To play the full chord add your 2nd finger to the 3rd fret 6th string (G) muting the 5th string (A) keep the rest as in this tutorial...

That is not Gsus4 and thats not even a chord. She is holding 1st string with middle finger and ring, but there is not chord with 2 different finger holding same string.
