I've met my twin flame over 15 years ago, it was so intense one time we both couldn't get a word out. In the early stages. I kept running he chased for a little bit. Then I chased for a while. Now he's with someone with a child for years now. And I'm definitely not coming between that or even trying. I keep seeing signs and I'm praying that God stop sending me signs because I don't think we will be together in this life time. It doesn't seem as if he's a false twin flame because I got so many signs. I'd rather forget about him and move on with my life and find a soul mate.
Yep, he's my twin. Didn't know about twin flames until I met him, and started researching because I felt like I was going nuts. Went into separation and he did little things to bait me back in slowly (he ran, but then quickly changed his mind, but his running triggered me to run, too, out of pain), and now we're out of separation and slowly moving towards building. Exhausted right now; separation and coming back together slowly over the last few months felt like a struggle; we're both proud and stubborn. A lot of the moving towards each other while in separation was nonverbal, which was interesting. We only started recently talking again. Yeah, very mutual, and, yeah, a ton of sexual chemistry, though nothing has happened between us yet. When we first met and talked, felt instantly comfortable with him like I always knew him and felt like I knew him, and he invited me to holiday with him (yeah, that's normal when you first meet, right?) and it wasn't creepy at all; I agreed. The rest is history.
But if the separation takes two years and he says that he doesn’t love me despite of before separation that he loved me so much, do you think is it normal in twin flames? I am wondering if he’s my real twin? Even after 2 years separation I haven’t talked to another guy and waiting for him to come back. Thank you if you could advise me

Very similar to my story as far as when you first met. We bother felt really comfortable automatically, we talked on the phone everyday all day long for the first 6/7 months. But the first 2 months we were damn near inseparable. We work together so we spent all day on the phone while at work. He came to my shift and had been working there for a year and a half already but I never saw him because he was on the night shift. We have a ton of sexual chemistry also but never did anything except kiss like teenagers making out. Now we are in separation, he went back to the night shift during the shadow period of this current Mercury retrograde… and I never see him. We have bumped into each other once, he walked up to me and gave me a hug , asking could he call me after their meeting they have Everyday. I said yea, but he never called. I notice he’ll do that. If we do make contact, promise he’ll call but never does. I’m trying not to be heartbroken, abs hate him. I randomly cry out if the blue and I’ve felt his feelings before and cried like they were kind but super hard. Now. No bump ins, no calls, radio silence. Don’t know where to come if it. I wish he was non verbally trying to inch back towards me 🥺

You’re in separation because you’re supposed to change and work on yourself. If nothing has changed and you’ve just been waiting, you’re defeating the purpose of separation.
Great explanation of Twin Flame. Yes, there has to be a very strong, MUTUAL connection and then the running begins after a short "honeymoon" period. I am 6 years on this journey with no end in sight lol.
I miss my twin flame. We’re in the separation phase right now, and it’s killing me. I think about him every day, and he’s my better half. Before our separation stage, we talked to each other a lot, and were starting to hang out, then we got intimate, and it ruined everything. He distanced himself from me emotionally, and now we aren’t talking. I know he’s scared of love because he’s been hurt a lot, and he’s afraid I’m going to hurt him. He’s even hanging out with bad people now to distract him, and I’m worried about him. I want to spend time with him, I miss him. We’ve been like this for 8 months now.

This is exactly my situation only my twinflame thinks sumone else is Hers and as she’s really new to the journey she doesn’t know about false twin flames or karmics or anything really of the sort but the person she’s messing with is bad vibes, controlling, possessive, selfish, manipulative and stuck in her stuck up ego full time. So she can mess with that all day long but when she comes back chasing me we’ll see where I’m at and wot will be will be I guess.

i was a runner but it only lasted a couple of weeks and i actually stayed but struggled with it on the inside. its a good thing he was away at that time so i didnt have to see him. i was afraid of the intensity of it all and wasnt ready to love that much. i even told him that when he returned i wont know what to do really. things changed really quickly though, as soon as i saw him i felt this intense connection and let myself fall into it. planning on moving in together currently :)

