A whole lot of tracks will not let you run adapters or unilug wheels. I think both are unsafe , period. Do the work , spend the money and change it over to big bolt pattern and be done with it.
Those wheels are awesome!! They really add to the look of the car 👍🏻👍🏻 please do yourself a favor and do the disc brake swap please no offense but spacers are not the safest choice 😁
I was today years old when i found out that those cars came with 5 on 4 inch lug patterns.....holt shit, 4 inches......i had no idea, i thought all those cuda's were 4 1/2 like any other mopar.....crazy......cool wheels too.
yup, all early A-bodies were 4inch, always gotta pat attention when guys are selling rallies or other rims to make sure you don't get a small pattern for a 4.5 car :)
Lovin that car.. i'm starting to do a 318 with trick flows in a LA roller block (1985) for a 62 belvedere.. eventually a 390 probably or a 408 if i run into a free 360 block.. not buying a new block for 18 inches :) BTW.. are those mancini rockers? i have a set that should be showing up today.. nice to see they hold up ok..
@@garysgarage9827 That is awesome, i stressed about which rockers to get.. i almost went with pushrod oiled rockers and did shaft+pushrod together.. ended up with just shaft ones. shoulda went with the pushrod though, in case i end up with a magnum block at some point. Thanks for the videos btw.. nice to see a 318 run
Excellent! Love the look.

Exactly what was thinking as well
Those new wheels will set that car off , they will l change the whole look and feel of the car

Good choice looks nice 👍 👍
That car looks so mean and aggressive from the front especially, looks like it could just eat a little Prius for lunch and ask for 2nds

Awesome! Yes they’re the Mancini rockers, I’ve had 0 issues with them for the 3 years I’ve had them and they see 7000 rpm every time the car is ran 😂

Wheels look good! A little off topic question. What clutch are you using? It seems to hold the power well
It’s a McLeod twin disc
@@garysgarage9827 any other mods to the trans? I assume it’s still the trusty A-833

@@dalemckenzie2279 oh yeah weld draglites are awesome. Their 5 star wheel was slightly lighter on some sizes according to some weigh ins.
Love your car, but, I'm an old dude, and Do NOT like the new wheels, sorry. C'ya in Carlisle...
