    Puts even more oil into pan

    • @krishsen2520
      @krishsen2520 7 лет назад +31

      It's to get the oils out of the sausage. To do that you have to fry off the sausage. If you don't add oil, the sausage will stick to the pan unless you want to slow cook the oils out

    • @sunnyqueen5685
      @sunnyqueen5685 7 лет назад +13

      Believe me, you don't need to do that with chorizo, it so fatty that you don't need oil to get the ones from the chorizo out.

    I make the stuffing recipe all the time (just the stuffing) - it's one of my favourite dishes! It's so addictive. But I use dried thyme (rarely fresh), 2 cans of the beans (I like the texture) and 2-3 tablespoons of tomato paste instead of the sundried tomatoes. Broke uni student and all that. One day I'll make it properly though. I bet it tastes great with the chicken. I also use a garlic-crusher instead of slicing and 2-3 fat cloves of garlic - great for warding off vampires and colds.

    This is so good. Definitely worth straying away from your normal fool-proof roast chicken recipe for. I used Cajun sausage instead of chorizo and 2 carrots cut into very small cubes. Make plenty of stuffing for this one. The leftovers are so delicious I could just eat them alone or with some rice.

    As a former Traeger+ user, switching to Asmoke has completely transformed my grilling experience. The precise temperature control that Asmoke provides is unparalleled - I can set and forget, knowing my roast chicken will come out perfectly cooked every time. The choice of wood pellet flavors is also a game-changer, adding a unique smoky taste that really enhances my dishes. I also love the fact that it's environmentally friendly, using compressed wood pellets. It’s lightweight and portable too, making it perfect for all my outdoor adventures. Lastly, the app-support is a huge bonus, allowing me to monitor my food temperature remotely. Never thought I’d switch, but now I can't imagine going back. Amazing job, Asmoke! Can't wait to try this Stuffed Roast Chicken with Chorizo recipe on my Asmoke grill. #Asmoke

      @Pixiellie 9 лет назад +12

      +SporeSpam No, it's just how people live in alignment with the belief that it's wrong to hurt animals when you don't have to, it's very intelligent actually, valuing animals lives above your taste buds. Going vegan actually, vegan food is damn tasty.

    • @Pixiellie
      @Pixiellie 9 лет назад +4

      +Jonathan Alfaro Don't. I ate chicken for most of my life, I'm far happier now that I don't and care about the right things. If your happiness depends on animals being harmed for your taste buds then I feel bad for you. ;3

      +SporeSpam Ass food that's been baked in a chickens dead tortured ass really isn't all that appealing

    • @Pixiellie
      @Pixiellie 9 лет назад +3

      SporeSpam Funnily enough I find it hard to believe you've tried the millions of different recipe's and different vegan foods the word has to offer. Today I ate vegan pizza, ice-cream made with coconut milk, and falafel, hummus and red pepper sandwich, it was delicious. Animal products are horrific for the animals, catastrophic for the environment and they're correlated to serious health issues in people like heart disease, osteoporosis, heart attacks and cancer. I am not making anyone feel guilt, if people feel guilt then that's because they know there's something wrong with breeding mass amounts of animals onto the planet to harm and murder them. People should stop being ignorant and take responsibility. No-one would feel guilty if I pointed out they're eating an apple and told them about the process that apple went through, so if I tell people about animals that they pay people to kill, and they feel guilt I'm not making them feel anything, I'm just telling them what happens and they know it's wrong so that's why they feel guilt.

    • @Pixiellie
      @Pixiellie 9 лет назад +7

      SporeSpam "who gives a fuck about those chickens, they're making more everyday so who cares", "who gives a fuck about those people, they're making more everyday so who cares", we're breeding animals onto the planet in the masses to hurt and kill them, if people did that to other people and you were one of the victims I'm sure you'll quickly realise what's wrong with that, and hope there's people out there who care enough to try prevent it.

    That is a dish on it's own! Just slowly cook it after the frying with a cup or 2 of chicken stock for about 20 minutes.....crushing some of the beans along the way.....make it as "stewy" or dry as you like....fresh chopped parsley to finish it off or Cilantro (do not skip this step!). Kind of a Portuguese dish... although it's usually baked.. but I like it on the stove top.
