Chasing wild pigs during the Drought out Western NSW. Get onto the below sites guys as Olight and I are now working together. Aus link: bit.ly/2O8Y9Zl USA link: bit.ly/30f46JR
There once was a young pig called Beven. Who had friends that numbered one to seven. Along came Stu with his aught 6. On a quad bike full of tricks. Now Beven and the seven are in piggy heven.
Another great video, thanks Stu, hope the station owners get some of this rain we are getting in the east. We get a lot of yellow tail black cockatoos out here, lovely birds. Cheers, Matt.
Good video Stu,we got 15 pigs out your way 2 weeks ago,I was surprised on the amount of mobs around considering the drought. My block has more timber and not as open,so we needed a couple of dogs with us.
Man i found these videos little while ago.I need to hunt pig's like this looks like a blast..ive been calling it OG Australian drive by style...i hope this is legal in Texas (closest spot to me with pigs) but if full auto from a helicopter is legal there why not this...keep the vids coming.hope to try this asap
Also wonder how fun/practical a pistol would work hunting like this maby a tach vest with a couple smith governors or sum glock 10mm's with a red dot...just an idea..
Hunting with Stu According to GCA your Adler rapid fire death machine won’t be able to give the zombies a chance according to them you should be right :)
Another nice video Stu. Makes me feel like I'm riding along. Great shooting as always. Do you use factory ammo or do you reload for the 30-06? Keep these video's coming mate. Cheers.
Hunting with Stu: Hi Stu, yes here in Northern California we have a 100 day waterfowl season (just started on Oct 21). Also there is deer, upland birds like quail, pheasant, and dove, and of course wild pig. The trick here is getting access to good hunting areas. Also, you have to buy a tag for wild pig, but they are inexpensive and readily available. I haven't tried hunting wild pig here in California, as I understand it's either pay a bunch to get a guided hunt for one pig, or do a bunch of scouting and field time to find them on public land. I'm saving my pennies to go to Texas to shoot ferals by the dozens from a helicopter. Cheers to ya!
horror flick title: outback hog zombies 9:09 I wonder if a bow deck gun for your kayak would be legal, like a black powder punt gun and square lead cubes, you wouldn't even need a follow up shot after that heh, I google it and the historical image is a big kayak shaped canoe: upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/3/38/Punt_gun.jpg upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/8/86/Side_view_of_punt_and_ducks_YORYM-S385.jpg/1280px-Side_view_of_punt_and_ducks_YORYM-S385.jpg
Blackhawk ammo mate. However, in Texas you should be able to get Winchester Defender ammo which is a solid with 3 x ball bearings. They come in packets of 10.
Gday stu another choice video mate 👍👍 do you have much trouble with the accuracy of your scope when it’s bouncing around on your bike 🍺🍺cheers mate roddy
1000 Zombies surround Stu from all sides in the middle of the night. It was said when dawn rise out of those 1000 zombies none survived and Stu was sitting down on the ground drinking his cup of coffee.
Run, run run as fast as you can, but you won't out run the 30,06 man. Nice shots Stu. A 203 might have been handy for a couple of those mobs. 40mm rain drops.
You & ya bloody zombies , got a mate who talks about zombies & werewolves jumping him on his quad on the ride back. Hang on he's a bloody left handed too , might be something to that !
Hey Stu, you aware of a swine's ability to change it's facial structure based on it environment? Also, I don't know if you're familiar with our Viper Rattlesnakes here, but due to the hog infestations in our country, the Rattlers fail to rattle out of fear of the hogs, which make them twice as dangerous.
Hey Stu great vid as usual and very much appreciated my friend !! Where I live, over the road is a stand of huge pine trees and when I moved here 6 years ago there were 2 sets of mating pairs of Red Tailed Black Cockatoos, now all up with their kids returning as well to lay their eggs, there's now 37 wonderful cockatoo's at nesting season in the pine trees and they sound wonderful. Like you bud I just love them and the majestic call of the Butcher bird !! We most certainly do live in the Lucky Country my friend ! Seeya Rob.........see if you can shoot one of them Zombies for us and give us a look at it !! Don't forget only in the head ! Haha.
Have you guys ever thought about getting your cat D license?? It’s definitely needed in my opinion stu...specially with all those pigs and also quick follow up shots...
Stu what camera do you use? Also are you happy with the Adler, haven't had a shotgun with more than two since the government bought my Remington 870 off me?
The camera is a Sony Action Cam mate. I reckon they are way better than a gopro. The Adler works well in the Aussie bush mate. Wow you must miss the 870! I'm getting a slick kit put in the Adler to smooth out the action as well.
