What a beauty and a nice walk through,Ive got the 1500s with silver cart and the craftsmanship is amazing. But as you go commercial the extra touches go up a notch.People bemoan pellets grills but they make excellent BBQ, offsets better flavour,Yes,but sometimes I don’t want to be chained to it all day.
I have several smokers, including the YS480 & YS640. I was toying with the thought of the YS1500, but have been looking at this Cimarron. How does the smoke flavor compare to the other Yoder pellet smokers, it looks like you have a 640 as well. Thank you.
Hey 👋🏻 awesome! Yet to smoke on it yet, been sorting out it’s home. I will do a vid on flavour once I smoke up. I would say depending on what you are wanting to do with the Cimarron over the Ys1500. The Cimarron is a out right smoker for big cooks. Ys1500 has the versatility of the Ys640. We have the Cimarron for smoking for VIP events etc and backyard pick up. It doesn’t get high temps for searing etc :)
@@SmokeyRebel Thank you for the reply. I've been told by 1500 owners that the smoke flavor was better compared to the 640 and 480. I do love the versatility of those two, and will always keep the 640 for that reason, but am looking for a smoker that can do whole hogs. I look forward to more videos on the Cimarron and your opinion on the smoke flavor.
Hey 👋 yes I need to get a video done, I use it for catering at private events, so haven’t had the opportunity to film it fully loaded and rolling the smoke. It’s killer and a outright smoker on it gives an amazing flavour!
Cheers 🤣 the fixing and screw have never moved or fell off or even feel like it would. It’s a competition smoker made to move easily and transport. I’ve been thankful for the quick release when loading on trailer 👊🏻🔥 thanks for dropping by
@@SmokeyRebel yeah ... maybe ... Yes. No. The thing is, it's a complain that keeps poping up everywhere. On all Yoder setup like this. You know. We've been to space .. So I presume a more convincing fixation could be implemented in minutes ...
@@Appytail well I can only talk from experience of ownership of 640 for over 4 years now, never fell off or effected me in anyway and same goes for the Cim and 1500 👊🏻🔥 that of course is my own personal opinion 🔥🔥🔥
@@SmokeyRebel Yeah ... I suddenly wonder why some believe RUclips's clueless keyboard warriors rather than longtime knowledgeable owners ... I guess this flaw in human beings allow politicians to exist.

Unboxing are boring. That said. I want this thing desperately !!! The "One Screw" that hold the chimney is ridiculously weak ....
