Those connectors are pulled to seat terminals come out the front of the connector instead of the back

Is there a special tool to get them out? Thought there was a little tab or something I had to depress?

@@thejourneyretold there is a special tool and it is inserted into the back of the connector and as you push it in the terminal comes out the front of the connector which most people don't crimp the terminals on Intel they have already put their split room or heat shrink etc.