Stu: as to what happens to all these hogs you shoot do you take them back for food or just leave them I thoroughly enjoy watching your videos and only wish I could some myself but unfortunately I am a million miles away back in the UK the pigs are here are a lot more docile they haven't got an attitude problem like yours keep the videos coming Stu because I keep watching them and thoroughly enjoy them
Ya know stu all the rage at the moment in the states is using ruger 10/22s with suppressors and subsonics. They reckon ya can drop alot of pigs pumpin numerous threeway segmented .22s in the head without them knowing what the hell is going on.
Mate, my father uses a 22 subsonic and so long as you are not rushed and you can shoot em in the head out to say 50 yards then you can drop the biggest of hogs. However, I like to have a bit more power at hand yet still take the time to place each shot.
Great stuff stu. It’s unreal how they manage to survive the buggers considering how dry it is. Not a bad sort that young black boar u shot either he’d looked in in rather good nick for how the bush was holding up. Do u ever get em eating other pigs where u go ?
Another great video Stu, keep them coming. What quad bike do you and the other guys use and which has been the most reliable? Loved the river comparison bit, but I must say the kayak sneeking up on the sleeping pig video is the best I have ever seen!
Thanks mate, Steve's bike is a honda 250 and the one I ride is also Steve's which is a Suzuki 200 I think. However, Steve's Bro on this clip had a brand new quad and it was cheap as not sure what it is though.
Yes mate it is warm. I make the best of all seasons mate. If it is cold then walking n stalking is good to keep warm. If it is hot then hunting from the kayak is the go.
There's a few snakes this time of year where we shoot (Central NSW) so unfortunately for us it's over until next year. Good to see you try both methods, their is nothing like a good walk and stalk in the middle of winter
Hi Stu did your hunting property did any of that rain?, im in the meat industry, rain must have been widespread as our supplies of cattle has dried up.
we need to make that "how ya garn" into a iconic mention u do in each video, its the definition of a aussie hunter, bloody good work stu, keep it going. cheers
I remember being in camp training once dont know where we were we were choppered in. Before GPS we had a compass and a crude map an objective with a few coodinants to stray too. We had to hump ten miles in terrain none of us knew. for two miles we had a cougar following us(the ten of us) that scared the s@#$ out of a couple of guys. about five miles later we walked into an abandoned graveyard. The biggest meanest bastard amoung us wet his pants another started to cry. Allong the way we were contacted by people carrying a portable light...they said nothing just human contact. Everybody that showed any emotion other than being tired failed or was gone after the week. I thought finding the grave yard was kinda cool I marked it on the map said a little prayer. They thought i was nuts for staying that long....just another day. But no zombies I could find. We go out at night piggen and shoot footballs with a pellet gun and a silencer. In TX we call baby pigs footballs! In the everglades FL there are one hell of a lot of cougars...but you dont want to walk around much at night. cant see the gators with NVG you need infra red to see the heat. another good huntin trip guys.
Wow that is a cool story mate bloody hell getting followed by a Cougar would put the wind up me. Good stuff mate, thanks for sharing. Comforting to know that there was no zombies ; )
you must compensate for the fact that the cougar can see you cant! my brother was near laos in Nam 67 and a full grown tiger jumped out at him and missed, needed his shorts dry cleaned. they were 300 meters from target couldnt shoot! OhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhSSsshit!!!!!! lloooollllll
We leave em mate as the farmer wants us to cull as many as possible when we are there. Within a week the carcasses are gone due to other pigs, foxes, cats etc.
They run for many miles at half pace mate, however, flat out they probs run for 2 miles. Some turn around in a short distance to charge but that is rare.
Go to the start of the video and turn on captions
You can thank me later
I didn't know that you could do that mate.
Bloody brilliant that is
Funny. !!!
Well done that’s bloody funny
Regular shooters: 'where are them pigs'
Stu: 'I could smell him before i saw him'
Ha, yes mate this is me when I'm in predator mode.
Yeah but smelling those pigs sometimes is not that hard 😂! Not making light of Stu’s skills just saying you don’t always wanna smell those bastards.
I'm always farking spewen when your vids end.
Ha, this is the longest one to date mate.
hyster16t Same here mate
Keep em coming mate.
Should make a feature movie then hey?
Cinematic gold Stu
There once was a young pig called Beven.
Who had friends that numbered one to seven.
Along came Stu with his aught 6.
On a quad bike full of tricks.
Now Beven and the seven are in piggy heven.
