Player it’s such an eyesore and is vandalism, so yes I too think they are very disgusting especially together, tourists need to have more respect sometimes this is an old bridge, you don’t see people tagging their names into the Statue of Liberty because that is rude and vandalism, this should be considered the exact same and I’m glad they are putting glass panels up to stop this.

It's rusty garbage and isn't even a French tradition. People started putting them there in the 2000s on bridges that are hundreds of years old. It's better off as scrap metal and the money used to further clean up the city.

the locks pollute the historical areas of austria and much of europe. one 5 foot section of fence had 500 pounds of locks... fences are made unstable to the point of collapse; more tragic than taking down love locks
