Products used:
Creme of Nature argan oil
I'm new to natural hair and doing the twist-out hairstyle and had no idea how to maintain it...until now! Thanks!
Thanks for this because my issue has always been over nite maintaining!
Thank you for this video. I recently chopped off my relaxed hair yesterday I did a flat twist out my hair rocks and I was looking up how to preserve my style and stumbled onto your channel I'm going to try the first method but I'm definitely subbing thanks again.
I will try this. I am debating to on going all natural or keep my perm and do my wigs in between. Natural is better but a lot of work trying to keep it moist. If it turns out I will post my pic. Thanks for videos.
This really looks good. This will be great for my daughter too especially since she doesnt always want her hair braided. No creamy crack for her hair!
Did a fantastic twist out last night, now I'm trying this tonight. Fingers crossed!
The twists are two stands and you could use extra virgin olive oil or grapeseed oil. just a little in your palms and rub them together to disperse it evenly so it wont be too oily then take her twists down.
Thanks for sharing, your methods are very helpful. Im finally fully transitioned and im learning to maintain my own hair in between my salon visits
So glad i found this! The pineapple method doesnt seem to work for me and i end up retwisting and moisturising my hair everynight! Gonna try this tonight, hope it works for me!
I love it!!!! Thanks for sharing. I just went natural this week and was wondering what the heck I'm going to do with my hair. I appreciate all you ladies for sharing your wisdom. #blackhairisthebusiness

i saw your video yesterday and decided to try this. i'm normally am not a fan of twist outs, but your tutorial was so easy to follow i had to do this. i'm so glad that i did! my hair turned out so good. i didn't think it would work for me b/c my hair is shorter than yours. i will definitely be rocking this for a while. thanks!

Thanks for the methods! I can really use them! =) I wore my hair in a twist out this week.
How do you keep your ends so moisturized? I checked mine and they aren't split but tend to be on the dry side. Thanks for the twistout maintenance twist.
Awesome video. Easy to follow! I plan on trying this soon!

Question, just before you took down your twists, what did you spray on your hands? Thank you
that is crazy my hair looks crazy after day two and i dont think i could make it three days!!! your hair looks amazing!!!!
Thanks! It was great seeing two techniques! :)
@Junebug8283 I don't really have a problem with my ends being dry. This may be because I give them a lot of love when applying moisturizer and oils. I focus on the ends because they're the most exposed part when wearing a twist out and if your hair is long, they brush up against things. So try applying generous amounts of moisture to your ends frequently.
Omg I lve the flat twist/twist out. What's the name of the sprsy you used in your hands?
Great video!!!!!!!! There aren't many good maintains ESP with next day
This was helpful because that is the issue I am having now. By my 3rd or 4th day it's a struggle and my twist out is looking womp womp hahaha. I think I'll pick up that argan oil : ) I am a new subbie!

do u apply any oils
so question for second and third day twist outs. do you not reapply your stylers/gels? and why
+DominiqueNicole nope I don't reapply because that causes buildup and the style doesn't last as long. I put enough when I'm initially twisting my hair for it to not need it throughout the week. And I sleep in a satin scarf on a satin pillow case so cotton isn't sucking my hair dry lok
what is your hair type?

I find I have to redo mine they just look so much better the frizz is terrible if I don't. I did mine on semi straight hair this time so maybe I won't have to retwist.
