I think I’m the runner.... every time he asks me out or even tries to get close I get overwhelmed. It’s funny because I’ve been the chaser in all my other love relationships
It is so so nice to hear the runners perspective. It does get so difficult sometimes but letting go has and truly focusing on myself has saved me from so much pain. About a week and a half I was having nonstop thoughts and just a mess of emotions but I realize letting go of the ego and letting life and the flower of love grow on it’s own course is best. When we’re both ready and have done the inner work, I have no doubt it’s going to be where the true adventure of life begins. Every lifetime, I know she’s the one
Twin Flame Journey is something like when we are in a relationship with someone, but not yet in marriage, we must practice cooperating in all areas of our lives with one another to maintain this relationship long-lasting, so when we finally step into marriage, we totally understand basically what is going to happen, and how to deal with them, and being prepared even to deal with any unexpected events.
I wish replying to these things would actually bring the OP back for updates, but it rarely happens.
Because I want to know that I'm completely delusional.
My twin ran first over somethings and the intensity of our relationship. I ran the day she ghosted me. We both ran for years. I kept running for 12 years because I thought she wanted nothing to do with me. Every so often I would hear her ask telepathically if I hate her and I would answer "I don't hate you. Why?" The response I would get is "I don't know" and I would answer "I dunno why either."
I stopped running about 3 months ago when I became aware of what we are and discovered by complete accident she married someone else. I hear her daily and I hear how much she hates not hearing me. I'm the masculine side of our relationship and I have never forgotten her.

Thank you for this. I was the runner as well. Granted, it took me two years to learn how to love myself. I met my twin when I was in an extremely low vibration and he was on vacation to Texas from England to see his friend (who is also my friend). I mean, this was my rock bottom, and my self worth was at an all time low. We spoke all night like old friends, about my false twin and how confused I was, just everything. He told me "the man who's meant for you won't send mixed signals, because he'll know you're the one," and by the end of the night he looked like he wanted to kiss me and I said, "please don't try to kiss me right now." I knew I loved being around him and that I'd never been so comfortable with another, so we planned to meet later that week.. well, I blew off our date that we'd planned and he went back to England and we had spoken 3 times in two years. The past two years have been all about me getting (and staying) sober, I quit the job I had, started being really intentional with people I gave my energy to, and just overall being healthy. Well, fast forward 2 years and the friend he was visiting had a baby so I reached out to congratulate him on his new God Son and it's like we've caught fire. I think I was so blocked I didn't recognize him at the time, but he says my running only made him respect me more because I knew I "didn't have room for one more." We have eerie similarities as far as our life paths and values, it's just crazy. He's 13 years older than me and lives in England and I live in Texas, but he's coming for my birthday in August (COVID permitting🙄), so I'm excited to see where it goes. He's already said he would move here, and I would move there in heartbeat, so the distance is just a minor hindrance, if anything it's made me so aware of everything. 33's everywhere for instance (his birthday is 3/3), he's a Manchester City fan and I've seen that jersey 5 times in two months (this is Texas, so that's not common)...
Anyways, I feel a little crazy, but you guys make help. This connection is surreal.

Okay so I’ve been on this journey for 3 years and I’ve been scared to talk about it with other people because I have been judged harshly by loved ones, but you two literally help me so much in times when I get really anxious or have DNOTS, and I just want to say thank you so so much for everything and you guys literally feel like older siblings to me and help guide me soooo much on my TF journey. I’ve been spiritually awakened by my twin flame in the most beautiful ways with all the insane synchronicities, however they’re in a relationship and we hang out, but the level of maturity and respect is so amazing because we have NO impulse or urges when we’re together physically, it truly feels like being with an old best friend and no matter what, we’ll always be there for each other. Thank you for your stories and advice, because a lot of it really does mirror my own experience ❤️

