sorry, that's a blue-eyed take on a toxic person! When a so-called Twinflame says she doesn't message us because she doesn't want to disturb us, doesn't want to upset our happiness and doesn't want to tear us out of a situation, then that's nothing more than an excuse that some naive and loving people just all too well would like to believe. What I find bad is that you help toxic people with your channel and your alleged explanations, that really loving people stay by their side and these toxic people can continue to abuse them. You are doing so much harm to people. And if you believe in karma then you know what will come back to you. To all other readers here: don't you believe it, it's just about the psychological phenomenon of dependency that a toxic person creates in us, and the lovesickness associated with it. Unfortunately, this person cannot be changed and the relationship cannot be improved either. Better you look at H.D.Tudor, who as a self-confessed psychopath and narcissist describes exactly how these manipulations are used by his kind. For us coaches, none of this is a new topic. It always ends in a terrible form of mental, psychological abuse and its traumatic consequences. It makes you ill.

I think when twins are in a runner and chaser phase it has a lot to do with energy. My twin texted me out of the blue a week ago. And as soon as he came in he left again. But he left me wth a extreme amount of TF energy exchange. It was so powerful, It literally brought me to my knees in tears. It is very seductive and brings alot of thoughts and fantasies. My heart felt extremely tugged on Being pulled threw my chest. This TF energy is what brings twins together but it also heals. It is kundalini energy that gets activated. And every time your twin comes in for a energy exchange it ties your kundalini’s tighter together. More and more. Until the final ties and Union. Before he messaged I was letting go and moving on. But this energy was a heavy reminder of my mission and my TF journey. And it brought me back on track. Of corse I got mad and upset that he seemed to ghost once again and left so quick. But It is part of the learning and understanding we must have before Union. We must be balanced. I felt the chaser energy once again fill me up. But this time I didn’t chance. Those feeling I got are something I need to work on. But the truth is wether my twin is with me or not I am just so happy that he is here. I know we’re he is and that he is okay. And that is enough. I am not alone on this journey because he is on it with me. But most importantly God first beyond all. Not tarot, not readings, not videos but so important we turn to God. We pray regularly as if he was are best friend and there listening because he is. And if it is in Gods plan that he decides when and how we come to Union, then we will. God wants us to turn to him. A lot of people on this journey miss this important part. God can make miracles happen. So trust and belive and hand everything over to God. That is my advice for anyone struggling on this journey. Mine did the same thing to me a couple of weeks ago. We had been in no contact for months then he reached out and we spoke for a minute then he asked me if we could Start over but go slow. He said he would call me the next day then I didn't hear from him and i went off you hear me off. He then reached out and said something I don't like now its crickets but he had been watching my stories. I'm questioning everything including his love now we were a couple and engaged now my guess is we are nothing.
Im a male DF, and the spiritually awakened twin. Pretty much every single point Pradnyaa mentions, is SPOT ON compared to my own “running” experience - which is a state of mind that fluctuates, such an amazingly precise way of explaining it! I knew about twin flames before meeting my female DM, thru two spiritually enhancing catalyst experiences, first discovering astrology and twin flames, then actually doing the inner healing work, meditating, growing awareness, transcending karma and toxic patterns, and clearing/opening my heart chakra after traumatic relationship experiences, yet I STILL, as a biological male was overwhelmed with this intensity at the mind-level, then started running when being confronted with this powerful soul connection in the physical. In our case, we work together in a super toxic karmically heavy environment, and I am super intuitive yet guarded of the energies that come at me. Her, as the matrix DM, is way more easy going, down-to-earth yet in her heart and flow’ey which her biology supports. Anyhow, another point I wanted to mention is, using astrology can help a lot to recognize what triggers the running state of mind. It's been 4yrs for me and I only dated him 6 months while he separated from his partner! We live in the same town but I have never seen this man b4 in my whole life of living here ! When i met him he told me that he used to see me everywhere and he always wished he had someone like me because how i carried myself with my partner. But he always used to say that I could never be with someone like him because we were oppsites ! He was a biker and I was more of a light! Omg but we got along so good. I have been on this TF journey for 9 years which is a cycle in numerology. It has been the hardest yet the most rewarding. I have understood that it is OK not to be with your TF. Not something I would have accepted or wanted to hear as a beginner on this journey but today I do and with a peaceful being. I have been able to pay off my karmic debts but he may not do so in this lifetime. I want to help people understand that - I see so many people get angry. I got disappointed waiting on him to do his part, hoping he would see things the same way I did. He would go away and come back wiser but I could still see some cracks. Thank you Pradnya for sharing this video. Empathy is what is needed here. In my journey, i have understood that if he wouldn't have been my TF, he would have cut off all contacts and moved on. The best part is whenever we accidentally meet, he tries his level best to behave like a normal person. He is always living in the fear that i will ask him questions regarding our connection. I used to be so tempted to ask however now i can see the pain in his eyes and skip that part. The understanding that acceptance of the connection will come in divine timing has supported me. I have developed patience, nowadays my heart cries out in my writings. So the truth is he is always on my mind, heart but I am no longer frantic. The lessons learnt in the journey are to stay grounded, everytime i need not react, silence is beautiful, loneliness is a gift for my writings, the only person who will always stay with me is me, i don't need him to keep me happy. It took a good 5 years for this. However i have gifted myself a New Me. I will not deny there are days when I start feeling very emotional but then my pen and pain pour it in a poem 😀❤️