I definitely feel he’s my twin flame. Since I first locked eyes with him it’s like I was in another world. It was intense. The number 11:11 came up a lot. I didn’t know about Twin Flames until I met him. He literally runs away when I see him. So I’m just going to let fate decide and work on myself.
My amazing TF chased me hard for months last year 😢 I was interested but felt unworthy of her love. It was at Christmas that it got intense, as I returned her attention, I did her a small painting for her for Christmas which she loved and then we were talking a lot and she even declared how amazing I was to like her whole cafe, but then she did pull back hard. It's never an easy journey, being a twin flame and reuniting and going through the various stages. But then again, I don't think it's supposed to be easy. The more I see your videos, the more I think your quick union was either because you were both already fairly advanced in your spiritual journeys before you met, or maybe you're actually soulmates. The vast majority of Twin Flames I have seen are not into meditation, eating healthy, and digital nomads, isolating themselves from negative energy, including family and friends who may be in lower vibration. Typically, the DF will only be slightly spiritual and the DM will be even less so.
The way I met this person was so serendipitous that I knew the universe conspired for it to happen. Instant connection and chemistry! The separation between us now is physical.. the distance kills me. I know they still care, but the timing is off so I’m going to focus on my purpose, maybe get down to some meditation and trust the process. The universe brought you to me once before, God willing it can happen again.

The twin flame narrative is a little confused in todays world. Some people have the wrong idea about what twin flames are, how the connection is supposed to work, and how it should feel.
The purpose is not to meet, bring up insecurities and then split up or move on. The purpose is to reunite, there will be a running stage lasting anywhere from a few days to a few months or years, and then you'll reunite. If you're ready and you've done enough self love and exercises like that, you'll reunite for life and become essentially a PORTAL through which unconditional love can enter this reality.
It's a complicated topic though, and a lot of people we believe have the wrong idea based on their experience which might not be of an actual twin flame relationship, what do you think?

There are so many signs with me and my ex of us being twin flames, i even explained to him the idea of twin flames and how similar our relationship is to a twin flame relationship. But i thank the universe so much for introducing us unexpectedly at 10 years old, it completely blows my mind how the universe just thought to bring us together so young. But at the same time its very difficult for us and we’ve been in each other’s lives for almost 5 years now.
I think I'm in a twin flame journey but what makes it even harder is we both live in different states and I'm much older than her and she has outside influences in her life. I had to stop communicating with her because of the influences and she was back and forth with how she felt. Although we no longer communicate (two years) I can still feel her energy around me. It's like she is reaching out to communicate in the spiritual realm something. I can't stop thinking about her as if she is trying to get my to contact her in the 3d realm.

Thanks for sharing the video. I met my twin flame in May 2019, but he is married. I didn't think of any romance in him, but the Universe made us see each other like in mirrors for 6 weeks. It was so intense. After that, he ran away since his wife found our relationship. I got the dark night of the soul. I kept texting him without any reply. Every time he saw me at school, he couldn't hold himself from trembling and started to run right after class was dismissed. And then, he disappeared, not to come to the class anymore.

I feel that my journey is so particular. Because we met and he had a girlfriend, he got married than divorced and the past year been in a karmic situationship, for what I can see is in and out all the time, but he brought her to his hometown last summer. I feel it’s over but I’m not sure... we never been together, I never told him what I felt neither him. Ya know.... it’s hard to tell that they are your twinflame..... but the journey basically all the same .... just not everyone’s is exactly the same..... you need to find out there you mirror, you need to have them bring out all your shit what you thought you never had, like jealousy, overthinking, anger.... once you can see all you shit in them... you suddenly realize that you have same issues... and that is what makes you grow... you learn through them. Then let the separation period begin and then 100 percent you gunna know... because this be like nothing you experienced before with another partner... you gunna hit major lows.... from the lows there is only one way out and that is to grow

I have always known of TF connections but never thought it was a topic of interest in my spiritual journey, UNTIL this connection.
I’ve also realized the reason was that I didn’t feel worthy of this magnitude of love. I was also told my soul is over 1 million years old and that’s like wowza.

