Thank you! I am the chaser, and I'm currently in the surrender stage. The signs have been there since I met this person, but trying to force our connection was driving him away. I still love him unconditionally, and I have faith that we will be together soon. I just can't dwell on it. I'm trying to live my best life without him. It does still hurt my heart at times, though. I found my flame by chance of course exactly when we were supposed to meet. It was intense and unexpected. Didn’t know such a feeling of being ‘home’ existed. About two months in she began to run. It was a walk at first. But eventually she broke off all contact. Instead of being distressed at losing access to the most impactful person I had ever met, I just let her go and kept sending positive energy her way. She has begun to reconnect, but where it goes from here is based on how much healing we need to do. But if I never see her again, she always will travel with me. I believe that I've met my twinflame, we are however no longer together. I had no idea about twinflames when we were together. When we broke up I learnt about it and got a spiritual awakening. He no longer speaks to me at all it's been like 6 months now, so I'm not sure how this will pan out but I'm working on myself and will have to see how things unfolds for us🤞
My twin is also a life path 11. He recognized our connection first. I’m not sure if he knows it’s a soul connection, or what exactly he thinks. He was chasing me for several years and I was running because he is married. He just talked about our “intense connection” and said it was rare and hard to find. This is when I started googling things trying to figure out what this is and found twin flames. It took me 13 years to wake up to this connection. Now that I realize how special it is, he is running lol.
I didn’t even know what a TF was a week or so ago lol. I have been seeing 11:11 constantly to the point of being ridiculous! I didn’t realize that it was a sign of meeting your TF. I just said to myself when I started getting to know him that he was me in a male body. Then TF info was guided to me and it explained a lot of what was going on. At about the same time I experienced a kundalini awakening and my heart just exploded open and felt so connected with spirit. I felt that intense love and connection with him. I am the chaser and he the runner. In my excitement I think I have already spooked him and he is on the run, which has brought up intense feelings of abandonment. Thankfully I have done a lot of my own healing work, so I am aware of what’s going on and it isn’t scary for me and am now focusing on healing this old wound.

I believe I also had a kundalini awakening...: I didn’t realize what was actually happening. I felt it was directly tied to my twin. it seems like we've both been runners lol. he's the current runner and I'm feeling just joyful and also like I need to do plenty of work on myself. I'm excited to do so. We have been in brief communication over the past week (he initiated) and after a couple of cold responses on his end, I told him that I needed to detach to focus on myself. {as I type this, maybe we're *both* the current runner lol}. I didn't mention TF because I'm not sure where he is (mentally, spiritually, emotionally)...he has been pretty closed off (I was a little surprised to hear from him this week, but I also freaking sensed it was coming lol). I met my twin, we actually lived 15 minutes away from each other for the last 5 years ;) didn’t know of TF until a friend send infos to me after he broke up. I spoke to his spirit with a medium who confirmed we are twin flames but that my runner was afraid and shouting into his physical ears to get back to me 😂 must say knowing all this made it first easier to understand but through a long run even more impatient. I started to write again, propose meetings to keep a thought alive but he asked for space (saying he was meeting someone and had loads of work). THAT was painful, although his spirit and medium confirmed there were lots of woman around but only me in his head. Working on myself, sending love and energy and waiting for what will happen next, staying open to anything else even if one gets selective after having met the TF.... I can see that I was the one with the spiritual waking up earlier, but also that he is doing work on him, so I guess working on oneself helps the other one doing it, too. I am thankful I met my TF, glad he is near and that things can happen easily (like no marriage, long distance or whatever). Wait and see! Still not sure if I believe in this stuff, but your story was nice to listen to. I've felt this kind of connection once in my life, but the individual in question has been so cold and distant with me that I'd rather just focus on the person I'm with, who is a warm, loving and supportive person. The concept of twin flames seems neat, but I'm not betting the farm on it.