We met once, and he started the communication. It’s been 5 mths and we haven’t seen each other again, we’ve been working on it, but things prevent it from happening. Obviously not the right time.
I know he feels it too or as you said, why would he still be here? He’s said no less than 4 times he doesn’t want a relationship, he could easily have left, we are at a distance. But he hasn’t, something is going on and I think I have worked it out finally: TF, so many signs.

This is such a great explanation. It’s been almost a year awakening to this and we have had separation many times. Regardless, I feel so blessed to have him in my life. I feel him all the time and am fully understanding why we both behave the way we do. There is no anger. No blame. He needs to work things out and we BOTH. Need to heal. This connection is a gift.

Im literally crying because all of this is exactly precisely what happened with us. He was so careful to make sure i was happy but seemed to punish himself in putting in distance. He never ever once did anything mean or jealous or selfish. I realize now we treated each other as if we were each other. Like asking “Why would you want to hurt yourself?” If your twin flame is you… thats how you treat you. I could never figure out what was neither could he. We said its more than a friendship but like we are siblings, like we are home to each other. Like we love each other automatically and unconditionally, beyond unconditionally, You can’t even put a name on it. You just know you’re drawn to each other every day in some way even when you aren’t thinking about them. We were always on the same team as far as protecting each other’s family and family relationships. It made it painful for both of us even during the separation to keep trying to tell yourself “its for the best”. He told me he wanted my life to be like “walking on clouds” when i asked why he was ignoring me. Tried so hard to talk my husband up and all his good qualities. To help me remember and enjoy my life and my family. He always supported and encouraged it. But if i pulled away he reacted immediately. Never ever jealous, he would just open up, and become vulnerable. Even then he wouldn’t ask me for anything, for time for anything. He seemed to say that just having me in his life in some way was good enough. Its all exactly true all of it. The peace this video brings is incredible. To just know; and just relax. And allow and just be.

I think only recently, I found my twin flame and am still in the process of validating. I didn't know or consider him as a twin flame, but I just had intense connection with him that I didn't understand. We are literally like Yin and Yang, culturally very different (he's the other side of the world), thinking is very different, but sharing so many unexplainable similarities too. We are going through the runner-chase phase right now. I know I am intuitive and seeking to understand the spiritual side of me, a seer saw my past lives and it seemed that I was very spiritual in many lives. but I wondered why I never had any obvious spiritual gifts this life. Then after meeting him, honeymoon phase ended and into that separation phase, it was like being struck by lightning, that spiritual awakening was so extremely painful, but at the end of it I was reborn. I understood things that I could never understand back then. All these while I never considered him as twin flame but slowly I have been guided to videos/course to learn and understand. He is definitely a Matrix Twin this life but something tells me he's spiritually more matured than me. He had to go through a lot of hardship in early years, and it was those hardship that made him who he is today. The awakening is so powerful, I never thought I would have such a spiritual breakthrough (even though nothing spiritual is happening to him at all even now). I have been getting signs to let him grow at his own time too and not to rush in too much and mess up the divine timing. I finally learnt to understand that the Universe has a plan for us.

