  • A large number of patients can prevent the development diabetes by having a Kraft Test. Also known as the Insulin and glucose stimulation test. This is a 3 hour test done here in our blood lab to determine your body’s insulin response to a measured “glucose challenge” (a sugary solution) and return to baseline. At Cardiovascular Interventions we offer our patients this test and if positive guide them with the right diet and lifestyle changes to bring down their insulin resistance levels and reverse the development of diabetes.

Before I started IF, low carb meals and now OMAD, I was at 230 lb, high blood pressure 160/100, frequent acid reflux, fatty liver, insomnia and anxiety attacks. I was considered pre-diabetic, although I think I was well in the diabetes range as my insulin must have been very high to keep my glucose at 99. Never had my insulin levels measured (some doctors are useless). Dr. Jamnadas videos opened my eyes. Started fasting, and gradually eased into 18/6 fasting and eventually OMAD with low carb, moderate protein and moderate fat nutrition. Lost 30 lb in 3 months and never felt better in my life. BP is 120/74, normal sleep, 198 lb today and plan to get to 185 for my optimal weight. I will have to check my liver enzymes again, but based on my weight loss and overall energy levels, I am 100% certain that my fatty liver condition is gone. I will maintain this lifestyle as long as I live.
You, sir, are a blessing to humanity.

ignorance, self-interest and the last, they do not have the "guts" to stand up to the "government Standards" BS influenced by the pharma and Food industry if you can call food anytihing in a box, modify or created in a factory as the Doc says. I have listened to many doctors about this topic and I can understand their message why other people can; I am a darn foreigner which English is my second language!!!!! but it is not only here, my friends from my original country hardly listen Drs only the government and public servants as they are the only one who knows or have the "absolute" solution in this case for COVID and people are dying in such rate that is shamful. Can you imagin wearing 2 mask at the same time for your daily activities, meaning going to work? that is the reason people are getting sick. Imaging you as nurse working 8 hours in the hospital without taking off the two mask using them properly not under the nose? Exactly, it is nonsense.

You are fooling yourself if you think well read doctors don’t know the root cause.
      1. They get lot of money for prescribing insulin. 2. Recurring patients.
      3. Risk free from their side, they don’t have to commit to patients years long crappy diet.

My oldest son is in his early 20's and he has type 1 diabetes. But thank God for this piece of article ruclips.net/user/postUgkxVYhghKWmrUgXARZ_ydZTvmmcrw5L0I5i At first he thought he had the flu and was lying down on the bed for three days until his sister took him to the hospital. They took his blood and it was 600. What I do not understand is how he could have gotten it, since no one in the family has it. But he is winning the battle now. This is good stuff.

This is a good information that I have gone through **Diabets.Care** She is 2 years 9 months, hale and healthy, have not done any blood test. But I am not certain if one can get diabetes at such a tender age. Please I will like to know more on that*

I am watching your videos again and again every other week, because after a few weeks it seems like I forget about some stuff and end up starting eating very little bad things that I was used to eat...so I have to remind myself and refresh myself with one of your videos. I am watching this video for probably the 4th time and I'm in tears. Literally from June until September I lost 16kg just but starting eating, consciously, REAL FOOD the first month and then starting intermittent fasting, little by little..and a few times OMAD. Your speeches give me strength and knowledge. BRAVO

      Rx for high psychosis
      Rx for high anxiety

So clear and simple. Within a period of seven years, I pass through two cardiac infarction and five stents. I have no diabetes, BG 5,5 but, low HDL, high LDL, high triglycerides. And no reasonable answers from all doctors I have visited, what is possible reason for all this cardiac disasters. They don't know, or they don't want to tell?! Any way. I change my life, my food, habits in the direction explained above. And I found my self - finally. So this explanation is just PRICELESS for people with metabolic complications!!! Thanks dr. @Iwan Kalinow Many of these plaques are also genetic. Recent findings say, if an adult has this cardio and plaque problems, his children may develop them, too. So, even when you're 5yrs old, you may already be developing the plaque without any symptoms. A relative had it. He was fit, exercising every day, even on Sundays, yet he had 3 blocked arteries in his early 40's. Though he never had a heart attack, he underwent a bypass, thankfully, the kids are conscious of what they eat, but they may still have that risk.

So if two hours after I have my lunch and my sugar level is still 9.5mmol/l, does that mean that it is good because my insulin has not been forced to overwork to bring down the sugar..or does that mean I am diabetic because I don't have enough insulin to transform this sugar? I am trying to eat once a day. Around 1000 call.

I stopped eating sugar, processed foods, and junk and I feel alot better, lost 10lbs in 4 weeks. I tell people my arms and legs dont get fat my stomach is fat and thats dangerous.. So I permanently stopped eating bread, pasta, sugar, junk, potatoes and try to eat more vegetables

@@dapheneabraham3573 best thing to do is learn what in food, there's tons of helpful people on RUclips, take the information on the food and slowly reprogram your mind. Eating is pretty much bad habits. We learned to eat this way and we continue to do so.

The best advice for all . Regards from Toronto, Canada 🇨🇦
I do have a problem of belly fat that just does not go away for years. Last year I developed High BP and was put on Enelapril 20mg I have somewhat brought my BP readings under control but I started following Dr. Jamnadas and his fasting advice. I have started a 24hrs fast and I am so happy to report now that just after eight days of 24 hrs fast my BP readings are now 105/67 I really hope to stop my BP medications soon. BIG THABKS TO MY FAVORITE DOCTOR JAMNADAS. You are the best. ❤
