I have been a customer since the late 90's and purchased several of the Ornamental Milling Machines and then graduated to the Arty CNC model and then to the Maverick Legacy 3x5 CNC model. I have been impressed with the friendly and comprehensive service and customer support. Their training program is first class. I thought enough about their products, service and training to purchase 2 Explore CNC machines for placement in an educational institution in the United States and an orphanage in Guatemala. I look forward to when they recover from the loss of their You-Tube channel with videos that even better than the ones they lost.

Wish I weren't so old afraid my brain is now too incapable of figuring out CNC programing at my age although I've been a woodworker and woodturner for over 55 years.
