Every time I hit some kind of a toad bock or have a question or fee some anxiety on a particular issue within my journey you post a video that addresses it! I wanted to ask how much purging one needs to do but I guess it depends on each person. Right ? But any particular signs that the purging process is evolving and you are getting better ?
This is something I forgot to add in my video, so adding it here.
How long it will take anyone to purge depends on 2 things.
1. How much is suppressed through their past lives, ancestry.
2. How successfully they are able to process and release it without getting their ego/resistance in between.
Purging process can happen in breaks (eg. some part this year, some part after two years.) Of course that has a reason. But to complete the whole thing may take several years as well but it will vary person to person.
Sign that you re evolving -
You are more at peace and not getting upset/angry or triggered on things which you used to be affected with, earlier.
Will our illnesses resolve when we're in a more balanced place?

I have been listening to your videos for a while now. In our third separation phase. My DM showed up a few weeks back, after our second separation in November. And this is exactly what I kept thinking, why does he come back and leave the moment I feel things are getting better again. I think I heal and then realise I never fully healed in the first place. But yes, it's something that I can now cope with better than before, and I somehow expected this to happen. My intuition has heightened tenfold since this journey. But it's so exhausting, and sometimes I wish I could turn back time and un-meet my TF 😂

The Connecting and disconnecting with my TF started 30 years BEFORE we finally connected in 3D. I moved to his country to teach English in a high school the year he started studying English in a high school of a city the exact same size as the one I was living in.
Then I moved back to the States to a small Lake Michigan beach town...four years later, upon finishing high school, he immigrated to the States to a small Lake Michigan beach town!!.

It is interesting how my TF and I get to see each other every week, because our circumstances do not allow us not to do so, and yet, the separation happens, only - in a degree of inner closeness. Also, triggering again when one lesson has been learned, to learn another. And then when learned coming close again. All in a degree of inner closeness. The dynamic is the same as you explained it though. Very interesting.
It is also interesting that it become visible to me that he is working on his issues too. I knew that he had some of course, but what I see now is that he is making a conscious effort to work on them. It is like he is becoming more aware ........

In months, I have created 7-8 paintings and my mom asks from where have you learnt this.
I left my new amazing corporate job right after separation as i used to have a severe pain in the kidney area that turned out to be a big kidney stone.
My entire focus shifted from money to service.
I went into solitude.
I have learnt so much and unlearned more.
Relationship with my spouse and his family became better.
The only thing that helps during endless crying sprees is God and then it always strikes :-)
I am reading things i never thought I'd be addicted to.
Many friends and family members drifted since then.

I created this 3rd Energy with a second Person. I am Not Sure but it seems this person should Help me heal a very deep seated dysfunctional pattern. Its Not the a twinflame. But its also a very strong Connection. Very interesting.
He was the chaser , maybe recognised me at a soul level at First because he really get out of his comfort zone to make me feel special . He said he never fall in love before, he wanted to give up because I rejected him so many times but he couldn’t bear not to see me.. I eventually fell for him . Everything was perfect for 6 months then he started running . I couldn’t count how many short separations we had. Everytime we separate , if I wont make contact , he would call after 2 weeks / 1 month like nothing happened. It became a cycle , I started to doubt his sincerity and I felt unwanted.. we had a big fight over his broken promises and lies.. he blocked me and refused to talk to me. I had my awakening , blocked him too and decided to move on with my life. I continue with my ascension and leave everthjng to the divine . I have evolved spiritually and started connecting to my spiritual guides . Pity tf coz he’s never been happy in his life. I wish he will have his awakening and be guided to have Union with me. It's been a few months that I'm struggling to get rid of a urine/kidney infection and I can't find a doctor nor medication that helps. In the past few days, I've been feeling really sad without knowing what triggered it. I want to blame my work environment and my TF and everybody around me, but I know it's something within me. UTI infection (energetically) is related to your emotions related to physical intimacy. Is there anything which you are suppressing inside which is related to sexual activity, abuse, non-consensual sex (with someone you don't love) etc.
Cranberry juice 100% juice. 2-3 glasses a day is good initially.