After he ran away to another girl over night I was so depressed and confused, because I had so many weird experiences with him, telepathy, astral projection, synchronicities, this connection felt different and felt like home and he reminded me a lot of myself before I had to go through several Dark Nights of the Soul (didn't know the concept, I just had tough past few years) . Also for the first time in my life I felt like I don't want to start dating, instead focus on myself and making myself happy on my own. I felt like I found something but I didn't know what that meant/was. Once I listed these things I simply looked for the explanation of the concept of twin flames and these things were fitting. Thankyou. Am in crash course on trying to understand the nature of Twin Flames as I believe I just met mine this last July. I've been hearing people pining for their Twin Flame for last several years. I've still been healing from trauma & abusive treatment from my X that devastated me & working on Self love & have not been looking for TF because I knew if I were not healed & loving myself, it wouldn't work out well. Then I met him, am fairly certain. Am still in shock from the mind blowing feeling of connection, of sacred love Union that felt eternal, we both experienced it & then he withdrew & said he needed to work on himself, to heal & clear darkness he said. There is huge age difference & is hard to imagine is being able to overcome it. I believe he may have someone he is lovers with, or married, or something is going on he's not comfortable sharing with me. He was as blown away by me as I was by him. The age difference didnt deter him. He said you are Energy, we know each other in other dimensions. He is very conscious, we are both in very similar spiritual Path & engaged with integrating our Awareness we are One with God Within & more than that, we ARE God expressions of One Source Consciousness having experience of being human. I feel worn down by his being unwilling to share. But as I learn about TF. I realize I must let go, feel the love, we are always in each others heart, give him space to be in his own process, even if it means letting him go in 3D, bring focus back to myself, my own healing & union with God Within & continue on my own Path. It's been a rough month. Was so painful losing him & yet still feeling so deeply connected. I must let go & let God, release him to his highest good as I release myself to my own highest good, take my mind off of yearning & longing for him, thinking about him & return to process of Inner Union I was in before he came. We’re sorry to hear that your experience has been difficult. It can happen differently for different people. It has to do with all sorts of things, past life karma of both you and your twin, emotional and spiritual blocks and issues, all sorts of things.
We would suggest staying positive if you can, act out of love always and do the things you know will raise your vibrations like meditating, stepping into your purpose, and following your heart. We know it's not easy, no one said it would be. But we signed up to this before we incarnated for a greater and more important reason.

Thank u for explaining the reasons. Since my TF ran away I have been searching in internet about it. I now know a clear pic as to why. We do have a deep connection and he ran away with no explanation for three months by now. I know there is love there but is also a time to reflect on everything. I have done a lot of inner work and dealt with insecurities and things I never saw before. I am ahead of him in the healing process. Expecting this journey to end soon.

I can see now that in some moments I wanted so bad to be with my masculine that turned out to be too much for both of us. I can see as well that both of us have a lot to heal, but I have to be honest, that having other people around him, is difficult to deal with.
So many times I thought that he didn't want to be with me, and seeing him secure or at least feeling less overwhelmed with other people made me think how serious was all the things that I felt. Feels like there's always someone better for him, than me.

Well I got soul recognition that's good enough for me.
In our case, I ran because it was so intense and I was so overwhelmed. I couldn’t understand how someone could love me so quickly when they just met me. (Plus my heart was still healing from a past relationship) I only ran for a short period of time but my twin couldn’t understand why I ran, so then the trust was broken... then so many triggers have been happening since, he then went into a dark cave and was so emotionally, mentally, sexually distant from me (we live together) so that was so hard for me, I couldn’t understand why.. so then my trust was broken, fears, insecurities... oh my so since then it’s been such turmoil!! This is exactly what my TF is doing. It's like he felt the connection first, even told me about it and as soon as I surrendered, he became the runner🥴😂. You can tell it's a real twinflame when you feel that soul connection along with the other signs you spoke about.

Well it’s been 3 years and she’s recently gotten married. She also lives over 1000 miles away from me. We never did meet in person. I am like 99.9% sure she is my twin. This is a question I've had for 5 years since I met my twin (or the person I believe is my twin)... 4 years ago when we met again, he triggered my spiritual/kundalini awakening and we experienced telepathy, I started having visions, there was a lot of synchronicity with the numbers 6 and 9 which are our life path numbers but also representations of the yin yang symbol which I had a vision of as well... These and many other things made me believe he was my twin. However, for 5 years he still says that he doesn't have romantic feelings for me, that he loves me like a sister and he is always emotionally unavailable with me... So I've felt quite lost without knowing whether he was/is actually my twin or not. At the time, I found out about twin flames as like it was magic and an explanation for everything that was happening to me... But I've been quite lost. The work I seem to be doing on myself hasn't changed things between us. We also seem to have the same purpose which is related to plant medicine/ayahuasca... A lot of signs point to him being my twin but at the same time he never felt the same thing for me that I do for him.

