French teacher here, i'm using your video to introduce frequency adverbs to my class. Thanks for your amazing video. You might want to change a thing or two. I'm pretty sure that the adverbs can be put AFTER the verbs when the verb is " BE" or a modal like Can must may should, etc.
Like, you'd say " I am often late" and not "I often am late"?

Hi, Emma. That's a good exercise, so here we go!
" I GENERALLY wake up at seven-thirty, not so early because I've been retired for ten years. USUALLY, I prepare the breakfast table as my wife NORMALLY sleeps a bit more than I, except for those few days when I oversleep! After that I OFTEN read the news on Internet and also listen to some English-learning podcasts. It's not so rare that we OCCASIONALLY get out to do the grocery or SOMETIMES have an appointment at the doctor... as it's that sure for we are in our sixties! Getting back home we REGULARLY have lunch at one o'clock p.m. or so. After eating I FREQUENTLY call my wife to watch some TV-Series together if she wants, as I CONSTANTLY search to have the most possible time to study music and play the guitar until evening comes. EVERY NOW AND THEN I read some book before dinner. MOST OF THE TIME we prepare something light for dinner at home, but FROM TIME TO TIME we eat out at a bar or a coffee shop, but ONCE IN A WHILE we call up some friends to come together with us. We NEVER go to bed before midnight, either we go out in the evening or we stay home! "
    - Thanks for this lesson, Emma. It made me observe the subtle diferences among all those ADVERBS and moreover search for finding synonyms for those most used. Until the next time....