I am currently in a 2nd separation from who I truly believe to be my TF. My traumas showed themselves and I unfortunately wasn't able to see it or figure out my childhood traumas were causing my issues of opening up to anyone including myself. I have figured it out when she left me this 2nd time after reconnecting 2 months prior so I have been working to fix myself and purge what no longer serves me in life. I hope we can reconnect again and end this separation cycle. She always tried to be a safe space for me, but in reality, as painful as it is to admit this, I just want her to be happy. With or without me.

In my regression therapy sessions, he sometimes shows up and heals with me. Today, I as healing my ancestral body in deep regression, and he came with his brothers and ancestors as well! I don’t know what it is, but I prayed for us and our families and ancestors just last year when I kept sawan somvar (again… I was guided to keep the fast! And I successfully kept 16 Mondays and 17th Monday I did udyapan). Can’t understand why things like this happen, but I am going with the flow and doing my best to detach now.

If you are projecting your anger in your twin flame, you are still holding it.
It is not releasing it.
I won't say it is karma. It is a setting where your twin flame is showing you what you need to work on. You need to learn to pick the clues.

Once this purging process has begun and we are awakened, what purpose does it serve to reconnect with the twin flame? I can definitely feel that this purging process began with me at the start of our last separation in Jan 2021. This is when my DNOTS began and my awakening followed a few weeks later. I have not spoken to my tf since then. Some part of me feels as though our connection in the 3D served its purpose in awakening me, and I am actively going through these purging cycles, so why would we need to reconnect again? I feel as you said that we are already one and I don’t feel like I need to talk to him again. I guess part of me fears the pain it may trigger again to talk to him, and I’m quite content in my life and with my progress. I have known him for 15 years in this life, and each time these separations cause me a lot of pain. Prior to my awakening we both assumed this was a romantic connection and tried to pursue that despite the fact that we are both married, and it just never worked. We would repel from each other as soon as we got close. Now that I understand this connection as being spiritual rather than romantic, I’m not even sure how I would interact with him now. I’m used to there being this sexual tension between us, and the pain because we cannot be together, and then the pain when we inevitably separate. So while I miss talking to him, part of me fears talking to him again too.

it is quite the other way round. Purpose is not serving the reconnection. The reconnection is serving the purpose.
That is - facilitating your ascension process. It would not be possible for you singularly handling it on your own. Your twin flame becomes the facilitator to take you through the tough process.

I felt the whole amount of third energy, just like my twin is next to me... Strong energetic flow.. We should see each other tomorrow, but I find out that he is going on vacation, he is not coming to work (we work together but we don't speak to each other)... Many don't! Because many are not releasing their stubbornness and ego so it becomes difficult to purge. The more the ego and resistance, the slower the purge.

Thank you ❤️ so much for all these information. I don't overthinking anymore about my TF only have days but not like first. We are 6 months now in separation but I don't know if I'm the chaser or the runner... maybe I'm DM but I think I'm awaken in this journey...He said to me that he isn't feel that energetic field (that I can feel)...and he don't dream (because he isn't dream in all his life). Maybe we are very similar because we alternate the runner and the chaser easyly... Best explanation I have found. I hope I can get more from her. I'd like to know, if possible, is there a way to grow and heal without the separations? The first 2 were interrupted. It took me 22 years, maybe our 5th separation to have the opportunity to start the purging. This time I already knew what was going on and got a faster start. Only because of newer information about the journey and true purpose. Maybe every past attempt failed because the timing wasn't right?
First few separations weren't physical, we couldn't afford to and just fought through whatever pain. Didn't know what happened. The last 2 were physical. I got to the point of trying to grow and boom drama and there was no way I would abandon 'myself' just to heal 'myself'. The last time was bad. I started the dark night. Boom back again. You can't stop it when it starts. It lingers, and fights to finish. Once the door to darkness is opened, it can't be closed. 7 years later it blew open. I'm glad there are better resources out there now than 7 years ago.