This is the craziest thing! In the beginning, i was the runner, and him the chaser.. then when i foigured out i loved him, it switched. He was the runner and i was the chaser. 6 years now..I have no clue how ro become in union with him now..every few months, we see eachother, we are frantic for each other, but then he runs again.. He is married, but his wife is seriously sick .. im just so tired of it all..

My twin ran after an amazing 5 month friendship.. but we work for the same company so we still see each other every day! I confronted her when she first blocked me which pushed her away more but six weeks later, after leaving her completely alone she is slowly coming back to me.. I have being do the mirror exercise and many meditations. Gosh so many tears and healing of old wounds... But I am loving the journey. She is in a long term karmic. She has a 'hairbrush' 😂 But I know that is only a temporary problem..
@C I Just the 'standard' one. Initially. I haven't done it for months now as my journey progressed I realised it doesn't matter what old traumas there are, you preplanned reunion aeons ago.. Not only did you not communicate that you were hurt that he didn't go to the hospital, but you didn't even communicate to him that you wanted him to go to the hospital. Different people have different preferences and we aren't mind readers.
i took it very personally when my twin ran. Im still confused about it. He just left then said he was in love with someone else. Despite knowing he was my twin - and hs gf said twin flames dont have to be together so he believed it - and said he got what he needed from me. I had never felt so used by suvh a spiritual connection - but i knew i also had inner work on my traumas to heal that effected our relationship and being in proper union together. I have felt angry at him at times, even hatred, even if I do love him/me. I feel like people make out that it makes me a bad person and that's why he runs, but I don't really hate him. I just don't like being ignored because I felt so strongly i was divinely guided to him, and wanted to start a family etc. Maybe it was too much too soon - as he is 10 years yunger and inexperienced. But I had never felt so underappreciated or seen. Sometimes it's too painful to watch him live his life seemingly happy without me, even if I'm reminded they aren't truly happy when they run. I got diagnosed with autism at 34 last year, and I wonder sometimes if that's why he runs.
The thing is, I don't even know what is he feeling for me or if he's feeling the same energy I felt as a twin. That's what made me hesitate to send ANY message to him.

At the beginning it was like heaven and then every month worse. at end She want me to leave in one day. And we were separated for about 20 years. And then She call me. It begins for the second time and feels like I’m in haven. And now 2 years later she is second time away. I was ruth in our last call and said to her that she was lying… she said only that she wished me all the best in my live. I cannot get her out of my mind and thinking …that’s all? Is she really my twin flame? ufff.
I was all the way in Long Beach just getting off of work, and my twin is from New York. And we met each other in DTLA. She was living there, and I haven't really been in DTLA like that until that particular day. And as we spent time together, very short time we were already talking about living together. It felt so natural. She and I both agreed, we knew each other before from somewhere in childhood. Past life connection I'm sure lol. I loved that she paid for my parking, not because of the money but because of her care and attentive generosity towards me knowing I had my own money. However, we love love loooooved being around each other, it just felt right. And she would always speak on a shared truth, how it was hard being away from each other. Now that we are in runner and chaser, I might be the runner this time and that has never happened to me before. I'm open to reconcile, but right now I want to expand on my life more so when she comes back I will have more to provide her to help her dreams fruit. She was the one who woke me up more to my spirituality, showing me a film I watched on repeat called the Secret. And now her turn to experience life will be great for both of us. I know we will see each other again, but I am ready to use my wisdom as she gains some wisdom. She needs to experience happiness in her life first, so we can both share that happiness when she and I come back into union. I know she is my twin soul because of how we enjoyed life together, how she humbles me, but also how we have grown phenomenally together and nurturing each other's lives. Our story will continue. And when it's time, I won't resist her.
I'm a life path 11 and my twin flame is life path 33.. we are in separation now.. she's a runner.. we have had lots of issues with eachother.. once she was out of country and we had a huge fight.. during that time I cheated on her with my friend.. who happens to be my karmic soulmate (life path 22) to whom I had been attracted for long time.. when she came back I told her the truth and apologized ,told her that the other person doesn't mean to me as much as you do..she accepted the fact I cheated and she said she also felt attracted to someone else but she didn't move ahead with him because we were still together.. we spoke and started working on our relationship but still there was lots of issues arising.. She's more spiritual than me and she always said I needed to develop my spirituality.. but she couldn't handle the fights that was happening constantly and she left ... It's been 2 months .. she says shes attracted to that guy now and is talking with him.. With her leaving I have started feeling closer to God. And restarted my spiritual journey again...took up a healing course and learning new skills.. I have not lost hope.. I feel we will be connected again one day.. Long lovey messages... originally he was doing the same thing, but then with a snap of a finger it all changed and he was instantly terrified. He originally told me he can’t reciprocate at this time... I inquired what he meant by time and he said that he would call me... blew me off twice and then tonight when he was suppose to call me, he wrote me this text saying he feels deeply and noticed all the synchronicities and he is so confused why it made him all so depressed. More depressed then he ever has been... and he can no longer continue with me. It was all out very cold... not mean... just void of emotion... and then I think he blocked me. 2:49 Literally the same experience as me. I was so loving with my texts to her, so emotionally expressive and sweet, that she responded very coldy to me. Like she didn’t care at all... It broke my heart. 😥💔 And now she blocked me again, and now we are in separation because of it... 🙁 I’m not worried though. No matter how much it hurts. I know she needs time and space to heal. It's never an easy journey, being a twin flame and reuniting and going through the various stages. But then again, I don't think it's supposed to be easy. It's supposed to challenge and guide you to your true purpose, and to become the best version of yourself. I know it can seem difficult, hard, frustrating etc, but it's all happening for a reason.

