To be honest I can understand why Bruce doesn't kill, he understands his mind enough to know that if he killed he wouldn't be able to stop. But what I don't get is why he doesn't let others do it for him, it's like he said at the end of Batman Begins, "I won't kill you, but I don't have to save you." It's the reason Jason is my favorite Dc character, he has the drive to do what needs to be done, and he has the self-control (as ironic as that sounds) to determine who needs to die and who doesn't.
@HolyMoly true, though I can understand his reasoning when it came to reviving Joker as it's later explained that he did it so Nightwing wouldn't have to live with the guilt of murdering someone. But in most other situations where he saves Joker it's really dumb.
@@ultrashadow9551 there is no guilt for killing someone like joker this is all comic book woohoo, it’s only done to have an excuse to bring villains back for monetization and appealing to children. They are both right, we don't live in black and white world and opposing things can be true at the same time. Batman doesn't kill, it is his right to choose that and it is not his responsibility to prevent crime it is governments, police, city etc He delivers them villains with evidence, you can't ask for more. As for Jason he wants to be savior and permanently remove criminals which makes sense, many have done something similar historically. It is human nature ... he eventually grows out of it but is still willing to do it if a situation calls for it. Jason is a great character and brings spice to the Bat family where everyone, even if begrudgingly, follows Batmans philosophy, he has his own. He is also one of my favorite characters, to me he is far more interesting than Dick or Red Robin, the only one I don't like is Damian, perhaps I will eventually warm up to him.
Putting your most hated foes in the ground is easy, you just keep shooting, burning, stabbing, hacking, slashing and the start to dig a very big hole, or if your i my book, chop up the body, tan the hide for leather products, use the flesh for fertilizers or dog food, provided they were not doing drugs, fat for candle wax, grind the bones into powder, keep the skull for a flower pot! :D
To he real, Jasons philosophy is great, but so is Batmans. Its gothams peoples(or whower makes laws) fault for not having Death penalty for someone like the joker
If only he stayed dead after Under The Red Hood. I'm not hating, if you read comics you'll know DC doesn't know what to do shit for his character, after under red hood his character goes round in circles to a point even as a fan you need to realise that it would have been better if he had died at the end of the story.
He's my least favorite Robin actually. I was not a huge fan of them bringing him back from the dead either. I always felt that his death was such an important part of shaping how Batman would evolve as an overall character in the modern era. His death was this haunting reminder of Bruce's greatest failure and added an extra layer of depth to the dark knight. Back then, death was a much more permanent thing in comics and was used very sparingly to great effect. It's a bit different nowadays though...

In the real world Red Hoods Philosophy is the only right one, and it’s the most effective. Killing a Killer doesn’t instantly make you a Psycho, at all.
Good point
Like I see him as a hero because of the shit he deals with
I made a wholesome Batman and Red hood video can you pls give me your opinion on it
👌🏾
I have a theory that if Jason Todd was black the Red Hood storyline would hit even harder
???
Putting your most hated foes in the ground is easy, you just keep shooting, burning, stabbing, hacking, slashing and the start to dig a very big hole, or if your i my book, chop up the body, tan the hide for leather products, use the flesh for fertilizers or dog food, provided they were not doing drugs, fat for candle wax, grind the bones into powder, keep the skull for a flower pot! :D
Jason Todd is my favourite Gotham vigilent and I think he is actually better than Batman.
Needs to team up with peacemaker
To he real, Jasons philosophy is great, but so is Batmans. Its gothams peoples(or whower makes laws) fault for not having Death penalty for someone like the joker
Bruce Wayne subverted death penalties
If only he stayed dead after Under The Red Hood. I'm not hating, if you read comics you'll know DC doesn't know what to do shit for his character, after under red hood his character goes round in circles to a point even as a fan you need to realise that it would have been better if he had died at the end of the story.
Batman is the hero Gotham Needs(The people)
Red Hood, the hero Gotham deserves (The scum, low lives psychos and murderers)
How about Itachi Uchiha from Naruto.
👍
Jason is 2 for 1
He's my least favorite Robin actually. It's a bit different nowadays though...
i way prefer him in the Arkham games, story makes more sense and has more of an impact on Bruce
