@JuddAlbring Not really, no. Mostly you have HR pros who are talking to other HR pros, or you have attorneys talking to upset employees, or employees addressing employees. But I haven't found an HR pro who wants to share HR "secrets" with employees.

You haven't added video tags and channel tags to your videos, and you need to set up a proper searchable video tag to reach the targeted area and audience. Your SEO score is very low. Can I share some plans with you to organically increase views and subscribers? So you really need an {SEO} expert who will properly optimize your videos and reach your desired audience.

I would do a RUclips search on some topic in your niche. Lots of people with insurance channels. Maybe add some humor! There’s an angle somewhere