I met my Twin in spring of 2017 she interviewed me for a new job it turned out to be the most comfortable job interview I had ever done she and I got along very well she helped me and worked with me while I was learning the job we did not date we did not know what twin flames were but I sensed she felt something because I felt something when we were near each other. It wasn't till Dec 2018 when her life took a terrible turn and crumbled into pieces, a month later mine did the same it was a year later while things were still falling apart for both of us that I came to the realization she may be my twin then she ghosted that was almost 2 years ago we were good friends before the ghosting, I was her support while she was in her tough time.
did the mistake of keep pushing them into communication when they said they needed space, made it all worse but i didnt know about this whole concept at that time but i believe its part of the process, because in that way i really got a deep spiritual awakening

We are seperated almost all the time 😅 .. On and offs were about 10 times.. We are in stage of surrender.. The final seperation was in february 2020.. I m trying to focus on my self.. Doing the inner work.. Love my self more .. I have stopped chasing for a while and that really releved me.. Cus it is so tough to keep chasing after your twin .. The article is only half accurate, as he tends to avoid commitment because the intensity of the connection scares him - it's not abusive or we didn't stop mirroring, it only got more intense and at this point in our lives, a lot is going on and he can't deal with that intense love on top of everything else (he has an avoidant attachment style so his default coping is to shut everyone out). I guess only time will be able to tell, and although I'm definitely not ready to move on, I have to learn to let him go. Chasing has not done anything good for either of us. And I do truly love him, so if in the long run he would feel that he's happier without me, I want him to be there... in his happy place.

