  • Andrew and Ashley Graves from the Coffin of Andy and Leyley have committed many crimes, but what if they got caught and charged? Well no worries because Saul Goodman is here to explain why EVERY Crime in The Coffin Of Andy And Leyley Is JUSTIFIED
    This video is, you could say, a part 2 / remastered / deeper / extended / better version of a video I made a while ago:
    • If Andy and Leyley Gra...
    This is however AN ENTIRELY DIFFERENT VIDEO with a different subject than the previous video I made. I used the information and footage of that video as a foundation for this video.
    Saul found here: www.tumblr.com/prettiestboyto...
    How this video is made:
    1. Collected info/data from official sources on the internet.
    2. Collected the images and videos to represent the info/data for the video.
    3. Written the dialog and script for the video and made readable subtitles and voiced the video.
    4. Edited the video into what you are seeing right now.

    ⚠️ This video is made by a real human being, this video is made by me (Your Favorite NPC).
    This video is not auto-generated, re-used or mass-produced in any way. Hours, days even weeks of work and preparation went into making this video.

    your honor have you ever heard of the term "one that is not in training is the most dangerous and biggest idiot of them all" on top of that my client was already going insane from the pure isolation with her lover, yes my client was irresponsible with her own approach to the situation however my client did know the gun was empty. My point that I try to say is, my client was being immature and acting like a an absolute child, with an empty gun, this situation is the pure example on why you should not give a child a gun.

      @kylewilson2819 5 месяцев назад +2

      Objection! Ashley KNEW the gun was empty because she was present when Andrew used it to kill the hitman only a day prior. She remarks on this and even chastises Andrew for using all their bullets, even going so far as to both inquire about the availability of bullets AND about using the gun as a decoy/threat in the future, which she later does. Furthermore, when Ashley brandishes the gun, it is NOT in a life threatening situation. She does it simply because she wants to force her mother into compliance/non-resistance via what any reasonable person would perceive as a very real threat to their life. Therefore, we have both awareness of the situation, no reason for self-defense, AND premeditation.

    If we're being honest none of the actions in chapter 1 were injustifiable. You can resort to cannibalism if you have no other option like that rugby team crashed in the andes plus the guy was already dead. Since they were trapped starving, trying to run away by breaking into a house and stuff is competly justified. So is killing both guardians as these fuckers wanted them to die either by bullet to the face or starvation. The lady downstairs is more questionnable but it's apparently slef defense too and considering she was perfectly happy with her condition and the state of stress they were under, it's no surprise that she tried to harm andrew and that he ended up killing her.
    Hell it's difficult for kids to be considered criminals, killing the other girl could have been a simple mistake (which it was) they would have been sent to juvenile camps or some stuff but not much else really.
    Even the hotel part of chapter 2 is justified, nobody is gonna snitch on them for going to a party uninvited even less so if nobody knows, asking the demon to attack the cultist isn't a criminal offense either since demons allegedly don't exist and therefore it's just a bad joke.
    The guys they shot multiple time is literally a hitman hired to kill them dead we even have his notes to prove it. If that's not self defense i don't know what is.
    At this point, before they enter their house, they could have gone to the police and accuse the water company of attempted murder, that is the entire truth and all th actions they did was in an attempt to escape them

    • @oribiedhenau9753
      @oribiedhenau9753 6 месяцев назад +74

      I would also add that, since the building had no camera and was burned to the ground, there's no way that the procecussion could have obtained enough proof to procecute the kids for what happened in it.
      The only people that would be able to provide any proof would be the "water company" which would be unprobable.
      Also also, the kids were officaly declared dead for quite a long time before the events, which I think means they are no longer considered a legal entity.

      Well, truthfully, a lot of these they'd probably get off. They were in that situation because of the parents, so they will be given lots leeway. The leeway only really goes as far as 'not putting other people's lives endanger', but most of the killing is survival/self-defense, which you can't be found guilty for. Guilt requires making a conscious choice to do wrong, either before or after (such as covering it up).
      For Lele, most of those are just personality flaws. She's a terrible person, but being a terrible person isn't a crime.

      Andrew is going to prison for AT LEAST one count of murder (woman in the apartment) and two counts of conspiracy to commit murder (parents), maybe also for the killing of the guard and the assassin although those can be argued to be justified under duress and self defence. They MIGHT somehow get away with the stuff that happened in the apartment building although I doubt they would, the killing of the lady would be murder (no, not self defence, if you break into someone's aparentment and threaten them they have a right to defend themselves and if you kill them it's murder).
      However there is literally zero way any lawyer could bail them from the murder of their parents. That is straight up premeditated murder, 1st degree, or maybe murder 1 for Ashley and conspiracy to commit murder (which has the same penalty) for Andrew
      And also there's zero chance for insanity plea. Insanity plea works when the individual is in psychosis and literally can't understand what they're doing and why it's wrong. Just doing something abhorrent doesn't imply they're legally insane. The siblings are fully lucid and know they're doing something criminal, they aren't legally insane.
