The Settle and Carlisle with 47593 and 37521 - 28th July 2020

In typical Settle and Carlisle conditions (i.e. very changeable) the Skipton to Appleby charters by Rail Charter Services are seen operating with 37521 and 47593. Firstly as the rain starts the 37 is seen at Arten Gill Viaduct. Then for the southbound the 47 is leading on the climb of Ais Gill at Angrholme. 37521 is then captured on the long drag at Selside climbing the 1 in 100 gradient. Back to the hillside at Ais Gill sees the 47 climbing with ease and cresting the summit. Finally making all the right noises 37521 passes over Lunds viaduct 28/07/20