this was the best video i’ve seen on this topic, AND it gave me peace & helped me to accept this separation phase, again. my twin & i had just got back in union a few days ago, after 4 LONG months apart. we made passionate love & less than an hour later, his xwife contacted him, the mother of his small children & i said i’ll support him in having integrity, bcus he thought he was going to be with both of us, although she no longer wants to be polygynous. i said no we can’t, but that patience is key. she may open back up.
I think I just realized a long term relationship was a twin flame. And I find this intriguing because I am sure I am the runner because out of the blue after 30 years I am curious of his well being. And seeing for the first time he has been hanging out in the background all of this time. I want to stop running from him but I don't know how. I can feel his energy is calming. I don't know how to comeback to him even if I want too.

Also my twin is himself a spiritual teacher. The irony is that he is still deeply embedded in the matrix since he has a reputation/ public image to maintain and a purpose to work for. He is known as an extremely good person with a squeaky clean image which he is dedicated to maintaining. Isnt that matrix too?! But so strange. He is totally aware of our connection but I think he is more dedicated to his bigger purpose of being a sanyasi and guru. This has to be the biggest irony of my life. The sexual pull I have felt from the beginning is insane and have been feeling it every day for the last year since our first meeting. Dreams, visions, just 24/7 energies surrounding me. Absolutely insane, the trickiest thing I have ever gone through. But I know of the divine love which has been acknowledged from both sides.

My TF has been happily married for decades. For the past 4+ years since I have encountered him, I have initiated contact *every* time and I started to wonder why he never initiated. Of course, that made me feel bad too, as you well understand. I email him only every few months because I don't want him to think that I have inappropriate intentions being that he's married. This video has been so helpful in explaining the reasons why he might not want to initiate contact. I suspect that "guilt" is a primary factor where he is concerned, which I already knew, but it was still helpful to hear you confirm. But I still wish I knew *anything* about his feelings for me or whether he feels an extra-ordinary connection with me. We have not discussed *any* kind of connection between us (we're just friends) and it has been very difficult to go all these years without knowing anything at all. I would be content just to know if he does feel a special connection. I suppose if he didn't feel something, he could have easily ignored my emails instead of responding.

Yes that's true. Many are single or not involved in any committed relationship but i feel every pair chooses their lessons in different settings. Dome challenges may be there which are nit relared to relationship status but something else.
I met my twin when we both were single. But we were too much in ego, running and earthly drama. Our real journey had not started then.
May twins who are single but yet in seaparation are in the initial phase i feel in some way

And there is a difference between those who choose to stay alone. Irrespective of their twin flame being in their life or not.
There are some who want to have companion, explore life and more people even after meeting their twin.
There is nothing right or wrong here. Everyone is exploring according to their inner feeling. And that's completely okay.
What is not okay according to me is - making it a RULE (which is based on this loyalty based - ie. Insecurity based - template) that you "should not" be doing this and do only.that. that's not a part of a twin flame path for sure. That is coming from people's relationship conditioning.
With mine now and wow! The magnetic connection of our love is something i have never experienced before. We are in the runner and chaser face of our journey.