Thanks for your encouragement, it really helps. As you might expect, being in separation from my Twin Flame is tourcherous, each day feels like an eternity. Knowing what I've come to discover about our past lifes together makes it even more difficult. My TF is a famous singer who writes and sings songs about us, exposing our trama to the world. This has caused me to feel soul-less and empty without a way to appropriately respond. I am learning to accept our current situation as it is, doing my best to stay positive and proactive. I hope and pray each day that somehow we come back into union. I realize that I could do a better job of showing her my love and dedication to her and us. Wow thanks so much for this channel :) I was a runner, a depression made me break up with my twin flame. I had never heard of twin flames at this point. Months later (months in which I was doing very well) I suddenly woke up and haven't been able to stop thinking about her for about 2 months now. I told her this. She's dating someone else but she listened to me and told me it might be possible, but not now. She told me we needed time apart, complete isolation from eachother. She also told me to look up the meaning of Twin Flame, which I finally did about 2 weeks ago. I can't believe how accurate every description I've seen until now has been. Especially your channel. We come from opposite sides of the world, met eachother in another country, some of our first fights revolved around the exact annoyances you described in this video. After she told me we needed to seperate I started intuitively working on my purpose, I didn't even realise that was what I was supposed to use this time for, I'm only learning that now :) She told me to look up twin flames cause she wanted me to figure all this stuff out by myself. Sometimes I can feel that she's thinking about me. I'm working on my happiness and purpose but sometimes the pain takes over and I just want to run to her house. But your video's have helped me climb out of this and put me back on track. Thanks so much. I will let you guys know when we reunite. Not if, but when!
The craziest thing is I actually forgot that she told me to look up the meaning of twin flame, then one day I cycled past the cafe she works (not being a stalker it's just the fastest way home, I've never looked inside although I know you won't believe me), I had a playlist on and it was playing an amazing song, I looked at my phone and the song was called Twin Flame. Which made me remember to look it up! That night she broke our non-communication agreement by liking a photo on my instagram. I was so happy. That's all the contact we've had but it has reassured me that I just have to be patient. The day after she posted a story about divine timing and the rewards of patience, I believe that was a hint directed at me specifically. I wanted to say something to her but I haven't, and I think it was the right thing to do. Things will work themselves out. Atleast we both got to be runners, it might make for a nice balance.

