People used to pay for hand made crafts. Now they're just paying for the maintenance of the automated machines.
@@SonglyWryt QQ+++
Yo, why the two tool changes? It shouldn't be a problem to do all the cutting with the downcut and only after that cut the screw-holes.
Unless there's a risk of movement?

I actually thought the dust shooting off the screen on the first cut was getting into my soup. I really need to sleep.
Yeah been there forget what's real and what's a video
Huh
Just one line, before going to bed 👀🤏🏼
s o o p .
thats not something you make up
The cutting is so satisfying 😁
It really is!
@@ToolsTodaywhat bit brand are you using?
I like the bit when he says if you want to try this at home..like everyone has a bespoke CNC set up.
He tosses a mean word salad, spewing out all those numbers for bits that are presumably ridiculously expensive, too.
Nah they're not that expensive, and woodworking cncs are much easier to run than a metalworking one so it's a great entry point
I watch 1 damn shop video and they send me all kinds a shit now . Btw “ Shop Time “ with Pete is bomb 💣
peter brown is the shit lol ive been watching him for years

Not a single retract, that was amazing
I watched this three times before I realized I'd watched it three times.
Must. Have. Down. Cut. Bit.
I'm not even there and I can feel the sawdust going strait into my eyes
If you haven’t tried them, Harvey Tool makes some excellent micro tools at a very good price. Use them at work frequently on our Cnc Swiss screw machines.
why couldn’t you do the maze piece before drilling the holes? instead of changing out the bits
Amazing cnc work
Давно хотел деревянный японский мотивчик в стиле падог. Крутяг! 👍
You didn't need to change the tool in the middle of the process you could drill the holes later.
But the auto-tool-loader is cool, so why not use it twice?
@@JosephGamacheKD0AHS lol my thoughts exactly. Gotta get the glamour shots
Why not tho it saves time
@@yeoj_ they mean he could have used the first bit for all of its cutting then switched to the smaller bit last so the tool was only changed once. Which would save time
Gotta flex-showing off the auto-changer… 🙄
Those machines are so cool.
Interesting! This machine is similar to a CMM, which we use for inspection in manufacturing yet here you are with one rigged up for milling 🤣 this is sick!
that's really cool I'm gonna make one
Forget about the maze, i want the drill bits
They look so cool!
Where can I find a machine like that know it even changes the bits and everything 🗣🗣🙌🏾🙌🏾 keep up the amazing work man
It‘s a Stepcraft
That audio loop was perfect
Color of this wood so brilliant!
Güzel ve islemsel bir Makina
There is nothing more satisfying than cutting woods with cnc machine on youtube
Keep it up very educating
My dude using a router coated for fiber reinforced plastics in wood. Thing gonna last forever.
This cutting is so satisfying!
Perfect loop
I need one of these like now
What brand/size cnc is that
bro you sound like my band instructor 😭
He does, what a trip
Amazing🤩
Consigo fazer tbm, só que sem máquina CNC, sem Arduíno, seguro a tupia com as mãos, e vou seguindo o desenho.
so nao fica igual a precisão do cnc kkkkkkkk
Wow i like your job❤️ good luck
Awesome Video!
Glad you enjoyed it
I prefer the x1000 super-pick hydrometer ultra based because it figgles faster
Merry Christmas🎄🎅 that everyone is in peace and harmony ☮️🕊with everyone else and especially with your family👨👩👦👦👨👦👪👩👦
"if you wanna try this at home it's super simple" *uses a $20k drill machine*
20K ?? dude ur delusional
I have no understanding why I like mazes... but I do.. alot
so satisfying i need more please
Amazing work, thanks for this.
Great work
🤯 amazing
Я такое каждый день вижу, и станок раз в 50 больше размером
How I can get this amazing machine.
And what is the price is this mechine.
Ah yes, I know exactly what the 42069-K bit is.
What was your feed + speed for the pocket?
Personally, I would’ve gone with the 69-420-8008135 bit, but that one works just fine I guess
Lmfao.......😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂
Might be a catalogue order number. It’s up to you to find which book it’s from 😅
Called the company got the answering machine "at the sound of the weed please *moans*"
Big companies going downhill these dayd
Good work 👏
Beautiful.
Fantastic idea. 😮
Wow nice
Interesting, I did not realize they changed the name from Endmill to downcut bit.
Please do video on different types of bit and thier uses....by the way.....which one best for clean cut on mdf
Hey mate!!
What is the make and model of this cool machine??
Nothing like a tool that changes its own tips.
Yeah this one makes sense in almost no one's recommendations but hey... Good job. Looks good 👍
I love this
Can you give me the link to get this CNC machine plz ?
Is your CNC pneumatic or electric?
Good 👍 works and finishing 👌 👍 100% works
That’s aMAZEing
Beautiful ❤️
Pretty sweet
Hi! Good afternoon. Your product turned out beautiful, it has a lot of quality in the finishes. Congratulations . Could you please let me know what is the name of this CNC machine manufacturer. Provides more details. Thank you very much in advance.
You ever think about doing rmr cuts for pistol slides?? I'd use you.
Down cut bit? You mean 90° end mill?
Minor difference in the fluting that forces the chips down into the part rather than evacuating them. This can be dangerous when using them in metal or deep wood pockets but they leave a clean surface finish on a single pass. Not something most professionals learn because they are usually working with metals but they are great for hobbyists like this.
@@chriskaufman6561 thanks a ton for your explanation. As you guessed I am a machinist but have only run parts that were metal (titanium, inconel, aluminum, steel, etc), delrin, or carbon.
Looks like waayyy overkill for wood.
10 minutes Short 🙄🙄🙄 bro... S H O R T !
???
Just wow
That CNC is pretty fast
Coisa linda se ver
This was very interesting
Why did you make the toold change in the first place?
You could do it in the first run with pause.
Beautiful yet capable of peeling you like a potato.
Why this recommended
Amazing
Thank you!
Aye. I’ll be your first employee.
Id love to buy that and hang it in my house.
Beautifully
The only thing left is a small metal ball
The best item
Shhhhaaaatttuuupp
Good loop
What speed do you set the drill for wood?
How long does the cutting usually take?
Man, I really want to get into wood working for fun / a hobby. I’m super interested in getting a lathe. You think you could make a video about good intro woodworking projects to dip your feet in?
Lathes are a lot of fun! It's hard to say as it's going to be different for everyone. I would just pick a project that is something you need or want, my first project was a coffee table. I bought a couple of tools to make it and just went on from there acquiring more tools for the projects I wanted to do. Check out this video, it goes over how I got started in woodworking and turned it into where I am now, I hope it helps! ruclips.net/video/3f3hxWO3ArM/видео.html