My twin flame and I always seem to almost reach union, but then they run away/push me away. We are in separated again and she immediately went into a new relationship then I started to see these patterns. Especially steps 4,5 and 6. I started to feel these intense sexual energy even though they live across the world. I think they want me to reach out but I’ve been told by modern relationship experts to not reach out. They need to reach out. I think they don’t like listening to their heart and use logical mind always to protect herself. She is scared of having a deep and meaningful connection but is ok with casual relationships/ be in relationship where emotions aren’t as deep.
I want to focus on myself and become healthier. I will allow my heart to remain open for her but also allow myself to move forward.
Modern relationships experts are operating from their ego. Listen to your own heart. There are no rules here. If you are in your spiritual path, you only need to go within for true guidance.
When you "decide" not to reach out, that's ego in the picture. And when you do it because someone else is telling you not to, it's worse.
Whatever is your decision, it needs to come from YOUR heart.
Thank you for the reply. I do see how my I make decisions based from ego, I suppose I am only mirroring my twin flame’s fear based actions. I read your story and I’m beginning to think I am not as strong as you…I have become obsessive and my heart is telling that the hot and cold games are never going to end… I try not to expect worst, I try not to expect anything….but I must expect some level of teamwork, especially if we are intertwined like DNA? I wish for harmony…Direct and open communication only has shown to be too heavy and emotional exhausting for both of us. I have lost many loved ones during my childhood and college years. Which has put me into anxious behavior that tomorrow is never promised. That I must act now today without hesitation. However you are right that I must give them space to miss me. I was at one time ok with simply being the one to always chase and remain at a comfortable distance for her. But life goes by fast and I went back into wanting validation. I see so many synchronicities too. I feel like I’m constantly being pushed and pulled. I could not imagine being in this dynamic for 12 years as yourself have. I have known her for 7 years but really only begun to understand the twin flame journey for the last 2 years. Sorry for the long reply I think I needed to vent 😅

Okay, the divine definitely guided me towards this at the right time, because this is the question that has been plaguing me for a while now. My TF ran from the connection in November and does not reach out, but responds when I do, though not as he used to before. I read some of the comments and I can relate with them thoroughly. I keep asking myself if I'm losing my mind, running after an imaginary connection, and does my twin even feel anything for me, even though I can strongly sense his energies all around me. I was questioning this to myself as to why he won't reach out even though he misses me and this video just came up at the perfect time!!!
My twin situation is so strange. I am in no contact for 3 months now and he does not initiate contact. However, when we had met the last time he had given me a long big hug, held me for long, seemed like he wanted to kiss me. I did not because I did not want my heart broken again by his flip-flopping and withdrawing. I distanced myself because he is a saint/celibate. However each day is torture. He says he does and I feel in my heart he does but it’s hard to see it. makes a lot of sense hearing you say it, I notice him mentioning these sorts of things, feeling overwhelmed by our connection, thinking he can’t give me what I deserve, choosing his family out of loyalty ect, me asking him questions that he doesn’t have an answer to and then he runs away, very accurate reasons I must say. we’ve had a few heartfelt conversations, but he’s still afraid enough to run away after a short while. You shouldn't DO anything 'cause the main point is you are the same soul. Soul is only conciousness without any thoughts, perceptions, feelings etc.
Healing, charma and ego-things come from the mind (astral body). But you have to do SOUL-STUFF in order to attract your twin to you!
You have to detach from the mind (also from any kind of emotions and love!) and align with your soul then you'll reach unity. That's in reality 'unity conciousness' that has nothing to do with being together with an other person.
I once had those difficult questions for him and I told him I wouldn't ask them, and he agreed that was a good idea to not ask them... Love these insights!

Recently, I learned of the term "twin flame", and it gave me such relief. I have been chasing him for 25 years. I told him of the concept of being "twin flames", which I'm not sure he's fully excepted it; however, he agrees that something more is there. Our physical connections are very intense, but they are few and far in between. We have always considered ourselves as "being together ", although he has always had other women and relationships. When I met him, he was in a relationship with an older woman, whom is is still with-today. Learning of the "twin flame" phenomenon has made me accept the fact that I don't have to be in a (earthly) relationship with him. I wonder if, now that we are both aware of the "twin flame" phenomenon, what will become of our connection or desire for one another? I often felt like I was cheating on him, if I tried to be with someone else. Even he often calls or contacts me if other men show any kind of interest in me to let me know how much he loves me and that he will always be "my man" no matter who I'm with. This further pushed me away from other potential partners and left me very confused. It seems as though my "twin flame " may be selfish and jealous, because as long as I am alone, he's okay. This has left me feeling lonely. Rarely does he initiate contact (communication) unless he feels threatened that he will lose me to another man or that my longingness for him is so much it is really close to depression. We live over 500 miles from each so our ability to physically together is difficult, although the desire is very much there. Now, the I understand the "twin flame " phenomenon, I feel a little more "at peace" and that the "Chaser" is less willing to chase- if that makes sense. It is okay if they don't understand/accept the "label" twin flames. It is okay if they don't know the label, no need to discuss that.
Even when you don't follow the label, you both are perfectly guided by the divine.
Whatever is your connection - it will be and is there because it is the connection. Both knowing about the label - won't make (or rather should not make) much difference. Why I say that -- because when we start putting a label on a certain experience, consciously or subconsciously we start buying into a "belief system" around that label. And that is a gray area. Explore your experience as purely as you can!
You do not need to carry the burden of being a twin flame and staying "loyal" to your twin. It is not about the template of loyalty. That is the 3d template. Think about it. Go deeper.
You need not hold your life because you feel he will not feel comfortable.

