yearly application), NHOU (yearly application), and Wax/rubber based (one and done?). We'd prefer a "one and done" solution over a yearly one, and we plan to wash it regularly. TIA.
I had thier parts on my challenger years ago... they were top shelf products. Nice to see they offer jeep stuff as well
i went to ABD website to order these 2 knobs and can find neither. All they have available for 2024 wrangler is a "Jeep JL 4x4 Shifter knob". No indication if it is for transfer case or auto/manual transmission. Dissappointing because i'll gladly drop the $300+ to get both knobs but doesn't appear either are available and the website lacks a little to be desired.

I factory ordered my Tuscadero Willys 4xe yesterday and I'm sitting on my hands trying not to order this stuff until I see the actual vehicle! This video makes me confident that I can switch out the knobs on my own.
