    材料:2片DonMi 快速米粉,2个鸡腿肉,2个香茅,4片南姜,2个小米椒,1瓣大蒜,4个酸柑,1些薄荷叶,香菜,生菜,九层塔,黄瓜和萝卜
    1)米粉放入大盆里倒入热水把米粉泡软,然后再过一遍清水
    2)把鸡腿肉去骨,再把筋切段,放入大盆里
    3)搅碎里放入2香茅,4片南姜,1个小米椒然后搅碎
    4)把搅碎的材料倒入到鸡肉的盆中,加入一勺白糖,半勺黑酱油,1茶匙盐,1勺酱油,1勺绍兴酒,1勺蚝油,2勺鱼露,抓拌均匀,盖上保鲜膜,放进冰箱腌制2个小时
    5)大蒜切末,1个小米椒切成圈,4个酸柑对半切开,准备一个碗,加入两勺白糖,100ml清水搅拌均匀,再加入一勺鱼露,放入切好的蒜末和小米椒,挤入酸柑汁,搅拌均匀酱汁就做好了
    6)把准备好的薄荷叶,香菜,生菜,九层塔,黄瓜和萝卜混合在一起
    7)热锅倒油,油热后放入腌制好的鸡肉皮向下,中火慢煎,把两面煎至微焦,把鸡肉切小块
    8)准备一个空盘,放入米粉,放入一把混合好的青菜,摆上煎好的鸡肉,撒上一些花生碎,香喷喷的越南香茅鸡就做好了,淋上准备好的酱汁就可以开吃了