We met in june 2023, had an instant connection and infatuation with each other. Around 5 weeks in a lot was brought up in both of us. Her feelings of her previous traumatic relationship and mine a lot of issues with rejection. With bounced off of eachother and opened eachothers wounds, but we quickly began to love eachother deeply and that created cycles of on and off. Over 6 months. Really difficult break ups, and really really high reunions pretty soon after. We love eachother dearly. But in november everything became too much for us both and our circumstances and distance turned into a break up that would see us not talk. I chased her because i couldnt bare not being with her or just feeling her presence. I just wanted her so much. But she was on her journey, and she requested i stop messaging her. So i did. She reached out christmas, and tried to call and then nothing. I messaged her in feb only to get a short reply, passively relaying her current need to not be in communication. I heeded that message, i was already on my jounrey of awakening, learning a lot about myself and i got into a great place within myself. She followed me on this journey, her memory coming up in my head countless times a day (there hasnt been a day where i havent thought about her deeply) she was by my side all throughtout. After going 2 months with no comminication i had got to a place where i was content. Instead of being filled with pain, i had done the inner work and only thought of her with love and gratitude forcwhat she had awoken in me. And before i knew it she messaged me out of the blue 2 weeks ago. We are in consistent communication, and a lot has been brought up. She admitted how much pain she had been in for a while, but throught doing work herself she realised a lot and had got to a good place. Shes be reading books and doing things to heal herself, which i was so grateful for, so happy for her that she was doing those things. We reminisced, talked about great times we had, and even how it was such a shame it had come to where things are. She told me a few day ago that a few month ago she couldnt even hear my name without breaking down, her friend had mentioned me and he said all those feelings came flooding back and the pain of how things turned out just came out of her and she broke down on the phone to her friend. We shared photos of us together and complimented each other. And she said how annoying it is that things are the way they are, as if was closer to her things would have been very different. I feel our journey was very much about distance, in the 3d, but now i realise that we met eachother at the right time, as much as she says it was the wrong time. And i feel that way because its woken us up to ourselves, our trauma and the need to love ourselves. I hope that we both continue to do that, and i hope one day we could see union and be happy together, i would want nothing more. But ive also reached a place where i know ill be ok if we dont manage to do so. I just wish her all the happiness in the world... after all, she is me, so why wouldnt i want that. I don't know if I'm gonna believe that but it does sound resonating. If we're really twin flames, my twin is still on the running stage. I already stopped chasing although I can't still get him out of my head. I am trying to move on yet, it seems arduous. I already forgive him for the hurt he has caused me, and I also forgive myself for trying too hard to chase him. As for now, I feel more happy and at peace with myself although I still miss him oftentimes too much. They say these are signs that separation is almost over. I feel more drawn to a certain place lately. But whatever it is, I no longer care.

I can share an experience too... extremely short just that: the very external world everyone live in is the mirror of one's self vibration. There are not things happening to you, there are experiences that you ARE. Six years for me too! And he is no where near the same vibration as me because I do A LOT of self work and he is in hiding / avoidance. I find myself processing much of HIS trauma too, things that I have no foundation for in my own life. I ran at first because I already had plans to move states, then once I realized who he was to me, he’s been the one running and I’ve been chasing for years. I even had a child with another man three years ago. I feel like I give him enough space but how do you provoke someone to start doing their damn work?! Any time I do reach out to him and we talk, I’m hella triggered and see my darkest shadows. I’m actually about to move back to the area he’s in and just hope that the closer physical proximity will cause us to be guided together. It’s hard when you’re the one who’s ready for reunion, if we aren’t reuniting then maybe I’m not as ready as I thought.
@@jennlewis3168 Hey, from the outside it seems that you still being in the wrong energy - reaching out to your guy, being overly impatient and demanding which isn't an energy DF should posses. Trust me I understand how hard it is, as I've gone through it myself. I suggest you take more time and find more info on TFs (even if you think you've watched/read a lot of content on TF already - there's probably more of related content you still not aware of). You have to really step back and let him do the work. And don't try to calculate what you gonna do or say to him when he comes with an apology, or that you'll give him the shit for taking so long. Since you guys are twins you should just trust he's being busy doing the work, as long as you're really are focused on yourself and not fidgeting cause he's not making an appearance yet. Let him alone and once you relax and let go of expectations he'll be there shortly..Cause after all he is you and you are him and you belong together.

I know I still have a lot of work to do on myself even though all I do nowadays is work on myself. Though I feel like researching more TF stuff is just making me more impatient because I want reunion, BUT I also know that if he isn’t ready then I am not either, and forcing it sooner will not be good. Thank you! I am the chaser, and I'm currently in the surrender stage. The signs have been there since I met this person, but trying to force our connection was driving him away. I still love him unconditionally, and I have faith that we will be together soon. I just can't dwell on it. I'm trying to live my best life without him. It does still hurt my heart at times, though. I found my flame by chance of course exactly when we were supposed to meet. It was intense and unexpected. Didn’t know such a feeling of being ‘home’ existed. About two months in she began to run. It was a walk at first. But eventually she broke off all contact. Instead of being distressed at losing access to the most impactful person I had ever met, I just let her go and kept sending positive energy her way. She has begun to reconnect, but where it goes from here is based on how much healing we need to do. But if I never see her again, she always will travel with me. Maybe our meeting was just to advance each other just this far this time around. Enjoyed hearing your experience and wanted to share mine.