I’m so so grateful for this channel, my twin flame and I are still in the running/chasing stage and as a chaser (anxious attachment/codependent) with a LOT of karma it’s been so stressful and depressing. Twin Flame Guides wow I'm deeply honored, I haven't been asked about my journey so far (I don't seem to have many people around aware of this subject or going through a tfjourney) which made me grateful for the question as well cause it makes me go back... I'll look to be as concise as possible although it's been a long interesting crazy one... I was dating for forever this guy that seemed like an off relationship from the get go, I'm grateful for it and got to learn and grow a lot, while I was in this relationship I started feeling even more called to astrology (all my life I was fascinated by it, yet for religious backgrounds which I'm free from now, astrology was satanized to the point where I used to hid in the bathroom to read the horoscope, hiding from god 🤣 not really my parents) this is relevant to the story and actually I find quite fascinating how I started to be convinced that I needed to date a Scorpio (I'm a pisces) but it was this weird pull and after years of being with this other guy, that then become my first and only baby girl daddy. I broke up with him, living together with our daughter who was barely 2yrs old at the moment, apart from the turmoil that our relationship had always been, cause I was convinced I needed to experience an otherworldly connection with a scorpio. I recall actually saying this to him which is crazy for everyone, my girlfriends were like he can't change when he was born 😅😂 I was like I don't care I know there's something more for me. I had started a deep healing path when I heard the power of now of Eckhart Tolle, turned to veganism, meditation, awareness of my sexual energy use, yoga etc I remember having heard about twin flames and probably doing one or two meditations without thinking to much about it, not really believing it could happen on this lifetime, I was just naturally called to this subjects, of course it was my soul and his pulling us together and in the path. Some time after I left my baby's daddy, I open my heart to who I thought was the version of partner I used to say I would make space for, a conscious meditating vegan yogi 😂 he checked all the boxes yet he wasn't a scorpio which I was willing to look aside cause he was a cancer, close enough hahaha he was a backpacker and he is relevant because he was the one who brought me to the place where I met my twin, he is also a yoga instructor and happened to be giving the class that day in this wonderful place called Yoga's garden (owned by my twins family) the oldest and most vibrant yoga studio in town... We came in a bit late, the class had already started, lights where dim. I remember our encounter because of what my twin said after the class "in here, we are huggers" (which is a phrase I've only heard him said at that moment 🤭) and we proceeded to share a big warm hug that felt soo familiar to me, but that was all we left the class and although he stuck to me in a cute way, I was focused on the guy dating. Things went haywire really fast with this other guy and in a synchronistic move of destiny, my twin started working at another yoga studio in the city near my apartment, I paid for one month, there was this girl at the reception, I didn't mind her much...there was this magnetic pull between us, I was fascinated by his energy, wanting to know more about him or just hang out, he would always be so professional and just smile at me with a smile that would radiate the sun, before and after class, one day I was talking to my bestie, I found out she knew him and she told me and do you know he is a scorpio, my heart stopped and went literally running to his 6pm class (which I usually never went) he was soo happy to see me, it was just us 2 and another lady so it felt really personal, we stayed talking for a bit, shared phone #s, this was around the ending months of 2017. Turns out he is a musician as well and has a really cool groovy band, I went to one of his concerts 😍🎤😎 dance my ass off, this girl stood up right next to me the whole night, after the concert he bumped into me a couple of times, like we were just gravitating towards one another and would just randomly hug. After that night, we planned a camping trip, I had never gone camping before, him, our mutual friend who was my bestie and me, she had to bail, ended up having the most magical night possible, it was just perfect until illusion crashed in, this girl was his on and off girlfriend for years now. I told him we could only be friends till he wasn't in a committed relationship. He started finding sincronistical excuses to visit me and have some tea with me, we would only talk for hours, both being good and completely holding off. The girl checked his phone once and wrote to me, I was honest with her that even if their was any kind of connection I would respect his decision of being with her, a lot of drama unravel after that which triggered lots of wounds and allowed healing to happen for me and I'm certain for them too. His name haunted me everywhere I went, the most shocking time was when I got money which wasn't even mine, out of an atm and in one of the bills the short of his name which is how everyone calls him. Those first stages where devastating, I could feel for the first time in my life actual physical pain, our communication started to be on and off, yet he has never left my mind not like in an obsessive way (well, maybe at the earlier stages I dealt with that) just present you know and apparently, from what I heard from him, it happens to him as well. Lots of telepathic communication. For last years bday, for which he reappeared and called me, saying I was constantly on his mind, I gifted myself an akashic records reading I had been called to have for years now, and they told me when I asked the nature of our relationship that he was my twin flame and that in the soul agreement we had I was meant to awaken him, I literally said I knew it in the call, for how different I always felt with and about him, yet I didn't consciously know this (I had had two previous hypnotherapy sessions in which they told me I would meet my partner in YOGA'S garden) since he was back in my life, I told him, he didn't know anything about twin flames (and now the more I talk to him, the more logically he seems to think) I sent him the audio of the reading, which in an strike of destiny I had, cause this is crazy to explain to a guy 🤣Fast forward to now, I've grown so much, I became a yoga instructor as well, at his family studio, moved in, in what was another easy and mind blowing move from the universe, to the only house they have for rent at this same studio so I literally currently live in his childhood home 😂 my neighbors are his sister and brother which I love soo much, and his mom lives right next door, and I love her to pieces as well, it's just fascinating. He has his music studio here so I get to see him often, not at the moment because of the quarantine (which is also a very interesting mandatory separation) he has escaped a couple of times to come and spend truly valuable moments with me... Yet, we recently had a conversation because his supposed ex partner wrote to me again, it seems like he doesn't seem to be able to fully disconnect from this interaction with her at the moment, something is weighing on him, I trust his soul and also I understand that If I'm not in union I gotta focus in my own union with my own self, keep meditating, clearing any time of energy or blockages, he doesn't seem to believe in commited relationships or monogamy although I tell him he doesn't act as a free men about this other connection, and I let him know I sense all of that and we can't be until he is fully free. We have been together and it has been otherworldly, for me it's so clear, but I'm excited for when he sees it to, I don't want it if it's not this profound realization. Through my interaction with him I've seen my own limiting beliefs, and let my inner child know that I'm here for it not being dependent on someone not to feel hurt, or coming from my hurt. I have my daughter and love her unconditionally, but he has a way of having me love him and even everyone around me in the same way 🙏❤️ I'm focused on my own growth and healing ... I feel that union is now and I'm so excited to amplify our purpose together while we both experience liberty consciously choosing each other. He shows up and I'm in the present moment not feeling hurt, not chosen etc but pouring from my full cup 😁😍