Roses & Raspberries: Lol, I understand how you feel. But you do not need to take burden of these things. Also it is not about being perfect. If you are rising up in the oneness, there is no duality. So there is no right or wrong, good or bad, so there is no question of being perfect.
The thing is, can you be in your own sovereign power by accepting yourself as you are, and accept others the same way? If you can do that, you will automatically come in your balance. It is about "energy" remember that.
However, I have felt tired of my journey for a thousand times, so i understand what you feel. but know what you will progress from there sooner or later.

My TF is 12 years younger than me.
I’m too old, fat and ugly for him now, and I can’t seem to bring myself to make healthy changes in my life. I’m caught in a never ending loop of addictions. I don’t honour the body God gave me. I don’t like myself much at all, because I am weak willed. How can I expect him to love a fat old woman?
I don’t feel good enough for him anymore. I don’t even want him to see me, I think I’d run and hide if I was to see him 🤦🏽♀️
Today has been heavy for me, tomorrow I may feel different.
All I know is that I hunger for change, big change.
This 3D living has little to no interest to me.
I feel so lost sometimes I don’t know what to believe anymore. I even still ( like today) wonder if I just imagined the whole thing?
Maybe he never ever felt for me as I did him? Maybe the universe did play a big trick on me? I use to imagine union with him, but I don’t allow myself to think that anymore.

I discovered twin flames material three years ago after I met the man who I felt deeply and madly in love with. I never felt this kind of love and connection before and I felt for him the first time I heard his voice via telephone ( I thought I was crazy ). I feel that he has some part of me and vice versa. I've also discovered narcissism trough him and maybe we have both traits of this behaviour dynamics . I' ve been his side chicks for two years but when his girlfriend dumped him ( he is a cheater, he likes conquer women) even if we became more intimate than ever, he told me that he wasn't in love with me and we can't be a former couple. He never want me to see me again. But after two weeks he came back like nevere happened and gave me the keys of his house just in case. But in bed hesn't the same. Hesn't not passionate and have problem to mantain erection, I can't do everything from my own. I'm sure he is my TF but he seems not spiritually awaken and maybe he is not my TF. Any advice?

There is a lot of information available about this, if you seek you will find. I think you need to seek for such answers yourself, as this is a spiritual journey. My brief explaination is not going to make a great difference for you and it will be a waste of time for me. I don't want to spoon-feed you, it won't be right.
There are many books available on this - how souls work and why would they split. Seek and you will find. (Not just in the twin flame context, but also otherwise.)
Its so hard to not take it personally when things they say are so hurtful and not easy to forget and be reminded of it every so often. So does the df always awaken first or is it done at the same time. So are we repelling each other at the same time.
We observe that the DF awakens first, though it's not a rule, I have seen masculine energy holders also awakening first.
Twins can repell each other at the same.time. The reason is - their energies are not aligned with each other and there is a need to clear a lot of suppressed energy.
Ma'am...is it mandatory to do manifest our twin back?! Surrendering fears and doubts to divine and leading a peaceful life is enough right?!
If you are energetically aligned, that manifestation will happen on its own, you do not have to DO anything for it.
If you are in the state of peace, and do not feel any urge to connect, you do not need to.
However, if you are surrendering to God by NOT addressing your fears and kind of hiding behind the façade of surrender - then that is not a true surrender. True surrender is when you do everything in your control and nothing works.

I have just been given signs that the person whom I am having a love dance with is my twin flame, I asked for signs from the universe and I got them. I have been purging so much since I met this woman....I think I am the divine feminine in the couple, that I am not sure, we both have a push pull aspect and both woman in the 3d. The other day I told her I need to seperate and cut off communication as it was too much for me, I was in pain. then I cried and purged for 3 days straight, then when I began feeling a big release she contacts me and brought forward the possibility of connection on a more spiritual level.....I think she is becoming aware of the twin flame as well.....Is there any advice on what we could do from here? we already do chanting and matras etc....do you have a suggestion for us?

If it is a genuine TF Commection, it may indicate that your next milestone is yet to come. Either of you or both of you are not ready for it. You are either purging or learning some imoortant soul lesson wihout which the next milestone will not come.