This is so spot on it's not even funny. It's annoying at first but I believe this is where being able to connect with my flame's higherself is really really important. His higherself has helped me navigate the energies so much and decipher things that I need to work on on my end. It's a reminder that it's a spiritual journey above all else. I don't know if I'm the runner or chaser. But I refuse to reach out to her after the way she treated me. I still have moments where I can't stop thinking about her and feeling her energy. It's been almost 9 months.
Runner or chaser - is a state of mind. It is not a person. So YOU are not a runner or a chaser. But you fluctuate between those mind states time to time.
As you are feeling hurt and refusing to reach out - it is clear that you need your time to heal and work in yourself so that you overcome what is bothering you. -- so you can view it as - a running state of mind. NOT from her - but from your own inner conflicts. You always hold love for her, but it's those triggers which are making you run - from your own inner conflicts.

I have literally committed mental and emotional harikari over my twin flame runner, so I really appreciate an analysis such as this which delves into the how's and whys of the subject. I can absolutely vouch for the fact that there is NOTHING on earth like a twin flame. So I totally respect your ability to communicate and help us with what is really the greatest challenge of our lives. The other aspect is the aftermath of the event. For me loosing my twin flame felt like loosing a battle. I literally needed all the wisdom and development I have gained in this incarnation in order to overcome the twin flame loss. What I feel is that many times we attract our Divine counterpart into our lives later in life - when we have already cleared childhood wounds and are getting close to our higher self. Which results in meeting when you have already built your own lives. Have families, children, responsibilities and obligations towards others. And while women are willing to put that aside and believe that love conquers all difficulties, men are not so in touch with their emotions and tend to make rational decisions. Their whole life they have been conditioned to put their feelings aside because feelings cannot be trusted and they make you vulnerable. So, why would they do otherwise? To men, public image, responsibility and loyalty towards family is above all. So, what can we do? Not much. I mean me and my TF were so wildly in love, we both awakened and were completely ONE and aligned with the universe. I literally felt his energies, his feelings and thoughts all the time. I even felt his orgasms😂. We were both skaking in each other’s presence and couldn’t utter a single word. The attraction was so strong, one look into his eyes made me lose myself completely. All I ever felt for him was love and respect. And still, we couldn’t bring our connection into the 3D. Even more, it was the most intensive, most beautiful, most intimate period when he ran from me the most. His emotions made him extremely vulnerable, and the more he felt he was losing control, the more he ran. Now that intensity is gone. I hardly ever feel the Kundalini energy. Not all twin flame connections end in union. For some of us, there are more obsticles than for others. We must accept that , somehow carry on and continue to better ourselves every day and bring love and light into people’s lives❤.
Even if someone is not in TF journey we also consider these points in any relationship and it will be helpful to save relationships and will stop breaking families and there will be pure divine love in the universe. Breakups will be less.
The point is- twin flames' teach you to come OUT of these fears.
The whole purpose of TF is not about saving or breaking a relationship. It is about seeing yourself and your fears and acting upon them.

All of these reasons are when both twins are in fear consciousness.. when you go within all these reasons disappear and you are One with your TF and in union and this aligns in physical reality.