Bro should of shown the finished job of you dropping the bb in and putting the cover on.
Watch the video we posted after this or the full video on the project, it shows all of it.
@@ToolsToday will look now thanks
And here I am proud of my drill…
What cam program do you use? I have one of these at work but the cam programs all kinda suck :/
I need this CNC. Seems difficult to setup and zero in though.
clean loop gg
Wait, is it called a down-cut bit in woodworking? Because I know in metal machining they call it a plunge cutting end mill bit, but I don’t know as much about woodworking.
Bro, change your end mill.
Looked it up. Turns out that brand is supposed to look that way.
I can smell the burnt wood and the sawdust from here
Nice video and Cnc, but from an Efficiency Standpoint, why do you change the drillbit back and forth, if you could do the Maze and cut out First, then the holes? Just curious if it has a specific reason
Thank you. I don't like cutting anything in solid wood after the profile cut has been made, as it releases stress in the wood and can cause it to move a bit which would then throw things off.
@@ToolsToday Oh okay, good reason if you have made better experiences this way, thank you for your answer:)
What kinda freakish wood you cutting that your tools look that heated?
I do believe that's the tool coating applied to it during manufacturing of that particular tool, not from the heat of cutting.
its satisfied 😌
What’s the CNC machine being used?
What's a downcut bit? I do cnc work too, it sounds useful
All of the chips are forced downward leaving a clean top surface of the material.
رائع جدا 👍🏼