All this purging is happening in 3d - as you are releasing it physically. Physicality is an integral part of this process. If everything was happening in 5D, we did not need to incarnate here in the physical. :-)

Most lightworkers, have these deep rooted blocks of money and abundance. Because we have been deeply conditioned with beliefs like: 1. Spirituality is not connected to wealth.
2. Having money deviates you from your spiritual path.
3. Receiving money is sin.
4. The life is like a monk if you are on spiritual path.
and so many such beliefs we are holding.
I have seen people going through these issues during their awakening and ascension process. It may still take time to purge these issues completely. But they can be handled and catered.
In ideal scenarios, the money flow will be amazing though you will not have the same desires and aspirations which you had prior to your awakening. The meaning and use of this money energy will be different for you.

My spiritual awakening was triggered by a person. He may be a twin or catalyst.
I have also personally experienced that my material and worldly desires have reduced.
The purpose of money, as u said, is to take care of earthly needs and be comfortable so that the time n energy doesnt go in struggling for survival n earning a livelihood.
Lots of money can lead to distraction, "moh and maya". Atleast this is true for people who have only started their journey.

If we're the energetic leaders, and they are more grounded in the physical... Are they grounding us in the bottom 3 chakras throughout the journey? I had a very unusual grounding experience during the last reunion but it ended shortly after.

There is nothing like one leading and another following. We need to remove that perspective completely. There is always pull-push where both will push each other or pull each other.
If at all we want o see it that way - it will be the matrix twin who leads us. Whatever seeking you have been doing so far is because they are leading you there.
Are they grounding us in the bottom 3 chakras throughout the journey?--------------------------- No not that way. Grounding is kind of "anchoring" - your base is stable!!!
There is a difference between "binding down" and "anchoring" - do you get that difference?
Its like the scuba diver. Some anchor themselves to the boat with a long cord and roam around in the depths of the ocean. Similarly matrix twin will "anchor" you in the physcial while you explore the mysteries of your spiritual side. Both the physicality and the spiritual growth - are important.
this is not about bottom three chakras - one can, and will and should be rising above those three for sure in this journey. In fact as you start ascending to higher chakras - it is all the more important to be connected to the physcial - and they carry that role quite well.
From what I read about these journies, it seems the are not twin flames ,they are narcissistic at play. If there is some where are they why don't read see of any real ones? Narcissist only mirror their prey. The narcissist cannot be enlightened they lack empathy . If your twin flame treats u bad speaks highly of themselves all the time and only wants ur admiration he is a narcissist. Narcissists and twin flames are completely different. Unfortunately many people compare twin flame to narcissism. But it isnt. WHY I say - ONE AND ABSOLUTELY STRONG PROOF - you ascend spiritually and transform yourself eventually. The one who is getting tangled with a narcissist, will never be able to do that.
Everyone is not experiencing what you are stating here. My TF has been the most genuine and kind person on this planet.
However, this is also true that many are getting sucked into the Twin Flame "trend " and labeling their narcissist boyfriend as a twin flame. That is really unfortunate. Hight time for such people to start understanding the difference between twin flame runner and a narcissist.
My TF has never ever been nasty. Only ever loving and kind. But obstacles stand between us.

When a pure mission unfolds, it will naturally bring abundance to you by all means, you do not even need to put any business model over there the way we would otherwise do. This will not be driven for wealth accumulation, investments or so on.

I got Mother wound from overprotected family and she got Father wound from neglected and toxic parents.
I see the family dynamics.
When we met, I offered her whether I can heal her father in private (bcoz I have been healing or psychotherapy for other people)
She just didnt accept my offer.
She said she will try herself in her own way and it took too long fighting her own EGO.
For me, everyday we contact each other and my energy was drained by sensing her reply or speeches. ( not bcoz of the facts or our negativities)
I feel she just accepts to talk for the fear of losing me while she is facing her own family problems.
So I just explained her and decided to do our own tasks. I blocked her everything and I do my own path by myself.
Now, Moon or retrograde effects rise up and feeling so much sad or compassionate for her dealing family situation by herself in her Biggest Traumas.
I am healing and helping anyone who come and ask me everyday and leaving my TF in disaster.
So should I call and give some suggestions for her to SURRENDER AND ACCEPTANCE easier ?