I've dated for over twenty years and who I would consider my tf dm has now ran out of and BACK into my life for the last 3 years. Strangely- its like in 90 day intervals then after 90 days it's almost like its too much for him and he lets go. What makes this situation beyond dimensional and unlike the rest of others i've dated ; he has ran BACK to me over 3-4 times- seriously WHO does that? The average person has enough pride to stay away and move on. I’ve been mostly the chaser but I have ran before too. My tf and I have known each other for over 10 years and never really gotten to experience a real relationship because he was married when we met. So we’ve had lots of meetings and separations in all this time. The times that I ran I will say it was never because I didn’t want my tf or I didn’t care about him. Quite the opposite. I knew I did, even felt like I was falling in love with him, but I didn’t think he could possibly feel the same and I thought I’d very likely get hurt. So I would push him away and either instigate a separation intentionally or I’d run. I was convinced for many years that he was just playing games with me and he didn’t really care about me. Then once I realized that he did I became the chaser. It was like here’s this person I have this crazy intense connection, fiery passionate chemistry, and I like him as a person AND he feels the same way??? I need to cling onto him and never let him go! And this freaked him out I think. So we are in separation again because he ran this time. I miss him a lot, but I’m working on loving myself so next time I can try not to make the same mistakes.

Basically I met this guy and the placements in my birth chart are opposite to him, we have similar spiritual values and principles etc and seem to be on the same level with spirituality actually but I’m not attracted to him and when I looked him in his eyes I didn’t feel really anything but I kept gong back in my head throughout the night to see if I had deceived myself and possibly I was running away from it’s intensity but I basically told him I didn’t really wanna continue speaking to him because I wasn’t feeling this deep feeling I thought I was supposed to feel and he basically told me that the universe orchestrated this and told me that because I met him not I was going to be experiencing challenges etc all of this tbh I was freaked out by this and still am because I feel like if I reject this than I be put in this vicious cycle of running and chasing

My tf and I have long stretches of getting along but, three times now he's refused to do his shadow work plus, he has a bad temper when he gets upset. He denies that he even gets mad but, I've cried while having to tell him he hurt my feelings. I've had to walk away now for the third time. It hurts to do this but, it hurts to stay!! Okay so I have one comment. I don't think the attraction is always mutual. The physical at least. My twinflame and I were both chubby kids and teens. Well when we first met I was thinner and in the highest vibrations with him. All of the pain I explained was actually deep wounded healing. Anyways when we separated and I got lost in DNOTS he saw me and im not sure if he was unattracted to me but I'm sure he didn't want to sleep with me while I was a complete mess. (More like a catipilar waiting to heal all of the way) it may have triggered some inner wounds for him and made him unnatracted to me in the moment. It also at the same time triggered my wounds. He was embarrassed of me sometimes because I was free and myself, I'm not sure but he acted like he had some image to live up to after two months of both acting like we were in love. I felt it with eye contact and alot of other things to contribute but I never spoke up and neither has he.

Everything was very intense in the beginning and she would tell me she loved me every single day but she would get scared and try to find reasons for it not to work out. I think it’s time to let mine go. It feels stagnant now, and just feels like so much of my other karmic relationships. I was doing just fine on my own. He was my catalyst for my awakening. But, I just don’t want this anymore, I’m homeless. Now, jobless. And I am not even sure although he came to my apt. To do what idk, cuz I rejected him. I’m not sure he even wants me. There is one girl in my gym, who is very much attracted to me and vice versa. When I have a high energy she chases me when she has high energy i start chasing her, we wear the same color clothes every day. When i talk to her she does not resposnd well, but the eye contact is really immense and smile is always there when she sees me. She obviously gets nervous when i look at her and her face becomes red when she sees me observing.. How do I make her chase me forever and connect ? I am ready to marry her if everything goes well. Hey, thanks so much for your comment. It can be tricky to know WHEN or how to tell your twin flame about the connection. I (Stef) had a very open mind to this sort of thing before, and was already working on my personal and spiritual development, but it can be very different for different people. Consider what their background is and what sort of limiting beliefs or ideas they might have, before telling them too soon. You don't want to scare them away and make them run for longer than they need to. I'd suggest following the advice I gave in the video 😊
