This is super helpful for how to deal with when they abruptly leave you for someone else. It's been nearly 5 months since he did this to me and haven't heard from him since. It gets easier as the months go by. I'm not sure I want him back if he ever comes around again. You have to be accepting of whatever they choose. He was all I wanted but clearly he didn't want me.

My TF bailed on me, out of the blue 11 months ago. The pain was unbearable. 3 specific actions/moments in time I move from pain to acceptance to finding what unconditional love is. And that is that I want him to be happy... Doesn't matter how, where with whom... All that I want is for him to be happy. And see for himself his own value and purpose in this world. Once that I got to this point, of unconditional love, he started to get in contact with me. He is in a relationship and I know that he's trying but I have the intuitive feeling that it is not really what he's looking for. I know that he's thinking of me everyday, same as I am falling asleep and waking up with him on my mind. I never had this type of certainty about anything else in my life before, but I know deep down in my bones that we will start new together. If you really want to feel better stop focusing on him & do NOT send him “healing energy” and you don’t have to heal heart chakras etc. The twin flame mirror is you and your twin flames astral body/mind. My DM and I have been best friends and lovers on and off 13 years. For the past year we’ve been more seriously involved, but every full moon I doubt our connection so much that I break up with him. Our separation used to last a couple weeks and now we can barely last a day or two apart. Our communication has gotten a lot better, but its still rough. He’s been changing positively so dramatically the past year its insane. Thanks for sharing. I can relate.

Thank you sooooooo much for this! I really appreciate you for staying your story during separation. I was at the point of no return to my DM and ready to say fu#*%!itall! My emotions were running all over the place not knowing what to do or how to go about processing them. All because my DM said he would prefer a friendship with me. It broke my heart instantly and I was unsure if I would be able to get through another second. I felt as though I poured into my DM cup so much to the point where my cup ran empty. Yes, the pain was very real, so I went into isolation tapping more into my spiritual side. Praying more, meditating more and learning to enjoy entertaining myself again. Day 88 of separation heals. 🙂

I wanna tell a story.
About a guy I met once. We'd been chatting for over a year, nothing too serious, but he seemed kinda interesting, not my type though.
We met eventually, we spent 26 hours together.
The entire time I felt like I was there but not really almost like a dream. I've always been a day dreamer, this state isn't new to me I didnt think much if it at the time. He was an emo wreck. He found he had cancer 10 days before, he'd jumped back the onto the alcohol wagon he jumped off of just 6 months before.
He wanted to end it all. Blamed himself for his cancer, I tried to console him, I could feel his heart break.
Eventually I had to leave, And walking away, I turned and looked back into his eyes one last time, and saw on his face what I was feeling inside.
I'd known ever since. I also haven't seen him since and its been 6 months since we even spoke.
I told him I felt a connection, kept trying to convince him not to end it all. He told me to take care of myself and go be happy and blocked me (he is still okay as far I know.)
I met him once.he lit my soul on fire and then I just had to carry on.
Im not the type to trip over anyone. I've left a soul mate relationship once and as much as it broke me, nothing could compare to how heart broken I was over this guy I met once. He probably doesn't even think about me. Oh well.
Its all good though. After meeting him, Ive been able to connect with source and my guides angels like crazy. My tarot readings and other forms of Divination have been super charged. my crown, third eye, heart and throat chakras are being cleared and I can see life what it IS.
Im okay, I'll be okay. Following my destiny.
If I ever see him again or not.. Idk. But I hope he is happy and healing.

Lucky you that your separation only lasted a month, it was mutual and decided by the both of you, and you were still friends. Mine has just surpassed 5 years of no contact (first and second separations were caused by me, the first for a week, the second for a month), but this one was decided by him alone (and completely blindsidedly I add, we were talking about moving in together, I come home from a family vacation to him leaving me, and for someone else, tho he doesn't admit to that..yet), and we aren't friends anymore, after knowing him since middle school. I not only lost a great love, but a friend too. Not a moment goes by that he hasn't been on my mind for the last 5 years. This is the hardest thing I've ever had to go through. I've tried dating others, it's just not for me. I can't be with someone when I'm so in love with someone else. It's just better for me to stay single. About a month after our large breakup, I hand wrote a 21 page letter to him, telling him all my fears and secrets, and why I love him (I was never able to communicate or comprehend my feelings to him, which led to the first 2 separations). He never responded. But I feel him every single day. As if he's standing or sitting right next to me behind a veil. Idk how to explain that feeling, but I'm sure a lot of you on the journey can relate to something similar. He's often in my dreams off and on, but they aren't crazy vivid like some people describe. I don't want to sound like I've just been sitting around waiting for him, but I've known since he left that we still have a big conversation to have. Its been confirmed for me several times, but it's just something I've always known and felt. So I'm just kinda here for when he's ready to have it. Whether it sounds crazy or obsessive, or like an ex that can't move on, I just know how it feels. I'll always be waiting for that conversation, but it's not stopping me from living my life. I've actually been planning to move out of state within the next year or so, once I can save a little more money to and figure out what kind of job I want to find. But no matter where I am, I know I'm always going to feel it, and him. 💜🕯🌻

Same. Going on 3 years. I try to move hard. I want to move on, this is torture. Yet, feel this connection so strongly, and every few months, we still have contact. I miss him. Oh my gosh, the moon! Our interactions until this most recent time were predictable on the moon. Always a wonderful experience followed by him doubting and backing off. I couldn't do the cycles and I backed off twice. This time, he's not responding at all. I'm at the surrender and acceptance phase and needing to give him space.
Staying in abundance mindset. Everything happens for a reason.

