50K truck being sold for 120K Big Truck small Ben.
I can see this being $85,000 - $90,000 but $120,000 is insane.
My longhorn is sooooo similar...well options wise...2022 not 23...6.4 hemi not diesel...but mega cab...ram boxes with cargo management system.... Advanced safety package...towing tech package...sunroof...Mopar kick step...longhorn level 1...two tone brown interior....got a few things that are not available anymore.... crystal black with walnut brown two tone paint....walnut matching rim inverts....ordered it Valentine's day 2022...took delivery march 3rd...2023!
So worth it! This is my dream truck! Only one like it in Denver! Thanks for all the reviews Ben... your reviews are always solid!!!

Probably my favorite heavy duty. It's perfect. I would like to see if the new 8 spd would help it even more. BUT, that price! It probably should be $79,000 as it sits and that's expensive, but $100,000 plus, I'm sure they'll sell it to someone but it sure won't be me.
Tell me what justifies it being $80k?

I have the same truck in a 2022 model. MSRP on mine was 95k. In one year they jumped up 15k. That's a lot on top of a lot. It is a nice truck though, except the EPA bullshit ruins things and the dealerships are a pain in the ass to work with.

@@josephpuchel6497 I sure can. I’ve towed with all three brands of diesels and I just feel at home and comfortable in the Ram. I like the seats, the reach of controls/buttons, visibility, etc. I prefer the v8 diesel over the straight six. I also think when it comes to towing, the Ram handles the load better.

That’s my truck minus the Ram Boxes. Got mine for 79k in 2021. The truck should come standard with Toyo AT3’s.

Ive always been a Ram guy but when I built a 2023 3500 Laramie and it was 100k I said enough is enough. Will be ordering a 2024 3500 AT4 duramax for 15k cheaper. Only thing it doesnt have that ram has is factory airbags. And I actually think the GMC looks better.
same but we are going with another ford. was gonna order a ram 3500 mega cab laramie drw and it's literally the same price as an f450 king ranch so the ram is getting cancelled.
I paid 72k off the lot for the same truck in 2019.
The Ram Boxes will be perfect to stash Cinnabon as this will spend 99 percent of it''s life at the mall.
I'm just looking at this truck in Canada, and it's 120000 here as well, which is surprising

And at 120,000 miles it will still be in limp mode with dpf plugged and require 13k more in maintenance to rebuild emissions equipment. If it were a bulletproof 500,000 mile truck ….. maybe.

I have a 2022 Limited Longhorn. Absolutely love this truck.
Mine is a 2500 crew cab. Had no need for that extended cab. Too big plus won't fit in my garage.
This is the only truck I can afford one Ben.

By the looks of these prices all across the board for all truck brands I will not be getting a new truck anytime soon. Can't buy one with cash and I will not take on a $1000 a month payment lol.

I had a 2010 Laramie Mega Cab 3500 and nothing has changed. This truck is pretty much the same as it was 13 years ago. Should be 65k-70k

HA no. even with the half refresh since the 5th gen dropped the interiors and reliability have gone to the moon. ram is now the most reliable of the big 3 and easily the most luxurious... on a 5 year old design.
@@omardevonlittle3817 Ha...Yes. This design is from 2010. The engine and transmission is from 2007.5. Nothing is new except the headlights. Ram HAD the best reliability, but they've issued a "stop sale" due to major issues on the truck. They still have the best interior, but the other 2 have passed them with their powertrain options and likely their reliability as well as having bigger cabs on their trucks.
For me - remove the Ram Boxes - change out tires - don't like the stitching - the price is high but damn that is nice
Hey I like Ram styling Cummins engine I probably go with tradesman or big horn due to cost factor. I like trucks with the solid front axles. Those tires look to small

agree @selfcarefordudes but as long the interest rate is > 1.99% when purchasing ... it is ridiculously too expensive .. it's just too bad that we're in this situation, even if you take a loan for 96 months ... .. mid next year '24 prices of gas will come down (i wonder why for my American friends LOL) then we should see some kind of improvement financially .. Canadians are feeling it as well.

You don't lose any room in the Bed with a RamBox. The Bed is 49" - 50.5" wide.
I have a white 2022 RAM 3500 SRW Crew Cab; HO Cummins Limited 8’ Box. Every Option except sun roof… This is my 6th RAM Heavy Duty truck. I love it, but way too much money!
If you can't back a trailer up without some gimmicky trailer back up dial, you shouldn't be towing a trailer.

Panoramic sunroof is only in the 1500 trucks.
Have an all digitized display is a weak point, not a luxury. Ram is going to need a redesign on the outside, the inside cab is still yet superior by design.
Though I wonder if people are asking for tech are complaining about these high prices

The mega cab is awesome and worth every dollar. The sunroof is great too. I usually open the roof in the evenings and at night. I wish the HD sunroof was the whole roof like on the 1500s.
Might as well get a Raptor R and it won’t depreciate nearly as much.
Lol a half ton gasser will ALWAYS depreciate faster than 3/4 or 1 ton diesel. 😂

Manual adjustment steering wheel was the deal breaker for me.
I dont understand why this trim of 3500 exists. 2500s and 3500s are for working and hauling. If you need a truck like this you want a big bed and an interior that you can afford to rough up. If you want a pavement princess get a 1500 limited for less with basically the same equipment.