My twin is also a life path 11. He recognized our connection first. I’m not sure if he knows it’s a soul connection, or what exactly he thinks. He was chasing me for several years and I was running because he is married. He just talked about our “intense connection” and said it was rare and hard to find. This is when I started googling things trying to figure out what this is and found twin flames. It took me 13 years to wake up to this connection. Now that I realize how special it is, he is running lol.
I didn’t even know what a TF was a week or so ago lol. I have been seeing 11:11 constantly to the point of being ridiculous! I didn’t realize that it was a sign of meeting your TF. I just said to myself when I started getting to know him that he was me in a male body. Then TF info was guided to me and it explained a lot of what was going on. At about the same time I experienced a kundalini awakening and my heart just exploded open and felt so connected with spirit. I felt that intense love and connection with him. I am the chaser and he the runner. In my excitement I think I have already spooked him and he is on the run, which has brought up intense feelings of abandonment. Thankfully I have done a lot of my own healing work, so I am aware of what’s going on and it isn’t scary for me and am now focusing on healing this old wound.

I believe I also had a kundalini awakening...: I didn’t realize what was actually happening. I felt it was directly tied to my twin. Funny I was actually sitting in a Carlos junior parking lot about to get a vegan beyond burger and I saw a crow (we both had ties to crows)... I looked intently at the crow and felt love, pain, overwhelmed, fear, pure joy.... it swelled deep in my heart and was a very intense and physical feeling...

I met my twin, we actually lived 15 minutes away from each other for the last 5 years ;) didn’t know of TF until a friend send infos to me after he broke up. I spoke to his spirit with a medium who confirmed we are twin flames but that my runner was afraid and shouting into his physical ears to get back to me 😂 must say knowing all this made it first easier to understand but through a long run even more impatient. I started to write again, propose meetings to keep a thought alive but he asked for space (saying he was meeting someone and had loads of work). THAT was painful, although his spirit and medium confirmed there were lots of woman around but only me in his head.
Working on myself, sending love and energy and waiting for what will happen next, staying open to anything else even if one gets selective after having met the TF....
I can see that I was the one with the spiritual waking up earlier, but also that he is doing work on him, so I guess working on oneself helps the other one doing it, too.
I am thankful I met my TF, glad he is near and that things can happen easily (like no marriage, long distance or whatever).

This is the craziest thing! In the beginning, i was the runner, and him the chaser.. then when i foigured out i loved him, it switched. He was the runner and i was the chaser. 6 years now..I have no clue how ro become in union with him now..every few months, we see eachother, we are frantic for each other, but then he runs again.. I confronted her when she first blocked me which pushed her away more but six weeks later, after leaving her completely alone she is slowly coming back to me.. I have being do the mirror exercise and many meditations. Gosh so many tears and healing of old wounds... But I am loving the journey. She is in a long term karmic. She has a 'hairbrush' 😂 But I know that is only a temporary problem..
@C I Just the 'standard' one. Initially. I haven't done it for months now as my journey progressed I realised it doesn't matter what old traumas there are, you preplanned reunion aeons ago.. It's inevitible anyway! Sure, better yourself through awakening, but all these meditations and healings really aren't neccessary..

