The variety of cars in your videos is amazing. Daily drivers to classic collectors. You go to top end trade shows are willing to stink up your shop after hours for a few days to restore an abused truck and demonstrate/narrate the process. Your spreadsheet is epic and your channel is the best I've seen in terms of quality testing. thank you and cheers.
I'm a local gal and was told about your vid from my bf. Amazing work!. I love restoration videos and your vid is top notch in my book. I just subscribed!
The tires were a DEAL!!! I would SO buy a used car from you cause you are crazy AR in prepping it to be sold...... way over the top. Great for the consumer though....... good vid Scott!
Sweet deal! It's a beater truck that isn't embarrassing to drive. I don't know if it's worth it or not to do it just for the channel, but if you're going to be doing flips anyway, absolutely make these videos. Maybe when you sell it, you can offer a free car wash to be redeemed one year later, so you can do an update video haha.
Scott I really liked this video, learned some stuff, and would enjoy more of the same. Two things came to mind watching: (1) I tie a piece of soft yarn into my clay bar and slip knot it around my wrist so when I drop it, and I always do, it doesn't hit the floor and get ruined.; (2) the truck looks so much improved I would pass by the dealer and show off your final work product, hand him a few business cards... after all, his detailer shrunk from the challenge. 😁
I really liked this 2 part video. Definitely something you should start doing more. I enjoyed yours more than Brian from Apex who has started doing this as well.
Scary how many cars on the road are driving around with brakes like this. Oye! Cared enough to put after market intake and exhaust but not enough for anything else. Anyway interesting vids Scott!
optimum tire gel works for me, give me about 6 months and love the stuff. You tested it once but honestly I get much better results and its my go to for years
Amazing transformation. I enjoying seeing what these products can do in a real life, worse case scenario type situation like this. Its great seeing what they can do on new paint and in ideal conditions but making something like this look good is very impressive.
Its interesting enough, and honestly it suits your line of work anyways. Only thing is folks typically don't enjoy channels with two varying types of content, you end up with two groups who are typically interested in one, or the other. Though not necessarily a bad thing
It seems like its more of an issue when its too very different things? Like detailing and travel for example on the same channel. But, in this case, it seems to me at least, Scott is just using the products in a more real world setting thus giving the channel a little more dimension?
We need your updated cordless polisher review, I am wondering whether to get the Milwaukee orbital to add to my other Milwaukee. Also, interested in further guidance on Ceriglass as I have never managed to get the desired outcome (removal of wiper marring).
Thanks for the video amazing results for a trashed out truck you made it very presentable for the next owner and hopefully you will make great profit off of all the hard work you have done to this truck I’m sure you have buyers lined up already specially how crazy they used car market is now
I'm a big fan of 1st gen Titans. I have a 2013 now and I'm fixing everything that needs it. I think I gotto my fuel pump in time as well. When I changed the plugs they were looking a little warm so I was aware right away of exatly what the problem is, I'll give you a hint:it's the fuel pump!
Cool switch of direction for the page! I have thought about doing these types of things, but car dealers are not turning loose of anything that is not a nightmare to fix up right now. Maybe down the road and after I move to the country and build a barndo.
It never fails to amaze me the sheer number of vehicle owners who will invest tens of thousands of dollars in a new vehicle, but won't spend twenty bucks to buy some ceramic sealant spray. Within 4 or 5 years all the upper surfaces have lost their clear coating and the vehicle looks like a piece of crap driving down the road.
Awesome video again! I’m impressed you know your mechanical stuff as well 😊 I really think you could of made this a 4 part series because there were many parts I wanted to watch in more detail but was speed up to fast for me to see well. I guess another option would be show the steps you were doing but narrowed down to one wheel instead of the four wheels and you could just say that I repeated the same steps and all the wheels with less of a speed up. Another thing I’m so impressed how fast you do all this work. I’m coating a new car I have and been working on that for over 30 hours now and it only needed polish in a few spots and no paint contamination. I did one wheel, caliber and wheel well tonight and that took me 5 hours heh. I’d be a poor detailer lol. Always look forward to your videos and like these new ones allot! Thank you.
Aww, I was hoping to see your approach to de-hazing the headlights. I need to do mine soon and I don't know what to coat them with after polishing yet.
GJ Scott ! Really like the uno protect, awesome product. Btw rupes has released the "uno advanced" marketed as a 1 year protection is it out in the us yet?
I like the 3M "kit" that you can do with a drill, and clear coat them. Headlights like these have become so inexpensive, so it's a no brainer to just replace at $53 each. If they were expensive HID/LED headlights I would definitely have just refinished them.
@@ScottHD If you still have them I think a 4-6 way headlight restore test would be really cool, probably the replacement headlights win in the end anyways. I found your channel after "restoring" my headlights and being very satisfied then completely failing with the next attempt at trim restoration and coloring (mothers back to black). Thanks to your tests I'm using griots, nano bond, and malco! sonax waiting till a nice Oct/Nov weekend to see if it does my winters a little better than griots.
Didn't have any on hand mainly! Ran to Walmart to grab some wipe new as I was running out of Malco Epic Revive Nu... wasn't sure if I had enough to finish the job.
I like videos about transforming the rough stuff nobody else wants to mess with.
Thanks! I don't mind it in most cases! Some of the smells get to me;