LOL Nice mate a bit of poetry. I like it!
Another awesome video Stu. How many acres is the property? It's definitely a hunters paradise. You could almost get lost on that property.
Yes mate it is pretty big. I think one boundary is approx 15km long.
D d8₩
Another great video, thanks Stu, hope the station owners get some of this rain we are getting in the east. We get a lot of yellow tail black cockatoos out here, lovely birds. Cheers, Matt.
Thanks mate yes the yellow tail cockies are so cool.
Love the vid mate u inspired my channel
Good stuff mate
Good video Stu,we got 15 pigs out your way 2 weeks ago,I was surprised on the amount of mobs around considering the drought. My block has more timber and not as open,so we needed a couple of dogs with us.
Good stuff mate, 15 is better than 14 pigs.
Pleased to have raised awareness for you mate, yes get out there n into em.
Always love when I see you post a new video!
Thanks mate, pleased you like em
Bloody things always know where all the fences are
You need to get a lever action rifle stu it would be a bit better than the bolt action
I have a 30/30 but open sights only. Yes the lever is def quicker than a bolt.
Very few people in this world shoot like you running pigs accreted shooter good on you mate stu
Thanks mate I appreciate the feedback
Also wonder how fun/practical a pistol would work hunting like this maby a tach vest with a couple smith governors or sum glock 10mm's with a red dot...just an idea..
Illegal to hunt with pistols in Australia unfortunately mate.
Gun laws in NZ & Australia are quite strict. Very difficult to even get a pistol license and the you cannot use it outside of pistol ranges.
And all too soon 18 minutes was up LOL cheers n thanks for sharing Dennis
Ha, thanks mate
Straya
good numbers still running about even with the drought.
awsome footage stu.
Thanks mate yes a few about.
Hey mate have you got Facebook my Facebook is Nathan Langer
Yes mate I'll send you a request.
That was the last we heard of Stu. The brave hunter didn’t make it back in time and the zombies got to him.
Geez I'd go down in a hail of fire if the zombies got me. You would hopefully see a lot of head shot buggers, ha.
Hunting with Stu According to GCA your Adler rapid fire death machine won’t be able to give the zombies a chance according to them you should be right :)
Lets hope so mate, secretly I am in training whilst hunting pigs, ha.
Another nice video Stu. Love the kayak shots. You need more of them.
Thanks mate yes I am hoping that the billabong will fill up again soon.
Another nice video Stu. Makes me feel like I'm riding along. Great shooting as always. Do you use factory ammo or do you reload for the 30-06? Keep these video's coming mate. Cheers.
Thanks mate, I do reload, however, when I'm running low on brass I buy factory ammo
Cheers mate, Thanks for the reply. What ever the load data is for those rounds, it sure does work. Happy hunting mate.
Thanks mate, I normally run a well constructed 150gn projectile a couple of grains less than max load recommendations
Howdy from Sacramento Stu! Another great vid. Love how calm you are on the chase and on the rifle. Keep up the good work!
Thanks mate, Sacramento any hunting there?

Wow yes I have seen those punt guns and yes that would sort out a mob of pigs on the bank for sure!
What shells do you use in that Shotgun my friend? Hopefully I can get some down here in Texas lol.
It takes a hammering but no I never need to sight it in mate.
1000 Zombies surround Stu from all sides in the middle of the night. It was said when dawn rise out of those 1000 zombies none survived and Stu was sitting down on the ground drinking his cup of coffee.
1000! Now that is a big call mate, ha. Probs be drinking Bundy after a sesh like that!
Run, run run as fast as you can, but you won't out run the 30,06 man. Nice shots Stu. A 203 might have been handy for a couple of those mobs. 40mm rain drops.
Thanks mate, ha an M203? Ha yes you could lob a few into a mob of pigs now that would make for an interesting clip!
You & ya bloody zombies , got a mate who talks about zombies & werewolves jumping him on his quad on the ride back. Hang on he's a bloody left handed too , might be something to that !
Ha well there ya go mate, neva can be too careful, ha.
Do you guys use the meat? If not, any reasons?
Thank you,
Happy hunting.
P.S: I am going to save my pennies so I can hunt with Stu... 😁
The pigs on this farm carry disease so we don't eat them. We are there to try and control the numbers mate
Good shooting, what type of loads are you using? I'd assume 00 buck or # 4 buck, am I correct?
Thanks mate. OO sg yes and also AAA Alphamax which are like BBs mate
Ever shot a Bufallo? I once heard, they would be very irritable, and dangerous.