Not only did you not communicate that you were hurt that he didn't go to the hospital, but you didn't even communicate to him that you wanted him to go to the hospital. Different people have different preferences and we aren't mind readers.
i took it very personally when my twin ran. Im still confused about it. He just left then said he was in love with someone else. Despite knowing he was my twin - and hs gf said twin flames dont have to be together so he believed it - and said he got what he needed from me. I had never felt so used by suvh a spiritual connection - but i knew i also had inner work on my traumas to heal that effected our relationship and being in proper union together. I have felt angry at him at times, even hatred, even if I do love him/me. I feel like people make out that it makes me a bad person and that's why he runs, but I don't really hate him. I just don't like being ignored because I felt so strongly i was divinely guided to him, and wanted to start a family etc. Maybe it was too much too soon - as he is 10 years yunger and inexperienced. But I had never felt so underappreciated or seen. Sometimes it's too painful to watch him live his life seemingly happy without me, even if I'm reminded they aren't truly happy when they run. I got diagnosed with autism at 34 last year, and I wonder sometimes if that's why he runs.
The thing is, I don't even know what is he feeling for me or if he's feeling the same energy I felt as a twin. That's what made me hesitate to send ANY message to him.

My journey. We first met 20 years ago and stayed as a couple for 1.5 years. At the beginning it was like heaven and then every month worse. at end She want me to leave in one day. And we were separated for about 20 years. And then She call me. It begins for the second time and feels like I’m in haven. And now 2 years later she is second time away. I was ruth in our last call and said to her that she was lying… she said only that she wished me all the best in my live. I cannot get her out of my mind and thinking …that’s all? Is she really my twin flame? ufff.
I was all the way in Long Beach just getting off of work, and my twin is from New York. And we met each other in DTLA. She was living there, and I haven't really been in DTLA like that until that particular day. And as we spent time together, very short time we were already talking about living together. It felt so natural. She and I both agreed, we knew each other before from somewhere in childhood. Past life connection I'm sure lol. I loved that she paid for my parking, not because of the money but because of her care and attentive generosity towards me knowing I had my own money. However, we love love loooooved being around each other, it just felt right. And she would always speak on a shared truth, how it was hard being away from each other. Now that we are in runner and chaser, I might be the runner this time and that has never happened to me before. I'm open to reconcile, but right now I want to expand on my life more so when she comes back I will have more to provide her to help her dreams fruit. She was the one who woke me up more to my spirituality, showing me a film I watched on repeat called the Secret. And now her turn to experience life will be great for both of us. I know we will see each other again, but I am ready to use my wisdom as she gains some wisdom. She needs to experience happiness in her life first, so we can both share that happiness when she and I come back into union. I know she is my twin soul because of how we enjoyed life together, how she humbles me, but also how we have grown phenomenally together and nurturing each other's lives. Our story will continue. And when it's time, I won't resist her.
I'm a life path 11 and my twin flame is life path 33.. we are in separation now.. she's a runner.. we have had lots of issues with eachother.. once she was out of country and we had a huge fight.. during that time I cheated on her with my friend.. who happens to be my karmic soulmate (life path 22) to whom I had been attracted for long time.. when she came back I told her the truth and apologized ,told her that the other person doesn't mean to me as much as you do..she accepted the fact I cheated and she said she also felt attracted to someone else but she didn't move ahead with him because we were still together.. we spoke and started working on our relationship but still there was lots of issues arising.. She's more spiritual than me and she always said I needed to develop my spirituality.. but she couldn't handle the fights that was happening constantly and she left ... It's been 2 months .. she says shes attracted to that guy now and is talking with him.. With her leaving I have started feeling closer to God. And restarted my spiritual journey again...took up a healing course and learning new skills.. I have not lost hope.. I feel we will be connected again one day.. He originally told me he can’t reciprocate at this time... I inquired what he meant by time and he said that he would call me... blew me off twice and then tonight when he was suppose to call me, he wrote me this text saying he feels deeply and noticed all the synchronicities and he is so confused why it made him all so depressed. We are not communicating at all at this stage and I respect that and I am looking at ways to refocus on myself, my passions and my purpose and to allow him his space to do what he needs to do. It's never an easy journey, being a twin flame and reuniting and going through the various stages. But then again, I don't think it's supposed to be easy. I met my Twin in spring of 2017 she interviewed me for a new job it turned out to be the most comfortable job interview I had ever done she and I got along very well she helped me and worked with me while I was learning the job we did not date we did not know what twin flames were but I sensed she felt something because I felt something when we were near each other. It wasn't till Dec 2018 when her life took a terrible turn and crumbled into pieces, a month later mine did the same it was a year later while things were still falling apart for both of us that I came to the realization she may be my twin then she ghosted that was almost 2 years ago we were good friends before the ghosting, I was her support while she was in her tough time.