Soul mate: The mate that shares a soul with you. Your other half.
Twin Flames: Passionately connecting beings that generally burn too hot to tame each other, but progress all parties involved towards their various goals and higher self.
I use to look at the TF / SM connections as you do... until I met my soul mate. Now I see that all the flames that burned me and shaped me, burned away the bad bits and left exactly what my SM needed to be happy. It's like we made each other in a computer.
My ex wife is a TF for sure. Our love and passion was epic but we couldn't stay together. I still love my ex wife and I recently helped her out of a hole she found herself in. I did this because I love for real, I need her safe in the world, I am still tied to her like a twin..... but we no longer fit as lovers. We mirror, burn, and grow each other and this time she returned to help me be better for my SM; Simultaneously I helped heal her and she now found what very well may be her SM. It's all written like a serendipitous movie script.
Any individual we meet that burns us or we burn them, you were destined to meet them to get you ready for the various trials of life. Flame after flame your twins will burn sense into you, and teach you invaluable lessons. Sometimes in the realm of romance I think twins can turn disharmony into harmony, but it's most likely not common, or determined by soul contracts maybe? Once life and the various TF's burn you into shape, Your person that you share a soul with will be drawn to you. My SM and I were basically told by the universe that we were in love. I wasn't into her at all and same on her side. Then one day I felt like I was gonna die if I didn't have her close. Fortunately once I built up the nerve to call she was feeling the exact same way.
This union, outside of the pains we feel while being apart, is the easiest care free experience we've ever had. We discuss almost nothing, and have such a deep understanding of each others needs that everything just flows into and from the both of us constantly. I tested all the normal relationship traps right away. Things that are true, but that always upset women. She didn't even blink, stayed rational in all we discussed. Even though we don't agree on everything, the other's side is not fabricated emotional nonsense like in normal relationships. She makes sense in her own energy as I do to myself and now we now do to each other. Our lives are also linked by same events, characters with the same rolls and names, same favorite less common stuff, and suddenly now when we look at each other, nothing else exists but the other.
This is why I changed my mind about what a TF is vs a SM. Then to top it all off. A friend of mine tells me that I remind her of Matt Kahn in my speech. I look him up and the first video I find is on this subject and he has the same philosophy I do. I'm largely alone in life in the way I think. Maybe the universe is saying, see, this respected, successful sought after person thinks as you do, trust your instincts. Let me know what you all think.

We are technically in seperation, in the 3D hologram. My Twin Flame and I are separated by oceans and thousands of miles. However, we still feel each other energetically, and can hook up sexually. Unfortunately, I am aware that this connection is felt while he is with other partners. This does hurt sometimes. I put the brakes on it for a while.
He has committment issues. I believe he is working through this. I am trying to be patient and I am focusing on my own life to distract myself. Seperation really sucks! I am working on my healing though.

It's hard, specially when your paths keep being separated over and over. If the twin flame is meant to come back, he or she will come back once you become whole. I gotta say, I think about my twin flame every single day, it's annoying...but I am learning how to forgive and let go. Meeting my twin flame was worth it.

I’m a twin flame and I’ve been in separation for 6 years. I’ve have the kundalini awakening with my twin and got to speak to him spiritually but so far no union. I can speak to my spirit babies in heaven and they are definitely his… but separation is very painful. When we first met we were penpals until he ghosted me and then 6 years of no communication. It’s extremely painful because I could feel him with the karmic. He’s single now and he gives out videos on RUclips about me but yeah every single day I think about him even when I don’t want to. It’s hard because I’ve tried to move on but can’t stop thinking about him. Separation is very hard and painful. We haven’t even met yet because we were just pen pals. So yeah no communication for 6 years and on going…. That’s separation.

Ours, we met in 2009 married in 2015. April 21 2021 asked me for separation to find himself.
I left for 2 weeks. During then he moved my belongings out to storage. I told him I had to come back the 21 of May.
A few days went by then he called and told me on the phone he wanted a divorce.
I arrived home to gain entry found had changed the locks. I’m back now. I had no where to go. He is helping me find an RV to live in. He says “I’m done”. What do I do with this? I’m shattered. He sees me clearly loving him unconditionally yet, he’s empty inside. It’s hard to believe separation took this long to happen when it was me who ran in disbelief of what we are early on. He claims he can’t go through the pain anymore meaning he holds onto the pain from things I’ve done or said years ago.
This just feels hopeless, to say I’m broken and exhausted is an understatement!

Don't get too caught up in the masculine vs feminine. In some moments I'm the feminine, in other moments I'm the masculine. I'm all of it. I don't get caught up with labeling it, or getting attached to one or the other. The labels only exist when we're in ego judgments, which is okay, yet it's not necessary when we're in the present moment here to experience life and love fully.
You’re correct. It doesn’t have much to do with masculine/feminine energies. We do all have both in us. It more has to do with positive and negative energies. And this “twin flame journey” is really about soul journey. As your twin and you are one soul, the alignment with “your” soul “unites” you to your twin aka your soul.