Yes mate I have shot the Australian Buffalo and also the African Cape Buffalo.
How far out of Sydney is the property mate? Do you do weekend shoots or longer? Cheers mate..
Long way mate we do long weekend shoots so like get up there Thurs night and leave on like Tues
Our pigs up North have longer snouts than the pigs down South, that explains it. So the hogs eat rattlers?
I will vote you for president of the world !!!
love it dude... thanks for sharing with us!!!!! love it love it
Thanks mate, wow president of the world now that is a big call, ha. Thanks for the support mate.
Nice one again Stu.Shame the only vermin that size we have over here are human, and we are not allowed to cull them....
Thanks mate
Bloody good video mate! Are those black cockatoos bigger than the sulphur crested ones?
Thanks mate yes they are bigger. I reckon almost twice the size of a Sulphur Crested Cocky.
Great stuff Stu! Always so happy when you have a new upload. Warm barrels m8, cheers nice work!
Thanks mate
Would love to come on a hunt with you fellas one day... That is after I've gone through the BS of getting a licence, keep up the great content.
Thanks mate, where do you live?
@@HuntingwithStu in Tamworth, I can't imagine I'd be much more than a hop, skip and a jump from you.
I head out from Sydney but Tamworth isn't too far out.

Ewww what's that smell sticky
Mad video and shooting I can’t wait until I go away it’s my dad at Christmas
Good stuff mate
Great shooting mate, your helping to save the environment.
Thanks mate
Stu you need an apprentice or a work experience kid to drive that bike so you sit on the back and blast away.
Ha, yes mate his name is Steve who I hunt with but he doesn't like that setup as i shoot all the pigs, ha.
wait for the summer and dine if you are not at peace
Loved the birds at the beginning. "Just circle a bit and follow that guy. We'll be eating good soon enough."
Ha yes mate but these birds don't eat carrion.
Love your work mate. How do you find the 30-06 , is it a work out, being a big caliber?
The 30/06 works well and it kicks less than a 270 so I like it as it hits hard.
Get a fluffy cover for your microphone to stop the wind sheer noise ;)
Yes mate, I didn't have the noise reduction setting on. I use a sony action cam so no external mic
Another great trip out hey stu keep up the good work mate and some great memories for the team hey stu cheers
Thanks for the support.
Good episode!
More kayak hunting please, guess we need rain for that.
Thanks mate yes we need rain
Mate would u recommend the Adler compared to other shot guns on the market
Yes mate, they are a sturdy gun. Mine is currently getting a 'slick kit' put in it which smooths out the action.
GOLD DropBear I’d go the uzkon if you don’t mind spending a few extra bucks. It’s way smoother from the box and even sturdier than the Adler.
@@HuntingwithStu thanks
The Adler has a massive service support in Australia not sure about the Uzkon though.
GOLD DropBear if you can try out an emerald sa12. Mine is smooth as butter from day one. Only downside is it needs drilling and tapping
An other great video... Thank you mate... A question... You live alone or you are a wife....?
Thanks mate no I have a missus mate.

Stu is Lining them up and Knocking them down!!!
I do my best mate
Do you have a patrion Stu I would love to contribute
No I don't mate. My son told me about this but I haven't looked into how it works.
I knew pigs could run like hell, but the quad is really stretching it to Keep up. And yes, they'd know exactly what the fence means..
Yes mate, I try not to roar up on them as that just splits them up. If you gradually catch up it keeps them in a mob....generally.
Cunning as dunny rats though.... they will learn to spread soon .😁🐷🐷🐷🐷🐷🐷🐷🐷🐷🐷🐷🐷🐷
Yes mate they are more cunning than ten cunning things.
Stu for PM. Steve for Deputy prime minister
Come on Boys you would win hands down.
Another great adventure thanks
We would get the hunters vote, ha
Do you worry about flats on the 4 wheeler when you are going through those big spindly areas
Not really mate as Steve is always close by and he is like MacGyver when it comes to flats, ha.
Just chuck a dog turd in💩 😂
Way too much wind noise to enjoy...sorry...it looks like a mighty good hunt too....maybe I will watch without sound
Thanks mate yes I need to turn down the wind thingy next time
Have you guys ever thought about getting your cat D license?? It’s definitely needed in my opinion stu...specially with all those pigs and also quick follow up shots...
Never really thought about it mate. Might look into it
Hay just would like to know as a newbie , with the Adler what chokes would u recommend to use with SG’s for pigs ?
I use the modified or mid size choke mate. Seems to work ok.