Well.. My journey started 2 years a ago.. We met on Facebook, me and my twin have never met yet.. We Just talk on social media and on the phone.. We are seperated almost all the time 😅 .. On and offs were about 10 times.. We are in stage of surrender.. The final seperation was in february 2020.. I m trying to focus on my self.. Doing the inner work.. Love my self more .. I have stopped chasing for a while and that really releved me.. Cus it is so tough to keep chasing after your twin .. I hope we ll be healed and reunited soon .. And so to all twin flames on earth 💚🙏

The article is only half accurate, as he tends to avoid commitment because the intensity of the connection scares him - it's not abusive or we didn't stop mirroring, it only got more intense and at this point in our lives, a lot is going on and he can't deal with that intense love on top of everything else (he has an avoidant attachment style so his default coping is to shut everyone out). I guess only time will be able to tell, and although I'm definitely not ready to move on, I have to learn to let him go. Chasing has not done anything good for either of us. And I do truly love him, so if in the long run he would feel that he's happier without me, I want him to be there... in his happy place.

I’d like to tell my twin about twin flames but she has blocked me and told me to leave her alone. I have to respect that.
We met in june 2023, had an instant connection and infatuation with each other. Around 5 weeks in a lot was brought up in both of us. Her feelings of her previous traumatic relationship and mine a lot of issues with rejection. With bounced off of eachother and opened eachothers wounds, but we quickly began to love eachother deeply and that created cycles of on and off. Over 6 months. Really difficult break ups, and really really high reunions pretty soon after. We love eachother dearly. But in november everything became too much for us both and our circumstances and distance turned into a break up that would see us not talk. I chased her because i couldnt bare not being with her or just feeling her presence. I just wanted her so much. But she was on her journey, and she requested i stop messaging her. So i did. She reached out christmas, and tried to call and then nothing. I messaged her in feb only to get a short reply, passively relaying her current need to not be in communication. I heeded that message, i was already on my jounrey of awakening, learning a lot about myself and i got into a great place within myself. She followed me on this journey, her memory coming up in my head countless times a day (there hasnt been a day where i havent thought about her deeply) she was by my side all throughtout. After going 2 months with no comminication i had got to a place where i was content. Instead of being filled with pain, i had done the inner work and only thought of her with love and gratitude forcwhat she had awoken in me. And before i knew it she messaged me out of the blue 2 weeks ago. We are in consistent communication, and a lot has been brought up. She admitted how much pain she had been in for a while, but throught doing work herself she realised a lot and had got to a good place. Shes be reading books and doing things to heal herself, which i was so grateful for, so happy for her that she was doing those things. We reminisced, talked about great times we had, and even how it was such a shame it had come to where things are. She told me a few day ago that a few month ago she couldnt even hear my name without breaking down, her friend had mentioned me and he said all those feelings came flooding back and the pain of how things turned out just came out of her and she broke down on the phone to her friend. We shared photos of us together and complimented each other. And she said how annoying it is that things are the way they are, as if was closer to her things would have been very different.
I feel our journey was very much about distance, in the 3d, but now i realise that we met eachother at the right time, as much as she says it was the wrong time. And i feel that way because its woken us up to ourselves, our trauma and the need to love ourselves. I hope that we both continue to do that, and i hope one day we could see union and be happy together, i would want nothing more. But ive also reached a place where i know ill be ok if we dont manage to do so. I just wish her all the happiness in the world... after all, she is me, so why wouldnt i want that.