One of my favorite trucks.. I have a '15 titan.
Sweet deal! It's a beater truck that isn't embarrassing to drive.

Absolutely! And thank you!
"More Cowbells" Most definitely, More Cars and or Trucks!
This was a fun series to watch! love watching the transformation. Would be awesome if you could make more of these. I'd tune in every time for sure!
Project Ralph is what me and Mike are calling this.
Good job buddy. Keep the videos coming.
Wrap the roof in black and big decal on the hood. Great video. I enjoyed watching it. You can do more of these
That is a lot of work man, you did a great job.
I really liked this 2 part video. Definitely something you should start doing more. I enjoyed yours more than Brian from Apex who has started doing this as well.
Thank you! Just trying to offer a little variety to the channel!
Very enjoyable series and transformation!! Thank you!
You're very welcome!

Anyway interesting vids Scott!
Agreed! I knew it had something amiss right when I first drove it. It stopped ok (surprisingly) but stops great now.
Almost looked like you were in over your head on the brakes there for a minute, but luckily Lulu was there to save the day!

Definitely like watching these videos

Great job, Scott! 👍
I vote for more vids like this. And more screen time for Lulu, please.
Definitely some more of this!
Wow that's amazing
Thank you
Definitely more of these 💪💪
It’s fun to watch, make more

Love the video, and ur cheerleader… good job I own a “T” I love to see them being cared for.. thanks
Looking forward to the full review of the m18 polisher. It's expensive but I already have the M18 batteries so I'm hoping its up to snuff.
Beautiful my dude! I like these transformation videos but I also enjoy pretty much any of your car detail videos. Keep up the goood work!
Great video, I would like to see more like this one 😀 👍
Great job Scott! I would definitely watch more videos like this one 👍🏼 Keep it up
Definitely make more videos like this!
This was great to watch. Loved the fact you list what tools/products you're using.
Thanks for the video amazing results for a trashed out truck you made it very presentable for the next owner and hopefully you will make great profit off of all the hard work you have done to this truck I’m sure you have buyers lined up already specially how crazy they used car market is now
Amazing transformation 👍, keep up the great work. You should try to buff out the old headlights just as a test video 🤷🏻♂️.

Change that dinky Spectre filter on your intake for a bigger K&N filter and it’ll breathe a lot better
I figured as much! It seems undersized for this huge engine.
I had used Malco Epic revive on the interior door pads and came really good
Aww, I was hoping to see your approach to de-hazing the headlights. I need to do mine soon and I don't know what to coat them with after polishing yet.

I think it's out - will have to check into that!
Do you have anymore videos on this Nissan Titan? Enjoy your post man
Nice!
Great work! If you chose to refinish the headlights instead of replacing them, which kit would you have used?
I like the 3M "kit" that you can do with a drill, and clear coat them. Headlights like these have become so inexpensive, so it's a no brainer to just replace at $53 each. If they were expensive HID/LED headlights I would definitely have just refinished them.

@@marambula definitely. I should have saved them but they are already gone. I'll have some in the future!
If your roof looks like that. Repaint it asap. Because it only gets worse. Then it begins to rust. And it's way more work to fix at that point.
How come you didn't use cerakote on thr trim? Too shiny?
Didn't have any on hand mainly! Ran to Walmart to grab some wipe new as I was running out of Malco Epic Revive Nu... wasn't sure if I had enough to finish the job.
Help me do that can you make a list of everything you bought for the truck doing the same myself
👌
The roof on my Titan was rusting through. I bed-lined it white.
Why would you use a polish with a sealant in it when you’re going to coat the wheels, you’re creating work for yourself removing this?

as close to "polishing a turd" as I've ever seen.
