    1)锅里放入4个香菜根,葱结,疯柑叶,香茅,8瓣大蒜,一勺黑糖,半勺黑胡椒粉,一勺黑酱油,一勺鱼露,一茶匙盐,500ml清水,搅拌均匀,再放入鸡腿肉,开大火煮开,然后盖上盖子转成小火焖60分钟,每隔十五分钟,把鸡腿肉翻面
    2)曾这个时间准备泰式酸辣酱,搅碎机里放入4个香菜根,2个青椒,6瓣大蒜,1勺黑糖,1勺鱼露,挤入一颗酸柑汁,50ml清水,搅碎就可以了