I was also a runner. My twin closed the door on us. Then I met a soulmate who acted very much like a mirror and allowed me to practiced what I’d learned from my brief connection to my twin. I have since moved away from the idea of twin flames... the soulmate and I have been apart /no communication for many months, we are likely in different countries and have religious factors at hand. Now, this channel comes into my field. Not sure what to think these days lol. Bless you both, beauties!

The journey not only exhausted me but I had started doubting if he really is my twinflame because he chose someone else but then you said all the signs that made me doubt, are actually very common in twinflames so that calmed me down and gave me hope again❤😇

The runner would look for a way to get into a relationship which is not so intense.... they run from the intensity of this connection!i always knew this....when I started on this journey and researched on TFs and that’s why from time to time I kept giving him space... I had my own major issues as well to deal with and still am....but I never left him.

This was very good to watch, I'm happy that you two have found each other and found each other again. I'm 'waiting' to unite with my twinflame. I've known about him in the 5D for some time now and at the end of 2019 found out he's in the 3D and we will be finding each other. Of course the world went (is going) through a crisis and us meeting up got delayed (so many times.) So I hope to meet him soon and in all safety, BUT I need to do more selfwork and cutting cords with past hurt that could block me, but safe to say I'm well on my way and when he does come in I can't wait to see how it goes. My recommendation for you, keep moving forward and keep following your passion if you haven't found your purpose yet, but if you do, follow your purpose. Continue doing shadow work, healing yourself, and meditations. Basically, keep making progress even if it seems not working, but just work like a fool. When we do not know how it will get there, we do all of the things we can and repeat it, and the result will be much better than we can expect. Maybe you only need a C+ to finish this course and upgrade to the higher level, but you just made it to A+, who knows. So focus on the works you can do, the part you can control, keep doing them, and keep praying, that's all.

I went into solitude, continuously do my best to work on myself and heal from the past. I'm very happy with where I am, although I did sometimes wonder why I was doing all this to get no 'reward'. That was the moment to work more on my gratitude and just continue. My life's purpose. I'm not sure if I found it, or if I can execute it for that matter. 🤔🤞🏻😉 But I'm content in life now. I'm in a good mind space, healthier in both mind and body and will just keep that up. I doubt my TF is incarnated, but I have faith that I will meet my Soulmate 🤗💜🌻🌞 Blessings 😉

