This is a very very good video. Your best yet. I was walking near here. Marsden side to the psck horse bridge, just the other week. Enjoyed this very much.

@davidsmith5523 thanks very much David, I should have put the packhorse bridge in.

@yorkshiredrone Steve. Did you fly around that area and the the large house nearby? It is a quite magical place.

@davidsmith5523 not been up there in quite awhile, Eastergate is in the Marsden video very briefly, should have stayed longer, next time..

How far did you bike from Hudds and how long did it take altogether? Did you bike it back on A62? I'm thinking might get train back once in Manchester unless it's doable by bike on same day...

@azy78 it's an e-bike so I'm a bit of a fraud. I always feel like one anyway, it's still a workout, just not as much. Did different sections, but the trip to Ashton was from home. Milnsbridge, mainly canal but over the standedge for the tunnel, there and back that day I covered 40 miles but did ride round some areas, , mainly A62 on the return journey. I think Ashton is a good distance away from Manchester(6.6 miles) it has Trams though. I'd say doable as it's largely flatish, maybe 4 hours return..

Ahh that's why the video is so smooth lol. Thanks for letting me know and I'm gonna give it a shot next week on a clear day. Your vids are much appreciated as I wanted to know the intricate details of this route. I have already mastered birkby bradley greeenway to calder valley greenway to spen valley greenway and back within a day on a hybrid so I think this is also doable. Thanks again @yorkshiredrone.

@azy78 ha mainly smooth because the camera has got horizon balance switched on, pretty cool camera feature, the damn bike is so heavy it's like riding a truck that helps alot up hills, nice. Good man, glad they're useful, I'll try to get a rough version of the rest of the route knocked up in the next day or so and send a link, happy riding👌

@azy78 you inspired me to get my lazy ass moving and finish it, took so long the seasons are all mixed up. ruclips.net/video/jNLgsJEDziw/видео.htmlsi=VqqwVAOyzKgse_pq
