Enjoyed our Friday night travel with Gibbo’s!! Ahh the life! Lobsters and cocktails and beautiful sunsets then stunning night time photography at The Pinnacles! We really loved it as we sit here in the burbs after a l-o-n-g week at work. What an adventure ❤🛞🛞🛞🛞
Especially loved The Pinnacles with the stars. So lucky to still have some colour in the sky after the sun had set, as it gave my long exposure photos something a little extra special.
Hi Craig, we were thrilled with our little piece of paradise and also had so much to explore nearby. Thanks for watching & commenting, really appreciate it.
Sandy Cape is definitely a spot we'll have to stay at on our way back south! We tried to make the beer bread recently but they just don't taste the same when you use Emu Exports, we'll have to try it with something else. I love the camera angle from on top of the van as you drive!
Thank you, maybe a pale ale might be nice to try next time. I think what you add to it can also enhance the flavour like diced bacon and sundried tomatoes, oh and don’t forget some Parmesan cheese. As for the Go Pro, we like that angle too … thinking outside the box.
I filmed there at Sandy Cape just a couple weeks later and stayed in the corner just behind you! I was there just after the weather came through. Great little spot. Busy though. Very busy.
We loved our little beach front site to kick start our West Coast experience. I'll have to check out your RUclips page. Thanks for leaving a comment, really appreciate it.
Top episode. Love the cooking ideas. Will come in handy for when we hit the road so thank you. Out of curiosity, do you have a long range fuel tank? We have a Hilux with an 80ltr tank and not sure if I need a jerry can with diesel as back up. Heading from the south coast NSW over to WA just like you guys.
Hi Robert, thanks for watching and taking the time to comment, really appreciate that. With regards to your question, we have a 132ltr tank and also had a jerry can with diesel which we didn’t end up using. Generally, servos are 250-300km apart but you end up paying whatever they are charging, most we paid was $2.70 ltr . We did end up with some dirty fuel along the way somewhere and had to change our fuel filter 5 times before we returned home. All the best for your trip, WA is so awesome and we thoroughly enjoyed Ningaloo. Cheers Marg …. and Steve
Those sunsets are epic!
They certainly are, they just kept giving even after the sun has gone down.