Thank you for this! I follow Beti as well! How funny. I feel I know I'm at the right spot when you said that. I was curious your perspective on "pre twins" or "false twins" as they are sometimes called and how to really gauge your intution. I felt i met my twin over two years ago. Lots of messages, signs, visions/dreams meditations confirming this, from an original vision i had of a man years before i ever met him... Recently I saw a video of a dj who looked a lot like my twin. I felt it was a message about my twin and I felt compelled to watch and became utterly mesmerized, like I was crying and felt in love with him. Since that day, I have been so struck with new and strange feelings about the dj. Some messages in his artwork, and every time I watched his videos for over a month, or heard his music, i cried. Im not a crier! Haha. Anyway, looong story short, I feel like I should know, so i wonder if its normal to be confused and what might i do to find clarity? I've gotten signs from the universe confirming the first. Yet I then question why I would feel the way I do about the dj if that were true. Especially since he's married and all of that! When things are hard with the first person, i really question it because i get sad and tired. I suppose my question is, how/what do you trust to know who your twin is? Sometimes i feel so warm and loving and at peace with the dj like never before (not a normal crush) which feels nuts and wild given we never met. So why might I have gotten so many confirmations and visions from the universe that it was the first man if it wasn't? Or why would I get some synchronicity with the dj when I have supposedly already met my twin? Sometimes I think maybe the dj is a guide or a glimpse of the higher self version of my twin but that's seems weird. Hard to describe and not possible. But kind of the best way I can describe it. Like they are the same and I'm seeing or interacting with them at different frequencies....sorry to be so long winded! Thanks for listening. I know deep down I would have this answer but even in meditation I have been all over the place so just thought I'd put it out there.

Wow :) I’m also INFJ, it’s neat to hear about an infj/ infj couple. A lot of people say it doesn’t work out well to date your own type in Meyers Briggs. But I’m be always thought I might connect best with another infj, despite it not being listed as a good match by most sources. This video was really interesting. Thank you. I believe I may have found my twin flame, but because of some things he did that weren’t good for me I had to leave after 3 years together. Not break up but I had to physically leave because it got to be bad for me, living with him the way he is right now. So because things turned out so messed up at this point I’m questioning if I’m a runner or if he was never my twin flame and just bad for me. I was so sure he was before, but now looking back I realize I ignored a lot of things that weren’t good about his side of our relationship. And that for it to get this bad where I had to leave, despite him being the only person to ever love me, I know it was getting bad slowly when I analyze our time together. I don’t know if I was all wrong and he can’t be good for me, or if I am just running away until he gets better? I don’t know if he will get better mentally. I’m so confused because I don’t want to waste my life holding onto the wrong person, but I also don’t want to throw away my life if it would be a mistake to let go and find someone else. I honestly don’t know what I should do. He definitely doesn’t have self love and that’s part of his issues I can tell. I went from hating myself to loving and accepting myself in the span of our relationship. He seemed to make some sort of progress for a while, but then he got even worse about hating himself than when I met him. So it was one step forward two steps back for his self love. I don’t know if he will ever have self love. I tried so hard to help him in the best ways I knew how. But I’ll have to hope counselors can help him since I couldn’t. Maybe if he could achieve self love he’d be closer to being someone I can be together with.

My twinflame and I are different race, religion, I'm a couple years older. We met about 3 three years ago in our mid fifties. I'd been unhappily married for nearly thirty years and ironically he'd just divorced after 30 years, however; during that short time in getting to know each other, he ran off and married again! I didn't learn about it until a bit later after I started professing to him how I felt about him. Up until then we were in the bubble love phase of the connection. It was very spiritual and extremely emotional. I'm the "chaser" but now I'm no longer chasing and I'm a better person for it. I'm loving on myself which is awesome. I do miss my twin though.
After doing so many research of understanding the connection I had with my ex. It all makes sense now! Wow.

Honestly in your case I'm seriously doubting that this is your TF. Runner is the one with love issues. If you were the runner, means he was not, means he didn't have love blockages - he was supposed to love you, which completely excludes 3rd party. You need a man who loves you harder when you don't - that is a TF. Please, do a research.

Wow...💥 I am only really learning about Twin flames,and think I've met mine recently,it feels like everything you've described here, like we are a mirror for eachother,and so familiar,and our short time so far has been packed full of lessons for both I'm of us. So, in my case, we've never been apart since we've met, for 6 months. My insecurities got activated and in one fight, I packed all my things and left. The thing is that I had a blackout while doing this and I thought he was the one that told me to go, so I didn't contacted him for the next weeks, making him feel I left him(both suffering the same way, feeling abandoned). I found out from his friends what I have done, that it was me the one that ran away, but couldn't remember the fight and details(it's my "superpower" when things get too emotionally). And the roles are now switched, now I am the chaser and he is already with another person.