I don't know if I'm gonna believe that but it does sound resonating. If we're really twin flames, my twin is still on the running stage. I already stopped chasing although I can't still get him out of my head. I am trying to move on yet, it seems arduous. I already forgive him for the hurt he has caused me, and I also forgive myself for trying too hard to chase him. As for now, I feel more happy and at peace with myself although I still miss him oftentimes too much. They say these are signs that separation is almost over. I feel more drawn to a certain place lately. But whatever it is, I no longer care.

my twin is the runner & when i misspeak he gets triggered & runs. he struggles with impatience, intolerance & perfectionism & it took him about 3 weeks to reengage me & it was horrible, i felt abandoned, but since he said he felt absolutely petrified to reengage, i began to reassure him with these long, loving texts. he finally reengaged & by the 2nd convo, i found out he started a business with his x without telling me & i blew up. it just really felt like sabotage. now, we’re barely talking. i need help bcus he swears it’s strictly business, but this is so out of order. i know for a fact that we’re twins, we pass all the tests with flying colors. it was bliss in the beginning & then suddenly the triggers came. the separation feels like mourning, i cry buckets of tears & prior to meeting my twin, i had no attachment issues to people or material things. s.o.s. i want to reunite. the restlessness & sadness is too much.

Hi! Twin flame DF and chaser of three and a half years now. We separate, come back together, make progress, hit a wall, and must separate again. We have an incredible friendship that I am trying my hardest to remain in despite how much it triggers me.
A couple questions:
1. Is it okay to decide you need to leave the connection to make progress in your own journey or will that only prolong union/do I need to stay his friend to continuously show him what I can offer him or will he remember and come back when he is ready regardless of if I am in his life?

I can share an experience too... extremely short just that: the very external world everyone live in is the mirror of one's self vibration. There are not things happening to you, there are experiences that you ARE. Twinflame connection I the case where two people are unable to close their hearts by their own ego if the other is behaving not the way we want. We can say FU to any other situation which we close heart to feel anger or any other feeling but pain... with twinflame whatever they do, and they will do ALL that is needed to let yourself experience PAIN , you can't close heart so pain will be... that is to love without condition... so in a sense twinflame partner is the one who will hurt the most ... after all I may say that there is no other woman on the planet worth my time than the one that hurt me that deep. It's logic.. it ment I let her there... but in the same time she worth unconditional love... however she IS.!

Six years for me too! And he is no where near the same vibration as me because I do A LOT of self work and he is in hiding / avoidance. I find myself processing much of HIS trauma too, things that I have no foundation for in my own life. I ran at first because I already had plans to move states, then once I realized who he was to me, he’s been the one running and I’ve been chasing for years. I even had a child with another man three years ago. I feel like I give him enough space but how do you provoke someone to start doing their damn work?! Any time I do reach out to him and we talk, I’m hella triggered and see my darkest shadows. I’m actually about to move back to the area he’s in and just hope that the closer physical proximity will cause us to be guided together. It’s hard when you’re the one who’s ready for reunion, if we aren’t reuniting then maybe I’m not as ready as I thought.
@@jennlewis3168 Hey, from the outside it seems that you still being in the wrong energy - reaching out to your guy, being overly impatient and demanding which isn't an energy DF should posses. Trust me I understand how hard it is, as I've gone through it myself. I suggest you take more time and find more info on TFs (even if you think you've watched/read a lot of content on TF already - there's probably more of related content you still not aware of).
You have to really step back and let him do the work. And don't try to calculate what you gonna do or say to him when he comes with an apology, or that you'll give him the shit for taking so long. Since you guys are twins you should just trust he's being busy doing the work, as long as you're really are focused on yourself and not fidgeting cause he's not making an appearance yet. Let him alone and once you relax and let go of expectations he'll be there shortly..Cause after all he is you and you are him and you belong together.

I know I still have a lot of work to do on myself even though all I do nowadays is work on myself. Though I feel like researching more TF stuff is just making me more impatient because I want reunion, BUT I also know that if he isn’t ready then I am not either, and forcing it sooner will not be good.
